I was craving rugelach and didn't want to wait until moving back east, so I looked up a recipe.

Lacking fancy tools like an electric mixer and a rolling pin, my hand and a cider can worked fine.

Substituted a chocolate hazelnut spread because I'm a chocoholic.

Not much of a baker so I'm pretty proud of how these came out! Already planning to make more with various jams and dried fruit. Sky's the limit.
