That's exactly what he'll do before mating press his darling. I think this position would be a favorite amongst all Sephiroths (because they're all Sephy ofc) but some more partial to it than others. Such as Female Sephiroth, 7R Sephiroth and C.C. Sephiroth. I think these three tap into their feral natures more often than their counterparts. I mean, just look at the twin boys~.

While I'm experimenting with pairing different Sephys with different Darlings, why not some HCs of C.C. mating press the Domestic Darling? 😏 Check out this Sephthought for some context to this pairing.

Imagine C.C. feeling naughty one day while the Domestic Darling is folding laundry, so he sneaks up behind her to embrace her.

ZS prompt: food

just saw a post about how my boys eat I want to put in my two cent….

Zack I think rose the ranks quickly was due to power and skill, and I think he has a disciplined workout and diet. Very regular, if a little boring.

(have you heard of what it takes to maintain body builders muscles?? He’s also tall as fuck! He’s not as big as the main Soldiers, but he is still a really big dude 😭)

He has his daily one whole roast chicken, a bit of whatever he wants (I like to think he likes to cook but ordering food would be way more convenient) and some basic rotation of meals that hit all his macros lol

Sephi doesn’t eat a lot. He obviously was eating enough to maintain his health before, but in a bout of depression starts to eat less and lose weight

I HC as a kid he generally ate MREs and supplemental vitamins/substances, and never really grew out of it. After eating real, good food he wants to cook, but becomes discouraged when he isn’t too good at it.

How he always ate is really the most convenient, so he just stuck to that.

however, after his big breakup he got too sad to take care of himself :((

and then they die >< but if the didn’t I think Zack would share his healthy meals and the could cook together :3

I agree that Gen is very much a romantic at heart, especially with his love of poetry and classical literature. The way he holds himself, while arrogant, is rather ..broken imo. He is an angsty teen trying to find his footing. Poor baby just needs some good loving 🥺

Sephi is so stoic and such a dirtbag, but I love him to death. A man of few words on the day to day grind. I want to add that I think if he REALLY TRULY trusts someone, he MIGHT let them wash his hair, but he's back seat driving the whole way - he cares about his hygiene and appearance more than he lets on

And yes, I agree with you. To me, Genesis is someone who has lost his way (which is understandable, if you ask me) and tries to cover that with arrogance. But I feel like, deep down, he just craves someone who's in love with him, not the idea they created of him (like his fanclubs, for example). I might read too much into this because he's one of my favorite characters but I'm glad that I'm not the only one who sees him as a romantic person, lmao.

As for Sephiroth... pretty, evil baby Sephiroth. I'm not going to lie, the first time I read the mail about his haircare I laughed for ten minutes straight. I myself have really long hair too (not as long as his, but around tailbone length) and I definitely don't make such a fuss about it. But I digress! Being allowed to wash Sephiroth's hair really is a big proof that he trusts you - but I agree, he definitely couldn't hold back with comments and advice.

I always love reading your takes on Sephiroth. There are so many wrong analysis' on this character, it's so refreshing to see someone who actually played the game and understands his character despite him being so ambiguous. I was just wondering if you were a writer on the development team, how would you have made Sephiroth's mental break? How would you make the ending of the game?

Woweee thank you! It's nice to see that someone appreciates my brainfart about Sephiroth 🤣 honestly I just love him so much as a whole.

I think the whole Crisis Core was pretty good in showcasing Sephiroth's descent, but the Nibelheim incident feels so rushed. But then again it might be a tech constraint on the devs part cause I've heard that they cut a lot of portion of the story to fit a single UMD.

I personally would love to see his POV a lot more even before Nibelheim. What was he thinking when he locked himself up in the Shinra office data room? Did he start to realize that something was off? Was he trying to connect the dots about himself? His lack of family? his loneliness? We never had the chance to see things from his POV which is a shame. That's one thing that I would change if I were one of the writers lol.

And if I want to be honest, I would love him to find his peace in death. I want him to break free from Jenova -which is kind of hinted in the remake! The 'Ore' Sephiroth..the 'unknown' Sephi at the edge of creation-

He feels like a ghost with unfinished business in Remake. So yeah a peaceful death, and him accepting his defeat would be a perfect ending for him.

*the darkness in my heart wants him to win tho...lmfao*

This is just my HC & theory, but when he reached out his hand to Cloud, I think it's more of his cry for help rather than something malicious. He genuinely wanted help from Cloud. Why? To break free from Jenova.

So, I really like the idea of the remnants trio being sephy and reader's sons. Any hcs about their lives while living in the village?

Sure, here some Domestic AU headcanons.

The triplet boys are practically attached to the darling's hips whenever they go on a visit to the village.

They will gladly do whatever she needs, whether it is getting or carrying things for her. Not to only compete for her affection, but they also genuinely want to help their precious mother.

