Im back with some Midari Ikishima fashion headcannons.
Midari would definitely dress like a total rockstar. Most of her wardrobe would be black and consist of leather jackets, distressed tees, and boots. She would be into menswear for sure.
I headcannon Midari having alot of tattoos and piercings, giving almost a punk rock vibe. Think Ren from Nana.
Midari would have a good sense of style and love to accessorize. I love the idea of Midari and Sayaka going shopping together and Midari helpping Sayaka pick out outfits. She would be opinionated for sure, being brutally honest with Sayaka. I like this image because their styles contrast so much.
Let me know what you think of these looks. Do they fit Midari? I am thinking about doing the rest of the KKG characters and making this a series.

- Sayaka?
- Yes, president.
- The election is over. Now, no one can pretend on our throne.
- Our? Throne?
- You haven't figured it out yet? Of course I'm not president already but... I'm still one of mostly rich people in Japan and member of influential clan. Let's leave our city for a while for one important thing in my live.
- For what... President? Or.. Ki..
- My wife. Not just Kirari.
- Wha... What...
- Sayaka Igarashi... Will you marry me?
- ...
- Sayaka... I don't want to be president anymore. And I don't want to be a member of my clan too, but I want to be a part of your soul. I want to be more than president for you.
- Yes... Kirari.
"The day when she said her name. Kirari Momobami - the most powerful president in their school ever."
Tumblr media
20?? year, Japan, Tokyo:
- Do you remember our first falling?
- Of course.
- ...
- I don't fear it anymore... I dream about dying in our bed together in one second every time when we do this... I will go to hell only with you! Dear God, I swear...
- We will go there together.
- I'm not going anywhere without you. Never.
- Of course. My dear love.

The President is a What?
Chapter 3
Tumblr media
Word count: ~1,700
The piercing scream of her alarm ripped Sayaka out of her sleep.
5:00am. Awake and ready for the day early as always, Sayaka made sure of it.
However, today she knew she would not be assuming her usual position in the student council room but rather helping the rest of the council clean up after last night’s celebration. Waking up a few hours early was no issue for Sayaka, she hopped up and turned off her alarm before grabbing a clean uniform and heading to the bathroom, giving Midari’s bedroom door a few hard knocks on the way to make sure the girl was awake. A loud groan sounded out and Sayaka grinned knowing there wasn’t much Midari could do other than complain. She had reluctantly agreed -or was rather forced by Runa- to accompany Sayaka to campus in the morning to help clean up the aftermath with the rest of the council.
Midari had resurfaced from her room by the time Sayaka had finished getting ready for the day, and the pair made their way to the bus stop after Sayaka stored her maps of the school away safely in her bag. She was stubborn in not losing them and had begun to memorize the layout in her mind, already planning to find the rooms by tapping along the school’s walls as she helped clean around the halls.
The shrieking squeal of the bus’s brakes alerted the girls to prepare for departure, mounting the stairs with student IDs in hands to present to the driver. The skies were noticeably darker this morning, with clouds seeming to slowly roll in while the sun still threatened to dominate the skies. ‘Looks like we may have a storm this afternoon, I will have to make sure the council doesn’t neglect to search the campus lawn for trash before noon.’ Sayaka looked over towards Midari, who was leaning her head against the seat in front of them, a slight bit of drool threatening to fall to her knees.
Sayaka rolled her eyes but couldn’t blame Midari, waking up at 5:00am was asking a lot even for Sayaka, who preferred the extra two hours they usually had during most weekdays.
A few minutes went by before the bus lurched into the parking lot of the school, jolting Midari awake from her impromptu nap. Dismounting from their seats, the girls quickly found their way inside. They separated to go their own ways, Midari towards who knows where to most likely ‘search’ for unopened beer cans and other less tasteful unattended items, and Sayaka straight for the council room. The girl frequently left her school bag in the council room when she was required elsewhere not for class, and had opened the doors to the room to safely store her stuff in one of the filing cabinets when her heart skipped a beat at a certain voice.
“Say-a-ka,” the president mused, immediately noticing the girl’s urgent entrance into the room. The girl in question froze, she was always the first one to the council room and certainly expected to be the first when it was so early in the morning today. Why was the president here so early by comparison? Was she looking for Sayaka? Maybe she never left the school last night to begin with, Sayaka recalled Kirari not making any indication to leave when she coaxed the other girl to go home.
“Y-yes, president?” Sayaka avoided eye contact with the older girl, still nervous to lock eyes with her after last night’s light teasing. A blush dusted her cheeks remember their exchange. The girl’s feelings for the president weren’t not obvious, Sayaka was terrible at hiding her emotions, which only worked to further provoke the president’s teasing.
“I know you always come in early, but you seem much more urgent than usual. Are you still thinking about our little discovery from last night?” Sayaka didn’t respond, still processing their sudden encounter.
“I- uh…yes, president.”
Kirari smiled at the girl. “What are your thoughts about it? Any considerations for maybe why someone would go through the trouble to close off certain parts of the building and hide them away from the world for years?”
