My first entry for the @rexobibingo - because what is a Gardener/Gardening about if not making leafy things grow out of love? (You can, of course, grow your leafy things out of spite too, I guess, that's always a very fair motivation if you ask me)

Keeping to good old habits from my previous bingo experience, please allow me to wholeheartedly and very passionately recommend @dharmaavocado's fic that has been on my mind throughout the whole time while I was working on this drawing We Who Love Our Hands in Dirt which was likely the first fic that has sold me on this ship, and Hanahaki as allergies will never stop being fascinating to me as a concept *w*

2024 Event Interest Check!

We're looking for feedback for the 2024 Event, specifically about what dates would work best for everyone and what format everyone would like to see!

A little bit of clarity for those who have not done this before -- the option to allow the Prompt Fest to be hosted on AO3 means that people would be able to submit their prompts via AO3, similar to exchanges, and then be able to claim prompts anonymously.

There's also an added interest check for future RexObi Big Bangs.

@wrennette I’m scooching over to answer this here, but this one is a combined wingfic and and A/B/O because I thought the combo was an interesting idea to think about, and we’re in space where anything could happen! the ‘biological persistence’ on the list is also a part of that universe.

it’s also a harem fic, because cramming tropes into one fic is how how it seems to be going haha! obi-wan/multi ftw!

biological imperative is rex/obi, and biological persistence is a quinlan/corries spin off. there is also one that is cody/obi which I can’t remember the title off right now... oh actually yes I can, the working title is currently ‘biological imperitive 2 cody boogaloo! lol!

but yeah, so much fun to write and hopefully it will be ready for posting soonish? I’ll try and see if I have spoons for the beta process after foxquin week is over

Announcing RexObi Fest Week 2023

It's that time of year again where we are rapidly approaching everyone's favorite season! Think past the spring rains and dewy mornings into the sunny beach days, chasing fireflies, and our favorite, the beginning of every summer fling in existence! This year we are hoping to find that romance and make it last with a RexObi week for all seasons!

Announcing RexObi Fest 2023!

We are a laid-back RexObi event with no minimum requirements for any fanwork created for the event–so long as RexObi is the focus of your fanwork, anything goes!

The 2023 theme(s) for RexObi Week is romance and nostalgia!

Everyone will be able to submit their favorite prompt, image prompt, &/or quote/poem prompt. Once all prompts have been submitted, you get to vote and tell us what your favorites are! Once finalized, content creators will have 8 weeks to work on their creation(s), so you can do as many, or as few, as you want.

Prompt Submissions open on April 30, and will be open for 2 weeks

Prompt Voting will open on May 14, with another prompt elimination to follow

Final Prompts will be announced on May 23

AO3 Collection will open in June

Posting week is from July 23 to July 29, 2023

Anakin : What? Even when it's very cold? That's ridiculous! Sharing a tent is the best idea to avoid freezing to death!
