Absolutely sending me that vasco sleeps butt fucking naked with his weird little Victorian doll boyfriend
Different strokes for different folks.
Vasco finds sleepwear kind of unnecessary and restricting. He doesn't insist on sleeping nude and can go to bed decently dressed if the situation calls for it, but if it's up to him and he's comfortable and in trusted company, he prefers wearing very little.
Machete gets cold easily and has weird body image issues, not being properly covered tends to distress him. Plus he has a thing for high guality garments and wants to look pretty or at least passably presentable even in bed.

Elucien give off the vibe they always wear fancy matching PJs, or nothing to bed 😏 no in between - after all, it is canon Lucien sleeps in the nude…
I most definitely agree, 'nonnie dearest. They are definitely that kind of couple to wear only the fanciest sleepwear but given how they won't be able to keep their hands off each other, they may start the night by wearing that sleepwear but...it doesn't last very long 😌😏😏

I want to be killed by that yellow dress holy fuck it is so beautiful do you know if its based on any historical garment and like what is the material is that actually silk holy cow I love it
Given how hard that movie's costume department went, I'm going to guess that it's real silk, but it definitely is in-story! It's stunning, isn't it? I want to say it's not based on a specific garment, but every time I make that call, someone shows up with pics of a nearly identical outfit to the movie costume we're talking about. So I'll just say "tentatively no" and leave it at that.
The movie is set in 1901, though the characters in "modern" clothes are dressed a bit more 1897-ish throughout. If that's of interest!
I personally find it interesting that almost all of Edith's outfits are silk in the movie. We only see her wear another fiber twice, I think? The nightgown under her Buffalo robe is cotton, and her mauve winter coat is wool. Not sure if there's a significance to that or not, because I'm pretty sure the same is true for Lucille- she just wears more silk velvet to Edith's taffeta, satin, and occasional habotai.