Sayaka recalled the lack of any real information she found on the building’s history, just that it was an older building which belonged to the same family and was never officially marked as sold, but that it yet somehow still turned into the current academy. The building also was not old enough to likely hold anything of great value either, when compared to other infamous historical buildings around Japan.
“I’m not sure. The building isn’t old enough for someone to hide valuable items in, and the owner just as easily could have taken any family heirlooms with them or have hidden them off site or even kept them in a safe. Hiding something away in the walls of one’s home would feel more akin to the western world with its citizens hiding alcohol within the walls during prohibition,” she paused, “or someone hiding drugs. In both instances, the walls of the home were used to hide taboo or illegal substances.”
“Interesting. Well then, what do you propose the owner of this home was hiding from the rest of the world?” Sayaka hummed in thought. “I don’t know, president.”
Sayaka felt a hand graze her chin, forcing her to look into the president’s eyes. “I trust you will find more information as you look around the school, you’ve already located every hidden room it seems judging by the map in your bag, dear.”
Kirari slipped the map out of Sayaka’s bag to get a closer look but was instead met with a large phallic depiction and certain cardio activities drawn in the corner of the page with red crayon.
Sayaka’s face flushed.
“Seems rather adventurous for your tastes, Sayaka.”
“It’s not like that, I swear,” Sayaka didn’t know what to say, “I would never dream of that.” She mentally kicked herself for wording it like that. “Oh? Dream of what exactly?” Kirari pried playfully, not so patiently waiting for the girl’s answer. An answer she was interested in knowing, as it would give Kirari the chance to know if she truly had a shot with Sayaka, as she never gave any hints or indications to which way she leaned. The girl never entertained entering relationships, so any information to that side of her was unknown, something Kirari, who always knew the exact way others’ lives would play out, was not used to.
Kirari reached her hand out towards Sayaka.
Sayaka brisked, “It’s nothing,” backing away to finish putting her bag away in one of the cabinets, she could collect the map from Kirari later as she already had the contents completely memorized. Sayaka started back towards the double doors, not wanting to interact with the president any longer. A finger snagged Sayaka by the collar and brought her back to face Kirari, her facial features darkened, “You’re not leaving this room until you’ve answered my question, dear.”
Sayaka didn’t know how to react, hiding her face as best she could in the crook of the president’s neck.
She gave, her voice hushed. “I would never dream of defacing any materials,” Sayaka was met with silence indicating the other was waiting for her to finish her response, “or partake in any activities with the opposite sex.”
Sayaka responded so quietly that Kirari had a hard time hearing the girl but managed to process what was whispered. She unhooked her fingers from the girl’s uniform and stepped back, taking in the other’s expression.
“Tell me then, what do you dream of?”
Sayaka winced, she was not prepared to be having this conversation with the president at such a time and place. “How about we continue this conversation another time, okay president?”
Kirari remembered how Sayaka wanted to search around the school, “yes, we can do just that,” Sayaka sighed in relief, “but only if you gamble with me.” Sayaka’s face dropped as Kirari smiled. Oh god. Kirari knew about Sayaka never wishing to partake in a gamble so why try and lure her into one now, and over such a small occurrence? She wasn’t planning on keeping her sexuality hidden from the president, but she never pictured what telling the president would look like.
“We can negotiate the rules later, I know you are eager to explore the school, Sayaka. There is a small toolbox in the council room closet and you already have access to the various janitor closets around the school if you need quick access to any tools. I trust you will be clean about damaging the dear walls and integrity of the school.” Kirari handed the map back before stalking back to her seat, “Report back any findings.”
________________________________________
“Oh come on, already! Why do I have to be the one to carry all of the supplies while you go around knocking on the walls? I want to get this over with and bust these rooms in so we can find the fucking treasure and make so easy cash!”
Midari groaned as they walked down the halls, carefully marking and drilling small peepholes through walls deemed fake. “We were instructed to conduct our searches with as little damage done to the interior as possible. It does not matter that the walls are fake, Midari, there is still the threat of discovering asbestos and releasing it into the main body of the school! Plus, you are in charge of holding all of the supplies because you were the cause of my most awkward encounter with the president yet!” Sayaka balanced the drill back into the stack Midari was carrying before looking through the small hole she drilled, once again met with empty space. They were beginning to lose hope for finding anything interesting, so far there were three small empty gaps no wider than four feet between the interior and original walls with nothing of any value spotted save for a couple of lost bolts from the construction workers who were the last visitors. Sayaka slumped and shook her head, letting Midari know it was another dud and they continued walking.
Midari laughed. “Hey, maybe you could consider it as me helping you out! I know you’ve liked that chick for a few years now, how come you two haven’t banged yet?”
Sayaka huffed as her face turned beet red, “First of all, keep it down! Secondly, I doubt the president is even into that and I don’t want to be responsible for making our professional relationship awkward lest I have to put up with such tension for any more than a day.”
Another hole began drilling into the wall but was met with greater resistance; a stud. “Ah crap,” Sayaka let out. “Be ready to switch places if I can’t remove the drill bit, I hit a stud in the wall.”
