im listening to the stranger things 4 soundtrack and oh my god okay the theme music that usually plays whenever mike, will, lucas, and dustin are introduced each season is named kids, but for this season the composers remixed it and named it teens. and the new theme sounds darker and more complex to reflect the characters’ lives as they enter adolescence, and basically lose their last remnants of childhood innocence. bc the kids are getting older, and really aren’t kids anymore, especially after all they’ve been through. i am screaming crying and throwing up
