no one asked me but if Marik and TKB got married there wouldn't be a proposal Marik would just unilaterally announce they're getting married. and TKB would object to this because in AE you just sort of moved in together so as far as he's concerned they were already married, and frankly it would debase their relationship to suggest that it needs to be validated by the farce of authority that is the laws of a nation-state or an arbitrary ritual by those conmen they call priests. and Marik is like yeah but we'd get a party and get to wear sick outfits and everyone we know has to show up and give us presents and money. and TKB cannot rightly argue with that.
