Recently I had discovered painting called Isle of the Dead by Arnold Böcklin and it looks very similar to the island that sebs takes ciel at the end of s1. Do you think it might have had inspired it?

The Wikipedia entry on the painting mentions Kuroshitsuji in the "Works inspired by" section. Not the best wording, imho, but it's definitely mentioned there.
There were numerous versions made of it. Here's the third, from 1883:

Family had always been important to Rendog. They were his birth pack after all, something a werewolf would always return to in times of need.
And, well, he definitely needed his pack now what with the oozing wounds and likelihood of needing more than just one amputation.
His cousin, Renbob, had already been on his way since before Ren even knew what was going on. The other sending a desper warning, though it has been garbled and talked over. Sadly, idiotically, he didn't take major note of it... now he was dying in his own base... as everyone left for the next season... great.
It wasn't long before Renbob arrived, took even less time for Ren to pass out from blood loss and pain. Before he did though, his cousin gave a kind smile as he mumbled something about a friend that could help with prosthetics.
He didn't even need to open his eyes when another person shuffled into the RV.
His pack, or just a tiny portion of it, was now nearby looking after his injuries.
Ren was sure that, if he was physically able to, he'd be purring like a pampered cat. Heck, if his body didn't hurt from even the slightest a movements then maybe his tail would be wagging.
Once wounds had been wrapped, and the ugliest part of it all was done, cold claws went through his hair.
"You can rest now, we've got a long way to go." Doc said quietly while brushing away dry blood.
The werewolf could just barely groan in response, tiredness taking over quickly as he once again drifted into unconsciousness.

I had a very productive day today. Had 1 class, 2 meetings. Got ahead on Physics homework. Cleaned. Worked out. Even socialized a little :) I am very proud of myself.

i am super excited to share this new custom content set with you!
as you might have heard by now, the lovely MissSimReno and i developed a concept together for a coastal / traditional style family room! we were very inspired by the theme of brindleton bay, the world that came with the cats&dogs expansion pack, but also by our real life experiences as we both live near the sea, even though april she lives in the usa and i live in germany, we still had the same vision in mind.
we had so much fun developing this set and i am very happy with the outcome!

a/n: there is no face claim, I just can't resist te perfection that is Anya Taylor-Joy(I wanted to save her for a Häkkinen!reader, but couldn't stop myself when I started the dior montage). those are little snippets from her life between the GQ video and Bahrain 23', to give some context. I gave names to y/n mother, sister, stepfather and etc, because I find mad confusing to put a bunch of y/mn, y/s/n, y/bff/n, it gets tiring and confusing especially if it comes one after the other in a social media tag or paragraph, thats the only reason I gave them names. there is a few tennis players in this story, not too crazy, but as it is a character a little bit inspired by break point some of those guys will show up and the netflix show will be mentioned. comment and give it a like if you like, I love to read what you guys have to say and your thoughts. I also gave a name to the series, it is very cliche but I couldn't think of nothing better.

SECRET PAKISTANI ARMS sales to the U.S. helped to facilitate a controversial bailout from the International Monetary Fund earlier this year, according to two sources with knowledge of the arrangement, with confirmation from internal Pakistani and American government documents. The arms sales were made for the purpose of supplying the Ukrainian military — marking Pakistani involvement in a conflict it had faced U.S. pressure to take sides on.
The revelation is a window into the kind of behind-the-scenes maneuvering between financial and political elites that rarely is exposed to the public, even as the public pays the price. Harsh structural policy reforms demanded by the IMF as terms for its recent bailout kicked off an ongoing round of protests in the country. Major strikes have taken place throughout Pakistan in recent weeks in response to the measures.
The protests are the latest chapter in a year-and-a-half-long political crisis roiling the country. In April 2022, the Pakistani military, with the encouragement of the U.S., helped organize a no-confidence vote to remove Prime Minister Imran Khan. Ahead of the ouster, State Department diplomats privately expressed anger to their Pakistani counterparts over what they called Pakistan’s “aggressively neutral” stance on the Ukraine war under Khan. They warned of dire consequences if Khan remained in power and promised “all would be forgiven” if he were removed.