Grocery shopping is almost always a breeze because of the many helping hands for the darling.

Now with Sephiroth? They can get pretty mischievous but yet, life wouldn't be nearly as interesting if they weren't.

Kadaj believes he can go off on his own because he's the leader of the bunch and leaders have the power to do as they please! At least until Sephiroth reminds him that as long as he's around, he'd always be the man of the house.

Loz's desires hinged on his ever-changing mood, and he CONSTANTLY begs Sephiroth to buy him treats from the village bakery. And of course, Sephiroth always tells him that there's treats at home. Except for rare times he caves because he's so tired of his crying.

Yazoo would put his mind game skills to the test, as he quizzes his father's knowledge of the world (and his patience) during their shopping trips.

Also, expect him to embarrassingly ask Sephiroth if he'll buy that pretty lingerie for darling during their clothes shopping while a bunch of other villagers are around. Darling's village girl friends told her about this funny incident.

Sephiroth still treats the boys to occasional outings, despite being driven insane by them.

He knows his boys love Chocobo riding, motivating them to improve their skills to eventually defeat him in a race one day.

The boys made a bet, staking their claim as the "man of the house" if they ever won the races so naturally, Sephiroth couldn't go easy on them.

And he never stopped being a hardass, anyway. It's a trait from his SOLDIER upbringing that he couldn't rid of even if he wanted to.

When they come home, Sephiroth faceplants into the darling's lap, like a tired kitty. It's his way of claiming her before any of the boys can.

You took one last look in the full-length mirror and grinned widely, exposing your fake vampire fangs. Satisfied with your costume, you headed to the Halloween party some of your friends had planned.

As soon as you stepped into the party hall, you immediately started searching for your boyfriend. He was standing in the corner, staring out the window as if waiting for someone. The second you approached him, you flashed your fangs and said in the classic Dracula accent, "I want to suck your blood."

Vincent

Vincent was NOT amused as his eyebrow twitched for a brief moment. Of all the costumes you could have selected, why did you choose a vampire?

"Did Yuffie put you up to this?" His deep voice rang through your ears, sending a shiver down your spine.

All you could do was shake your head and quietly stand next to him. Maybe being a vampire wasn't a good idea.

Vincent silently stared at your face as if trying to read your mind. "I am not upset with you. Stop sulking and go enjoy the party."

Cloud

Hearing your words, Cloud turned into a tomato. Were you joking? Was this a prank? Did you really mean it?

He averted his eyes and thought for a moment. Cloud forgot that he was in a public place and shyly whispering, "I-If it makes your h-happy, then sure."

Smirking, you hugged him and brushed your fangs against his neck. "You realize we are at a party, right? Still want me to suck your blood?"

Cloud's eyes widened, and his face drained of color. The power your presence had around him was no joke.

Angeal

No, just no. Angeal was not going to accept such a joke, especially not in a public place. What if someone else heard you?

He shook his head and sighed loudly, "Not funny. If you want to joke around about these things, wait till we get back home."

He even made you promise you would not say such things to him or anyone else throughout the party.

Tseng

Tseng was very confused. Why would you want to suck his blood? There are no such things as vampires.

He wasn't even sure how to react to that statement. Was he supposed to laugh? Ignore it? Tell you that was not funny?

So, Tseng decided to brush aside your words and asked if you would like anything to drink or eat.

You were disappointed, to say the least.

Zack

Zack started laughing at your Dracula accent and pinched your cheeks. "You think you can scare me while looking this cute? Not a chance."

His reaction made you frown. This was not supposed to be his reaction.

"It's your fault for being so cute, but if you really want to suck my blood, then should we go to my place?" Zack teasingly asked while winking.

Hearing your words, Reno's jaw dropped, and for a while, he blankly stared at you. After processing the words in his mind over and over again, he started to look around.

"What are you looking around for?" You asked, puzzled.

"For your coffin."

"My...coffin?"

Reno nodded his head and playfully smiled, "Dracula has a coffin, right? Tell me where it is, so I can undress and get inside. Then you can suck my blood or anything you want."

Not expecting such a straightforward response, your face grew redder than Reno's hair.

Sephiroth

Amused by your statement, Sephiroth began taking off his jacket without saying a word.

"Sephi, what are you doing?"

He smirked and pushed aside his hair, revealing his neck to you, "Do as you please. Let's see how far you are willing to go in a public place."

If you were going to make a comment like that at a party, Sephiroth was going to make you pay. Choose your words carefully next time.

Rufus

Rufus studied your expression for a moment before chuckling, "I am certain you can do better."

Not understanding what he meant, you tilted your head and blinked rapidly.

He leaned in closer to your face and whispered huskily, "Why would you wish to suck my blood when you could suck something much better? My dear, you are not leaving this party without giving me a ‘reward’."
