Well, lately I have been eating 345 cals each day and working out for 1h ( actually 58min). As for the past days I was on my period and that made me gain a bit, I'm not so sure about my weigth for now but tomorrow I'm going to be checking more precisely because I ate a bit too early in the morning today lol ( However I still would say I'm at my LW once again <3) Let's hope that by the end of the month I will have reached 58kg at least.

some safety fast tips
i'm gonna mention some ones that not many people talk about
1.Research any medicines before you take them on an empty stomach. For example, if you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach, your stomach will hurt like a bitch. Also some medicines have stronger effects on an empty stomach and can even kill you from an OD
2.If you fast for an extremely lengthy period time, like 5 days and up, don't eat a normal amount and definitely don't binge. There is the possibility you can be prone to refeeding syndrome. its caused by the food shocking the body after being accustomed to malnourishment and on the lower end of symptoms it can make you feel very sick and on the higher end, it can kill you. A prime example is after the jews were freed from the concentration camps in nazi german, and uneducated people were feeding them, a lot of the jews died. and especially if you are on the lower end of the weight spectrum (like if you could be a thinspo yourself) be very careful.
3. TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!!!! anyone whose experience “fasting sickness” (which is a combination of malnourishment and vitamin deficiency) will agree it is not a pleasant experience. it hurts, you'll feel like shit,and you cant think straight. so take your vitamins. i personally take a prenatal because it has a wide cocktail of them in a few pills.
4. DRINK WATER!!!! and i don't mean in the proana way to make you feel full, i mean since you are not eating, you wont become thirsty as frequently and you will become dehydrated and your pee will look like apple juice.
5.dont do extraneous exercise, your body doesn't have the proper energy to do hard exercises and you will get fatigued faster and again you will feel like shit
lastly, don't obsess obsess over “not burning any calories”, as in not walking, not burning calories through physical activity because you have burned calories. people burn 1800-2000 calories daily without exercise because the body uses calories in daily functions, brain activity, organ activity, general maintenance of the body. so don't stress “not burning cals”

Oh god, you have no idea how this past bingings have fucked my mind in a way I never tought it was possible. It made me so ashamed and mad that all there is left is a 0 calories juice, canned corn, some pasta, rice and ice cubes.
The food didn't even taste good, it was just plain. That is the problem. If I have no control over it then it is better to not have it at all
