Boyd at San Diego Comic-Con in 2022 in an TV Insider interview for The Sandman
He's cute. He's adorable. He's lovely. He's wonderful. He's incredible. He's handsome. He's a phenomenal and an exceptional talent. He's just simply THE BEST! And I love him and admire him so much!
Notice Boyd's tiny wave in the first gif. Also the last gif. ❤️ Aaand the Clement Mansell look of course.
Also the 48sec clip is my favorite part of the interview. ❤️
I know I'm repeating myself but that's just how it is.
I love Boyd Holbrook! ❤️

Since the WGA strikes began, the studios have been trying—and failing—to turn fans against the writers (and now the actors). I reported on a very strange SDCC this year, which was full of labor conversations and solidarity along the full spectrum of the fan/creator divide. As one member of SAG-AFTRA told me during an awareness-raising demonstration across from the convention center, “The people that I have met today have been all thumbs-up, V for victory, hugs. We love it, and we’re very pleasantly surprised.”

Sometimes you're digging through an old box and run across a photo of @neil-gaiman from SDCC 1995.
This is especially curious since I wasn't at SDCC in 1995, and have never met Neil Gaiman. I believe this picture was taken by the manager of the comic shop where I worked at the time, and that he'd interviewed Neil for a segment on the comics-themed cable access show he hosted.
Which then reminded me that cable access was a thing once upon a time, and was the functional equivalent of YouTube in the 1990s. Which is to say, you *could* just set up shop if you wanted to, and mostly no one would actually watch your show except for very stoned people who had nothing better to do at 2 AM. But then sometimes well-known authors would grant you a few minutes for an interview because why the heck not, earnestness is to be rewarded from time to time.
[I'm not sure who the other chap in the picture is, but I believe he was a friend of the comic shop manager]

@neil-gaiman I was lucky enough to watch episode 1 of Good Omens Season 2 at San Diego Comic Con. It was glorious. A packed room full of fans who laughed, cheered, and reveled in the joy of it right along with me.
I tip my hat to you sir, you’ve knocked it out of the park once again. Thank you. (Also, thank you for Muriel. I love them!)

Bringing back the nogitsune whithout Dylan O'brien is a really bad move.
Nobody denies it was the best villan in the show, but a major part of it was Void Stiles and the dynamic the nogitsune had with Stiles. That storyline relied on Dylan O'brien's preformance to elevate intself.
Bringing back the most memorable villain whithout big part of what made it memorable is just going to remind us all the time that Stiles is not there, and if you felt his absence in S6 as strongly as most of the fandom did, well... this is literally a plot made for you to feel he is missing.
I really don't think they can pull this off a second time, specially not without that key element.
