- - - -  speaking in technicalities, eddie should have been walking in his front door by now -- or at the very least, he should be on his way home. surely the street lights have come on, which is the usual cue to hop on his bicycle and pedal back to the absolute fucking nightmare that is his house. said bicycle is still tipped carelessly over on it’s side somewhere near the clubhouse. the other losers trickled out slowly, leaving just eddie and richie on their own  now; one of which is riding a fine line of disobeying his mother and doing whatever the hell he wants. it’s not going to end well, but -- that’s for another time.

     now, he’s lying in the dirt, drawing constellations with his finger. thoughts like : there’s bugs on the ground, and you’re going to be covered in dirt keep passing through his mind, but eddie ignores it for the sake of doing what he wants. richie’s mindless conversation helps. a laugh bubbles from his lips, leaning up on his elbow to raise his eyebrows at the other. “are you high?” a roll of his eyes, “ya know that was probably just oregano.” because eddie tends to encourage this behavior, he adds out of curiosity : “why don’t you trust the moon ?”

my favorite thing is how well the voice shines through, i hear nicks voice, and you've also got an amazing grasp on the character! I was watching caos the other day and the moment i saw nick i immediately thought of your blog! YOU'RE GREAT 🔥
