Shauntal's Library, Pokémon: Black and White versions 2:
She's the ghost-type elite four member and she decided that the best theming is spooky library for her room! She's also a writer so that probably helped.
The Duke's Archives, Dark Souls:
None
Endless Athenaeum, Critical Role – Campaign 1: Vox Machina:
The endless library of Ioun, the amazing goddess of knowledge from Critical Role!
The New York Public Library, Fahrenheit 451 video game (1984):
OK SO YOU GUYS KNOW HIT NOVEL FAHRENHEIT 451 RIGHT??? They made a video game in 1984 which is a semi-canon sequel to it where Montag has to break into the library to get a bunch of cassette tapes with books in them. It's a bit fiddly but if you play the game right, Montag makes it into the library, meets his old friend Clarisse, and they manage to send the tapes to the literary underground before they're both killed.
The video game is iconic. I think about it regularly :) There's a walkthrough or two on YouTube if you're interested!
Irminsul, Genshin Impact:
It's a giant tree that also acts like a computer, and don't the people love mixing the natural and mechanical? It records the world's memories but can also be edited. One guy tried to erase himself from history and everyone including him forgot that he existed best quest in the game tbh
The Astral Express Archive, Honkai: Star Rail:
The archive for the Astral Express, containing vast information on many things in the universe. Maintained and updated daily by Dan Heng, who also uses it as a bedroom (stop sleeping on the floor please you're going to get a backache)