Sayaka braced her right knee and hip against the wall and she reversed the tool’s rotation and backed out of the hole, a small thump sounded from the other side, quickly grabbing the attention of both girls. Blowing into the hole to remove any leftover sawdust, Sayaka cautiously peered in. “Looks like there are secrets to this place after all, take a look,” Sayaka stepped back and let Midari get a peak. “Well it’s no treasure but after a few hours of looking at nothing, I guess it’s sorta cool. Care to retrieve it or..?” Midari’s expression made it clear that while she didn’t care for the contents of the room, she badly wanted to partake in destruction of property.
“Yes, I do,” Midari met Sayaka’s eye, causing her infectious grin to affect the girl as well, “...Yes, you can make a larger hole in the wall, but don’t hurt the book!”
A loud crunch was heard before Sayaka could continue her speech. Splintered drywall lay scattered at the secretary’s feet. The pungent smell of old books and dust filled the air, causing a violent but short coughing fit to erupt from her lungs, she wasn’t used to inhaling so much dust and the miniscule particles which violated her throat burned. Sayaka doubled over, using a hand to steady herself against the wall to not drop any further into the oppressive cloud of ancient air and god knows.
“Here,” Midari held the book up the Sayaka, “this is the only thing in the room.” Sayaka accepted the delicate work and wiped any remaining dust off its cover while recovering from her fit of coughing turned sneezing. The title was illegible but the name was barely visible: Ovid.
What the hell?
Sayaka flipped the cover over and examined the contents, it did not appear to be any valuable or original copy, lowering her direct desire to protect such a worn item a little further down in her priorities. Most of the pages were torn, almost completely faded away, or missing. A few pages were blocked out in a deeply satin ink as well as parts of the front and back covers to the book, whoever spilt ink had done so while this work lay open.
Midari stood and began dusting herself off, “So, anything good?” Sayaka thought for a moment before gently shaking her head. “No, this book is badly damaged and doesn’t appear to be any sort of first edition or original work, it’s obviously been published by press or machine. I can’t make out the title and the author’s name doesn’t ring any immediate bells.”
The beautification council president shrugged, signifying her question to Sayaka. “We will still need to present this to the president of course,” Sayaka stared at the cover, “just not right now.”
“Oh, keeping secrets of our own are we?” Midari jested.
“I’m not keeping this a secret! I want to conduct a bit of private research before handing it off to the president. For once, I am unfamiliar with an author’s name and I don’t want to disappoint if asked point blank if I know anything about this book, much less if it has anything to do with this school.”
Sayaka was only met with a facial expression rapidly growing in amusement, oh how she wished she could wipe the shit eating grin from the other girl’s face at times.
Pulling out her phone, she checked the time. “It’s getting late, we don’t need to be missing the bus home again. Come on, let’s clean up and get going.” Midari looked back at the mess littering the floor and groaned, “Aw come on! Do we have to? We can say a fight occurred and a kid got shoved too hard into the wall!”
The other hummed before a smile of her own adorned her features, “here, how about you clean this mess up since you made it and I take the rest of the supply back to the council room? You sure complained an awful lot about having to carry everything the entire way, consider this as my way of helping relieve you of such duties.” Sayaka smiled as Midari’s face fell.
“God I really despise you sometimes.” “I know.”
________________________________________
Sayaka walked all of the supplies provided to her by the president, save for a dustpan and broom left with Midari, back to the council room. The two girls had spent the entire day at the academy cleaning, attending to normal day-to-day activities, and getting a start on scouting the building. The doors to the council room cracked open as Sayaka pushed herself into the room with her foot holding the door open, the room was completely empty save for her personal belongings. Sayaka stowed her belongings in the council’s private janitor’s closet, and walked towards the filing cabinets to grab her stuff.
Her eyes were met with a small blue sticky note sitting atop her bag, it read one word: ‘Metamorphoses’

Can someone help me out really quick?
I’m trying to find this Kirari x Sayaka fanfiction where Sayaka resigns after the tower of doors because she thinks Kirari doesn’t love her, but Sayaka resigns Kirari fights to get her back. Then they have a gamble that’s about who knows the other the best, they also mention Sayaka’s worst fear; the fear of failure; and Kirari loves her and it’s very cute and fluffy at the end.
Please help 🙏🙏

Sayaka: …
Kirari: No, I didn't mean it like that-

Of Love's Perception and Reality: The Delicate Balance of Underestimation
Kirari realized that she had underestimated Sayaka's love for her, and this can be a common and delicate aspect of relationships. It's not uncommon to worry that the other person might not love us as deeply as we love them.
Tumblr media
Kirari didn't fully grasp the depth of Sayaka's feelings for her, leading to the surprise of discovering the extent of Sayaka's love.
Tumblr media
I think it's quite normal, even though everyone knows how much Sayaka loves her, she still might have doubts or underestimate it, because she firmly believes that she loves Sayaka more.

Yk like “sickkk dude…” “it’s not a big deal…” “take a chill pill…”
↳ insanely chill s/o
Tumblr media
♥ GENRE: fluff
♥ CHARACTER(S): k. momobami, m. ikishima, y. jabami, s. igarashi
♥ SYNOPSIS: in request!
