Everyone loves a little differently. My dad and grandpa have always loved by fixing and making things. When my grandma said she wanted a better vanity in the bathroom my grandpa went to his wood shop and made one. When my mom said she needed a better way to plug in her computer when she was writing my father showed up holding a brand new extension cord like a bouquet of flowers. My best friends have always loved through gifts. The time to craft and find something special, something that conjures a meaningful memory, it means the world to them. My best friend will still give me gifts with giraffes because she knows I loved them growing up, and I still do because of her. My partner loves through touch, one hand on a shoulder can speak a thousand words for him. A knowing presence and sides pressed together while each person works on their own project is a meaningful gesture. He sees my stress and hugs me, his way of saying I’m here and I see you. I love through words. It feels vital to me that I tell everyone around me how much I love and appreciate them, give them advice and comfort, or converse excitedly with them. There are so many ways of showing love, and no one way is right. Giving and receiving love is a beautiful gift. Until we can open our eyes the the vast spectrum of offering and receiving love, we will miss a thousand connections.

Christmas Appreciation Post

This is a post to show my love to the people on here, many have inspired me and I love them all. 💗

First i would like to show my love to my followers and the people who enjoy my fics because getting to post on here for all you lovely people makes me so happy. I have been writing for years so thank you to everyone 💜

@missglaskin who inspired me to get back into writing after a while of not being able to. I read her Yan!Hotd post and it inspired me so much that I started to write my own and look how far I came on here. She makes the most amazing fics and gives me so many ideas that I am forever thankful.

@madame-fear who is so kind and lovely. She made me fall in love with the sweet Lucerys, her fics have given me so much comfort. She makes so many fics that I eat up every time and give me inspiration as well. Thank you for showing me kindness on here, really appreciate it.

@aphroditelovesu this one right here is a vibe I wish to have one day. Not only is her account absolutely beautiful but how amazing she writes- Literally obsessed with it. Her fics just make me smile when I see them on my recommended, give her some love. She has given me inspiration to make my page look better.

@serxinns for being my best friend on here. I have so many conversations with them about yanderes. They hype me up so I can write. They also let me talk about my upcoming fics, they are literally amazing. So forever thankful for having someone I can talk to.

Day 87 of Writing Something Everyday

(365 Day Challenge)

You confuse me..

A puzzle that is hard to put together,

A case that's hard to solve,

A safe that's hard to crack.

The fact that it's tough means there's something important at the centre that I'm missing - that most people miss when they see you.

Most women seek fools gold out in the open, I seek the authentic and search through damp caves to find it.

The shimmer from the real sparkles, you know when you find it.

The fake fades and cracks, you don't know it's fake until you see it up close - dissipating into nothingness in the palm of your hand when you hold it.

My dear, the jewels you hold within you live behind the confined walls of flesh you carry.

Precious pearls, romantic rubies, heart of gold, soul of sapphire.

You are worth much more than this.

The only people I go out of my way to offer a cigarette to are folks that are elevated in a very relatable way to me. I had learned from a past psych dr that nicotine can function as a self meditation for those in psychosis.

After I experienced this shit for myself, now I understand what's up when someone I don't know from a can of paint is aggressively talking at me on some paranoid or strange stuff. If I didn't understand it, there are people I would've felt threatened by, and I might not respond the right way.

Now I'll ask if they want one and nearly everyone accepts

One guy known downtown is perpetually in an episode, they never take him to the hospital, but put him jail for a night or few, and put him back in the streets. Everytime I see him I give him one, and let him say what he feels the need to, most the time he's connecting dots that don't make sense.

He's been struggling like this since before last winter, and he can't be allowed some places because of stuff he says to people. But I'll always give him a smoke and snacks if I got them. He asked me one night why I'm always nice to him and give him cigarettes, and it's because it's what would've helped me when I was in those states, wandering cities.

And I don't remember them as people, but when a person showed me kindness, they appeared as angels to me, a lot of the time I'd see someone I recognized by face, and I remembered when someone was kind to me.

Most of society is brutal towards people experiencing episodes, and you're more likely to experience violence from others while psychotic than you are to be violent

(365 Day Challenge)

I may be annoying,

I may overflow with words, talking your ear off or seem like I'm bugging you.

But I'm not,

I love to know you're okay, that nothing has happened to you.

It scares me when I don't have any contact, I feel like there's a part of me missing and the wayward limb gets reattached when I hear from you.

I'm sorry if I seem annoying, overshare, say weird things and bug too much.

But you're my people whether you like it or not now, when you're my people my love language is doing things for you, talking to you, hugging you, saying I love you millions of times, making you laugh.

I will do anything and go out of my way and beyond to make you happy or not feel bad about things.

You are part of 'my people' and I love you,

If you don't like that that's okay, but you can't stop people from truly loving you.

I'm not going anywhere,

And I truly hope you see your worth and how much I've invested into you for you to know just how much I'm there for you, care and love you.

Nothing's going to make that change and it scares me that I'll get hurt, But I've never felt like this before about anyone else and I just can't let you get away that easily.

You are important and altogether perfectly imperfect and I love every single part of you.

You don't have to put on an act or a mask with me, it's safe. I don't care if you burp or fart or sneeze loudly.
