I just wanted to remind you that you should give credit for the little things. You drank water, you made your bed, maybe you took a shower, maybe you forced yourself to leave the house today even though you didn't want to, maybe today there weren't as many negative thoughts, even if you didn't do any of those things, you got up today and that's enough. Things start small, small steps, you are doing a good job and I am proud. You should be too.