♥ NOTE: ITST HE LAST FEW LINES THAT ABSOLUTELY GOT ME I WAS LOSINH IT I LOVE THIS PROMPT SO MUCH ITS SO FUNNY LETS GET TO IT
Tumblr media Tumblr media
━ KIRARI MOMOBAMI ;
She doesn’t know if you’ve gone insane from the school itself or if that’s how you normally are, but when she hears about you, she’s laughing a lot
You’re really not a bad gambler, it’s just the fact that you’re not here to win or lose, you’re just here for the sport
The one time she goes and watches you play is when you’re going against a student council member, which causes a stirring in the school
They’re all talking about how there can be bets made as to who is going to win or lose and she personally takes a risk mentally of choosing you
Unlike what she thought, you were exceedingly calm and even put down your cards and openly said, “Mannnnnn, you’re going to win this round, good for you, dude.”
Your opponent just sat there like ??? What just happened ???
Kirari was the one trying to stifle her laughter, because you just confused a student council member, something that was rare and hardly happened
She’s definitely going to try and see if you will join the council or at the very least, be in a place where she can watch you
Tumblr media
━ MIDARI IKISHIMA ;
On one hand, you piss her off slightly but on the other, you’re hilarious and she wants to see if she can get you to gamble with her
She does take you to her underground dungeon where she proposes a game with you and you’re immediately like, “That’s rad, bro, let’s get started.”
But the entire time, instead of you going all sadistic on her, you’re just chill about it; your whole life is on the line and all you can say is, “It’s not that bad, my broski, relax.”
Midari just wants you to do something that excites her but you’re the last person she should’ve gone to because you are so calm, it’s scary
It also completely throws her off guard to where she’s going hysterical with happiness when it’s your turn to put bullets into a gun that she had used as part of the game. Instead of saying something, you just say, “It’s not a big deal, take a chill pill~”
Midari is on this thin line where she doesn’t know if she loves you or hates you, but you did give her an interesting game where she was thrown off guard
Tumblr media
━ JABAMI YUMEKO ;
Oh, she definitely loves you and thinks you’re cool and funny
She’s the kind of person that’s calm during a gamble, but not as calm as you and definitely does not have the same remarks
You’ve gone against Mary, that’s how she knows you and while Mary did try to shake you up, all you did was shrug and say, “Dude, you’re so good at this game, I’m very much impressed, wowwwwwwww-”
Yumeko is laughing softly in the back because Mary’s face is so funny and you’re just sitting there like nothing’s wrong
The day she asks to gamble with you is the day that she’s definitely going to be amused
She doesn’t care about the outcome, what she does care about is how you handle yourself because she doesn’t want someone that’s completely different than who she wanted to play against
She does insert you in her friend group because she really wants to hang around you more
Tumblr media
━ SAYAKA IGARASHI ;
She’s actually losing her mind and braincells because of you
You! Are about! To go! Into life-crushing! Debt!
But NO, instead, you’re sitting there like, “Niceeeee bro I’m gonna lose by the way, just letting you know,” AS IF YOU AREN’T LITERALLY LOSING BY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS
You remind her of those surfer dudes on tv, BUT YOU ARE IN A GAMBLE PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER
However, you're very popular because you make people laugh and you're extraordinarily chill for someone that's stuck amongst a bunch of insane people
The president has given her specific instructions for her to go see you and she swears that she either got an enlightening experience or she truly has lost her mind due to you
She would never gamble with you, people like you are dangerous yet she can’t really hide herself from you
You’re too interesting to her and she can’t wait to see what you come up with next

The President is a What?
Chapter 1
This is my first ever fanfiction by the way so any and all feedback is welcome! ^-^
Word count: 1,754
Tumblr media
Paper bats and orange streamers littered the walls; plastic pumpkins filled with candy adorned every table. Cutout ghosts hung from the ceilings, swaying gently from the movement of students below. Snack bars were placed in every room, attracting students with brightly colored candies, apples, and drinks.
Whoever was in charge of decorating did a damn good job for such little notice. The student council president had been known to make short notice arrangements from time to time, and now had been no different.
Hyakkaou Academy was hosting a Halloween party, allowing for friendly no stakes gambling.
Gambling with candies instead of money meant house pets were on equal terms with their peers for one night, allowing for convenient practice before returning to the grueling pet system.
The halls were packed with students, the apparent rise in temperature from having so many people in a small area suffocated Sayaka as she forced her way through the crowds in search of the president. Squeezing passed two students, Sayaka finally reached the main room for candied gambling. The secretary had resigned herself to overseeing the main room when she realized the president wouldn’t be showing up anytime soon.
Whoever decided that replacing the normal betting chips with candies would be in for a mouthful later as crumbs covered the floor and chocolate stains were beginning to show on the pristine card tables.
‘Who would be irrational enough to make THIS choice for alternative playing chips?’
Sayaka stood in thought as she stood at the edge of the small balcony and surveyed the mass of students downstairs. Most everyone was dressed up as various creatures i.e. zombies, vampires, werewolves, etc. Yumeko was playing a form of blackjack near the center of the room, wearing a devil costume that would make a sailor blush. Such a getup would have shown way too much skin for her personal comfort as Sayaka imagined herself in her place. Mary Saotome was gambling against Itsuki while dressed as a…scarecrow?
