my body keeps trying to suffocate me and I have no idea what to do about this. like, I could try and ask my neighbor for some help but I'm coughing a bunch anyway so idk how she'd be able to identify when I'm actually suffocating (not like I can scream) nor do I have a clue what she'd be able to do about it even if she could

#tmi:#I apparently have some bunch of phlegm that's stuck in exactly the wrong position #so occasionally if I take a sharp breath or cough or blow my nose it just. seals my damn airways #this has happened at least 4 times now #so far I have eventually managed to cough it out the way again but not before feeling like I am going to fucking die #seems very very easy for that to just. not succeed. once. especially coz it's like. really fucking sticky #I do not want to die from choking on my own phlegm. idk what to do :/#m #whining