‘Maybe it’s because her hair is already the color of straw..’ Sayaka thought to herself.
However she was in no place to pass judgement, Sayaka had picked out a werewolf werewolf costume which mostly consisted of her school uniform, with fake ears and a tail. Sayaka had drawn whiskers on her cheeks. Plastic fangs sat uncomfortably in her mouth, fumbling around anytime Sayaka tried to speak. She was quickly torn away from her thoughts as someone beckoned to her.
“Oh ~Sayaka!” Yumeko called out, “please be a dear and come watch our game.”
“Be right there!”
While she would have preferred to stay on the balcony, Sayaka knew it was fruitless to argue with Yumeko, especially when she was in the heat of gambling.
Sayaka had made it to their table. “Oh, how cute! You’re dressed as a cat!!” Yumeko held her hands up like cat ears, “Can you meow for me?”
Sayaka’s face flushed.
“I’m not a cat, I’m supposed to be a werewolf.” Sayaka huffed, looking away to hide her annoyance.
It was already embarrassing enough to be dressed in anything but her normal school uniform but to have attention purposely drawn to her by the most popular girl at school was almost too much.
“Aww, that’s too bad. I think you would look adorable as a cat, but you’re still cute as a werewolf!” Yumeko happily chimed before resuming the game.
Sayaka didn’t respond to the comment and tried to calm her heartbeat. She didn’t have to look to know that Yumeko was undoubtedly winning by a landslide. The visible crater of veins in the forehead of Yumeko’s opponent’s head was enough to deduce that he had not won a single game tonight.
Sayaka would feel bad for him if she didn’t know challenging Yumeko to any game would lead to an automatic loss.
After they had completed the match, Sayaka helped clear the table off for the next game, working methodically to make sure no candy crumbs would become smashed into the carpet.
Sayaka had started back up the stairs after resetting multiple tables and making sure students had access to various types of games which didn’t require her supervision while she would be gone.
Midari could be heard in the distance attempting to get somebody to play Russian roulette with her. Thankfully it appeared nobody but Midari was looking for any life threatening thrills tonight.
As she made her way back up to the balcony, Sayaka wondered where the president could possibly be as she was supposed to be in charge of overseeing the night’s events.
‘Maybe she’s gone back to the student council room, everything out here seems to be well under control so it’s likely that she just isn’t feeling entertained enough at the moment.’
Sayaka made her way through the main lobby of the school, making a B-line for the student council room as she was eager to ensure the president was alright.
As she entered the hallway leading to the council room the lights briefly flickered threatening to go out but ceasing as they remained steady in the ceilings. Sayaka took note to inform the school janitor about the issue when she bumped into him later. Sayaka reached the entrance to the student council room.
Turning to shut the door behind her, Sayaka didn’t have time to survey the room before the lights snapped off again. This time they did not come back on.
“Oh you have got to be kid-” Sayaka couldn’t finish her sentence before an arm quickly pulled her further inside. Unable to rid herself of the person dragging her, Sayaka opened her mouth to scream.
“Not a word.” A hushed voice whispered, clamping a hand over Sayaka’s mouth. A candle sat in the back of the room, emitting just enough light for Sayaka to see the perpetrator’s silhouette. Whoever was dragging her further into the room didn’t seem to be dressed up for the festivities. Panic set into Sayaka at the thought that a stranger from the outside had managed to get into the council room.
It was dark enough that she could quickly escape back into the main halls of the school and call for help if she could get just an arm’s length away from her captor. Sayaka had been a part of martial arts and track clubs growing up and would be able to outpace most of her other peers given the chance.
Unable to say anything, Sayaka struggled against the other person in an attempt to free herself, pushing into the other person in an attempt to knock them over. The grip on her arms tightened as the figure righted themselves with a grunt before Sayaka found herself shoved into a wall.
“Do that again and you’ll have other problems to worry about.” the figure whispered against Sayaka’s ear.
Giving into her temporary defeat, Sayaka relaxed, allowing the cloaked stranger to lead her further into the room.
The lights in the room flicked on and Sayaka found her face beginning to flush as she realized who she was being dragged by.
“President! What are you doing here? You’re supposed to be overseeing the party.”
Kirari continued dragging Sayaka further into the room to where a set of previously blocked off doors sat. “I’m aware. I was waiting to see how long it would take for you to come find me. I understand you have a knack for wanting to make sure everything runs smoothly even if it means managing the situation yourself.”
“I was just-” “ I want to get your opinion on this. You know how these doors lead to nowhere for no apparent reason? Do you think they could actually lead somewhere, maybe a secret room hidden behind the walls?”
Sayaka worked her jaw in thought, taken aback by the sudden onslaught of questions from the president, who was feeling the wall behind the faux doorway.
“I’m not sure why they would lead to a secret room to begin with, the student council room is already locked off from non-members to begin with so there is no reason to have yet another set of secrets.” Sayaka only received a blank stare in response, urging her to continue. “However, depending on how old the building is and if it held any other organizations before us, it couldn’t be completely ruled out to have a secret room somewhere.”
The dull thud of drywall hitting the floor sounded in Sayaka’s ears.
“P-president! What on earth are you doing?!”
“What?” Kirari brushed off her uniform and stood looking proudly at Sayaka. “I took what you said and gambled on it being a secret room! Well that and the fact that the drywall sounded completely hollow when I knocked on it.”
Sayaka glanced back to the fist sized hole which until now was shielded by the thin material.
“I think it would be best to leave this for now, your presence may soon be requested from the rest of the council..” Sayaka trailed off, disappearing for a moment to retrieve the first aid kit leaving the president to sweep up the mess.
Kirari hummed before closing the doors.
As they started their walk back into the bustling hallways, Sayaka worked up the courage to ask about the president’s lack of costume.
“President, how come you aren’t wearing a costume? Everyone else is dressed up.”
Kirari wrapped an arm around Sayaka, pulling her head close enough to speak directly into Sayaka’s ears. Sayaka blushed from the sudden warmth engulfing her. “Good question, maybe I wanted to spark people’s intrigue by not dressing up, or maybe I wanted you to pick out a costume for me.” Kirari whispered. Sayaka flushed, grabbing Kirari’s arm in an attempt to keep herself there to hide the burning redness in her cheeks.
Sayaka felt a hand gently tugging the fake ears on her head.
“Maybe we could match.” Kirari grinned.
“P-president! This isn’t appropriate, I can find you a set of ears if you would like to match! I-“
A hand stopped Sayaka from continuing. Her eyes refused to make contact with Kirari’s as she felt the cheap Halloween ears being lifted away. She doubly refused to acknowledge the president’s face now, as she knew a smug grin would be waiting to see her reaction to the president clad in fake werewolf ears.
She refused to acknowledge the smirk. She refused to get lost in those eyes which ran deeper than the ocean itself. She refused to allow herself to drown. No, not tonight, another day.

I should also mention the better half of this chapter (aka the first half) was written last October, so the writing style may have a noticeable change. My apologies if it’s a bit wordy dirty in the beginning because of it!

Happy Holidays Maddy! 💕 Alright, so in the spirit of christmas can we do a Kirari x Sayaka x Reader where the reader invites her girlfriends to their home for the holidays while their parents go visit family? The reader basically teaches them how to have a normal, calm, and small christmas without gambling and stress. Just nice and fluffy <333 (and maybe kirai would be a little clueless to the idea of a normal christmas since they probably had to gamble for their own gifts-)
A Normal Holiday
Kirari Momobami x Sayaka Igarashi x She/Her Reader
A/N: Ignore the fact that it’s January please. If I didn’t have fifty requests to sift through, I would have tried to have this one done earlier. Anyway, hope you like it! Word Count: 2,555
“(Y/n), what is your favorite winter holiday tradition?” Kirari asked out of the blue. Presumably because she was looking for any excuse to not look over the dull election challenge propositions Sayaka had placed before her.
“My favorite tradition?” (Y/n) sat back in her chair as she thought, “I guess I like decorating cookies, the food in general is really good. Sledding can be fun too if there’s enough snow, watching movies, hanging out with the family… it’s too bad, with the election still going on, I’m not going to the family get-together this year.”
“You shouldn’t have to skip out on family time to monitor election matches,” Sayaka voiced, her brow furrowed in concern, “Do you need me to talk to Yomozuki-san to get you time off?”
“No, it’s fine. Besides, I wanted to spend the holidays with my two favorite people. I thought it would be nice.”
Sayaka blushed, a small smile working its way upon her lips. Then, back from her unnoticed pondering, Kirari chimed in,
“I am confused.“
“What about?” (Y/n) asked.
“Does your family not take part in the time-honored tradition of gambling for your right to the family banquet? That’s my favorite and then watching the younger children test their skills to earn desirable items.“
“Oh, uh, no. No, we don’t do that.” (Y/n) was well aware that Kirari’s upbringing wasn’t like most to say the least, but she always managed to catch her off guard with the little insights about her life she would casually drop as if some of the things she said weren’t the most horrifying things (Y/n) had ever heard.
“A shame,” Kirari seemed genuinely put out, “And you, Sayaka?”
“I usually study in preparation for the new term. My parents are away so it makes a conducive study environment.”
Again, (Y/n)’s heart twisted uncomfortably in her chest. Though Sayaka’s family life lacked the extreme eat-or-be-eaten mentality Kirari’s had, they were quite cold and withdrawn. It was no wonder to (Y/n) why Sayaka tried to be number one in all that interested her, number one of (Y/n) and Kirari’s hearts especially since her parents seemed so uninterested in Sayaka’s academic accomplishments.
“This is exactly why you two should come stay at my house over break. I think it would be good for you to try to have a normal holiday where you don’t sit at home alone or watch small children cry because they had to gamble away their toys. Ririka is encouraged to come too if she wants.”
“She told me she was staying with Saotome for break, actually,” Kirari disclosed, “I thought it would be interesting to see how Saotome lives, but she said if I came to her home, it would be, ‘on sight’, whatever that means. Ririka clarified that it was a form of threat. However that’s neither here nor there I suppose, I’ll be happy to join you for break, (Y/n). And you, Sayaka?”
“Of course I’ll come!” Sayaka nearly yelled. She couldn’t fathom loosing out on quality time with either of them.
“Great! Okay, do we want to exchange gifts? If so, we should establish a price limit.”
“Exchange gifts?” Kirari cocked her head to the side, “As in bartering?”
“If it’s easier for you to think of it that way, then sure. You give Sayaka and I something you think we’d like and we each give you something we think you would like. And Sayaka and I give something to each other.”
“Fascinating. And where does the gambling come in? If we lose, do the gifts meant for us get destroyed before our eyes?”
“No, no, there isn’t any destroying. Just giving.” (Y/n) wanted to be as precise as possible for Kirari, but she knew that her words could easily go in one ear and out the other with her.
Kirari hummed, she appeared to be elsewhere in her thoughts, but the little displeased pout of her blue lips at least gave (Y/n) an indication that she had been heard. Whether or not that would matter was yet to be determined.
Sayaka on the other hand looked very invested. (Y/n) could see that she had taken out a notebook. What she could possibly have to take notes on related to gift giving, (Y/n) was unsure.
“What were you thinking for the price limit?” Sayaka asked, a perfectly logical question.
“How about no more than 3,000 yen per gift?”
“Only 6,000 total? That hardly seems adequate.” Kirari chimed.
“It’s plenty for a couple sweet little presents. Trust me.” (Y/n) assured.
After the incident of their six month anniversary where Kirari bought Sayaka and (Y/n) a spaceship ride to the moon, the literal freaking moon, (Y/n) thought it would be a good idea to make sure they stayed in Japan, or at the very least, on Earth by limiting Kirari’s spending.
“If you say so… what can you even get for 3,000 yen? A carton of milk?”
“More than that.” (Y/n) answered with the patience of a saint.
Turning back to Sayaka, she could see the girl had taken out her laptop and a calculator. Her eyes ablaze with determination, she was no doubt treating this as a challenge. (Y/n) reached across the table to still Sayaka’s hands over the keyboard.
“Don’t take it too seriously, sweetie. We’ll love whatever you get us, right Kirari?”
“Anything I receive from Sayaka is sure to be unexpected. I will cherish it always.”
If at all possible, steam would have spouted from Sayaka’s ears from the combined touch and praise. She released a strangled noise of understanding and when (Y/n) pulled away to sit back down in her chair, Sayaka was more interested in slightly swaying in her chair with a giddy smile on her face.
“I had better see if Runa needs me for any last minute gambles before I go home. I need to get the house set up and I have presents to buy,” (Y/n) got up from her chair once more and maneuvered around the table to give Kirari and Sayaka their customary departing kisses, “Come over around noon on Saturday and be prepared to spend the night.”
When Kirari and Sayaka voiced their understanding, (Y/n) left them under the soft blue light of the humming fish tanks, excited to get to work.
***
It was all set.
Nothing too extravagant, but she did put up some decorations and lights around the living room and made the couch into a comfortable fort of sorts, her presents for Kirari and Sayaka placed next to the selection of movies they could choose from. She had sugar cookies baked and cooled, ready to be frosted with a sampling of colors. There would be the usual feel good holiday snacks and dinner as well. There wasn’t much snow outside, but they could make little snowmen if they wanted too. It was sure to be a good experience for the girls. (Y/n) hoped it would have a good impact on them.
The doorbell rang and (Y/n) leapt to the door. She grinned when Sayaka and Kirari came into view. Sayaka was carrying two overnight bags over her shoulders, one presumably Kirari’s, and two presents in her hands. Kirari also had two presents in hand and (Y/n) let out a silent sigh of relief at their ordinary sizes. (Y/n) hugged them both and practically dragged them inside.
“Come on in!”
“I feel as though your home gets smaller every time I see it.” Kirari drawled.
(Y/n) playfully rolled her eyes. She knew better than to be offended by Kirari’s blunt observations.
“It smells very nice in here.” Sayaka complimented softly, the warmth and gentle calm of the space already making the usually stiff and anxiety riddled girl feel more at peace.
“Thank you! Here, I’ll take those bags. You can put the presents by the tv over there.”
(Y/n) put the overnight bags away, then the fun began. They started with decorating cookies. Kirari looked quite interested at the prospect having never had to do any food prep in her life.
Kirari’s cookies looked every bit as if a small child made them. More frosting seemed to get on the counter than the cookies themselves. Meanwhile Sayaka’s looked immaculate, but she had only decorated four out of the thirty cookies (Y/n) had baked in the time it took her girlfriends to do ten each. They helped her out of course, and sampled their work.
“It’s quite good,” Kirari marveled, “I shall take a few back to Ririka when we reconvene. She would enjoy this sort of thing. It is missing the thrill of possibly being poisoned by Miyo and Miri, however.”
“I could mix some salt or something spicy into the frosting of one of the cookies if that’ll help.” (Y/n) half-joked, but seeing the gleam that came across Kirari’s eyes, she found herself desecrating a perfectly good cookie to please the decidedly stranger one of her two girlfriends.
She mixed a teaspoon of salt into a leftover frosting bowl and slathered one of Kirari’s messy cookies with it before putting it in a small line up for Kirari to choose from. Sayaka and (Y/n) watched expectantly as Kirari picked a cookie and took a bite.
“Safe.” Kirari hummed, her tone almost disappointed, before taking another bite.
After washing up, they decided to get cozy and watch a movie. Sayaka had never looked more pink than she was sitting between the other two while sharing a giant, fluffy blanket. She was definitely the most touch-starved out of the three, and when Sayaka seemed to freeze up, (Y/n) was worried they were overwhelming her. But when she tried to give Sayaka more room, her hand reached out to pull her back in.
Sayaka actually ended up falling asleep before the movie was even halfway through. Kirari and (Y/n) spoke softly about the plot over her head as the film progressed, occasionally getting sidetracked by how cute Sayaka looked.
Once the credits began to roll, (Y/n) and Kirari brainstormed what to do next. After spending so much time warming up beneath the blankets, the chill the outdoors promised seemed less appealing. (Y/n) proposed playing a board game and then having dinner.
Kirari was enticed by the idea of a game so (Y/n) let her pick whatever she liked from the cupboard while she tried to rouse Sayaka with a few kisses and sweet words. Her cute, sleepy confusion was so different from the usual serious expression she wore at school.
“(Y/n), what is this Catan game?” Kirari asked, while Sayaka rubbed the sleep from her eyes.
“Oh that one is pretty fun. Basically, you play as a settler and try to collect resources by rolling dice—“
“So it’s gambling?”
“Uh, fundamentally yes. I suppose it is. You want to build settlements and cities near resources with numbers that have a better chance at being rolled, but if someone rolls a seven and you have more than seven cards, you have to give up half of them. It’s both parts strategy and luck.”
“We shall try this one then.” Kirari nodded with finality and strode confidently to the table with (Y/n) and a blanket burrito named Sayaka trailing behind her.
It wasn’t terribly surprising that Sayaka would come out as the winner. She had listened very intently to (Y/n)’s explanation of the rules and took as pure of a strategic stance as she could, not taking chances in placing her initial settlements on unlikely numbers. She also made sure to put them on diverse crossroads to ensure a possibility at every resource available. And she took advantage of the ports, and proposed very diplomatic tradings and got development cards and… yeah she was a beast.
Kirari, conversely, put her initial settlements in questionable places. (Y/n) could defend her first choice of placing a settlement right on the port for two resources instead of three, but then she put her second one between a twelve, a two and the desert. On the bright side, she seldom had to worry about the robber taking her cards when a seven was rolled. In fact, Kirari probably rolled the robber more than anyone which was good for her since it gave her the opportunity to steal a resource card for her meager pile. Then when it came to trading what little she had, she was very…personal about it.
“Sa-ya-ka,” she’d croon, “if you have an an ore to give me, I’ll give you a kiss.”
“Kirari, you can’t just—“ (Y/n) had tried to argue at first, but Sayaka was already pushing the card towards her, biting her lip in anticipation.
(Y/n) pouted and crossed her arms over her chest as she watched Kirari reward Sayaka with a lingering kiss. This behavior would not have flown if this was one of the election gambles that she needed to oversee on a daily basis.
“Done?” (Y/n) asked with a bit of snark when Kirari returned to her seat, leaving Sayaka a little out of breath.
“Not quite,” Kirari smiled, leaning forward, “(Y/n), if you have a grain you are willing to part with, I’ll trade you a kiss.”
(Y/n) sat still for a few beats then quietly slid a card towards Kirari’s pile.
Honestly Kirari probably could have won if Sayaka wasn’t Sayaka.
They left the game out with the intention of playing again later and then got dinner ready. Sayaka was more of a help than Kirari on that front, but thankfully nothing went terribly wrong. They had a pleasant meal and then remembered that there were holiday gifts to open.
First they opened the gifts (Y/n) gave and then the ones Sayaka gave, each was thoughtful and sweet and each recipient made sure to voice their gratitude, but then the time to open Kirari’s gifts came. Sayaka and (Y/n) shared a confused look as the pulled matching sleek keycards from their boxes. At first, (Y/n) though Kirari had ignored the price limit and got them exclusive limitless credit cards or something, but then Kirari supplied,
“You will be able to access my home at any time with those keycards. I trust you’ll make a habit out of using them often. Day,” Kirari smirked, “or night.”
“Kikikikikikiki—“
“I think you broke Sayaka.” (Y/n) managed to say, though she seemed at least a little flustered as well.
“She’ll reset herself soon.” Kirari assured.
(Y/n) leaned over to plant a quick kiss against Kirari’s cheek in thanks, “We will be sure to come bug you often.”
“I would hope so.”
***
They played another round of Catan and then moved back to the couch for another viewing of whatever caught their eye and eventually both Sayaka and Kirari fell asleep. (Y/n) carefully got up from the pile so she could take a picture with her phone. As she looked down fondly at the new photo, she blindly reached for a cookie from the counter.
She was really glad they had been able to get together like this. Hopefully they would continue to do so for years to come. Perhaps they could even get Ririka and Mary in on it, but with how much Mary hated Kirari it probably wouldn’t be likely.
“Oh! Bleh! Gross!” (Y/n) quietly yelled, spitting into the garbage. Of course she would be the one to end up with the salty cookie.
