Does The Pregnant Woman Need to Fast?
It is reported from Nāfiʿ that he said: “A daughter of Ibn ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with him) was married to a man from the (tribe of) Quraysh. ومن طريق عبيد الله عن نافع قال: " كانت بنت لابن عمر تحت رجل من قريش، She (the daughter of Ibn ʿUmar) was pregnant and was struck by thirst during (the fast of) Ramaḍān. وكانت حاملا، فأصابها عطش فى رمضان، So, Ibn ʿUmar ordered her to break (the fast) and feed a miskīn (ie: poor person) for every day (not fasted).” فأمرها ابن عمر أن تفطر وتطعم عن كل يوم مسكينا ". The chain is Ṣaḥīḥ. وإسناده صحيح. Ramadhaan 2022/1443 :
It's benafits and rewards :
'Ubaadah bin 'Saamit (radhiallaahu 'anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallaahu 'alai wasallam) one day said when Ramadhaan had drawn near. "Ramadhaan, the month of blessings has come to you, wherein Allah turns towards you and sends down to you His special mercy, forgive faults, accept prayers, look at your competitions for the greatest good and boasts to His malaa'ikah about you. So show to Allah righteousness from yourselves. For verily the most pitiable and unfortunate is the one who is deprived of Allah's mercy in this month. "
- Tabraani.
This is the month where Allah Subhaana Wa Ta'aala bestows His mercy and blessings upon His servants. Where the soul is being refurnished and purified. It is the best opportunity to increase in acts of 'ibaadah, recitation of Quraantilaawat, and most importantly gaining closeness to Allah Subhaana Wa Ta'aala.
Keeping in mind, the first 10 days, seek Allah's mercy, the second 10 days seek forgiveness in Allah and the last 10 days seek refuge from the fire of Jahannam. To reap the benafits of this month and do not let it pass by, take full advantage of it.
To increase in du'aa (supplication) to Allah Subhaana Wa Ta'aala, not forgetting that the du'aa of a fasting person is readily accepted iftaar time as well. Allah loves when we supplicate to Him and turn to Him. Because what is our purpose in this world? To worship Allah, He is one and there is no diety except He and Muhammad (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) is His messenger. Allah is the Most Gracious, The most Merciful. Whatever we ask from Allah He will grant it to us the most perfect time, it could be in this world or it could be kept for the Hereafter and certainly Allah knows best!
To try and not waste time in doing futile act's, refraining from the unlawful acts because Allah has made it easier for us, why? Because during the month of Ramadhaan, the Shaytaan is chained up. And because we're fasting our nafs is so much easier to control, we are more inclined to doing good while we're fasting, have you noticed? SubhaanAllah!.
To seek the nights of Lailatul Qadr, for it is the night of power and it is better than 1000 months, can you believe it? 1000 month's! Allahu Akbar!. What is meant by this is that, whatever good deeds you do, it will be written as if you did it for 1000 months, how kind and merciful is your Lord?! SubhaanAllah! During the last 10 nights of Ramadhaan. Allah shows great mercy to His servants in which your destiny is decreed.
Aa'ishah (radhiallaahu 'anha) said Rasulullah (sallallaahu'alai wasallam) would exert his best (in worship) during the last 10 days of Ramadhaan more than other times"
Let us all try and strive and make the best out of this auspicious month. You will gain that closeness to Allah as you desire and you will be rewarded immensely no matter how big or small you think your deed is, you will be rewarded for it because no good deed is insignificant.
May Allah Subhaana Wa Ta'aala accept all our du'aas and act of worship we do solely for His pleasure. May attain that connection to Allah in this blessed month. Aameen.

what about the children murdered in their home on a holiday morning, and my friend hiding in a shelter because there are people in the streets killing and taking hostages?
if they reach me they will kill me, just like they kill any other israeli jew. if thats their liberation, what are we supposed to do?
That is an occupational hazard of living on ethnically-cleansed stolen land; what do you think the process of driving Palestinians off that land in the first place looked like? Do you think they stopped during 3id al-Fitr? For Ashura? Israeli extremists break in to the al-Aqsa compound every Ramadhaan in an attempt to humiliate the ordinary Palestinian and denigrate their spiritual life and you have the audacity to act like Israelis are the victims here? Every 3id the IDF drops bombs on Gaza, how do you think the Gazans feel about that? Get out of my face with this fucking bullshit all power to the Palestinian resistance.

Du'aa To Read for Each Asharah of Ramadhaan
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته With Ramadhaan having arrived, we are always advised to make the most our time, spending most of it in Dhikr. As many of us are working Muslimahs, we might find it hard to remember which adhkaar’s are recommended to read. For each Asharah (ten-day period) of Ramadan, it is recommended to regularly recite the following Du’aa. I’ve created a small printable, which…

So today was crossing the wall of China and then getting into Russia. 🤣 (it was like medieval times of gates and castles unless they were just older buildings who knows). I was backpacking /travelling with a companion like you would back then.
It was adventurous; and then once I found a way in for the people to enter into the city I came across an alleyway and walked in. It was a small church. And they were all dressed in white on a stage and started hymning THE HALO THEME 😂😂😂😂😂 I diiiied! - u know how u enter a room in a game and something queues like the theme or an action/CMD ?? - I walk in they start, I walk back out they stop. I walk in again they start all over 😂😂😂. So I tried pulling out my phone to record it (guess it wasn’t so medieval) but I had technical difficulties looooool. So jkz.
Forgot what happened after but it was fun. Walhamdulillah.

🌸Friday Series🌸
by Asma bint Shameem
🌿Seize the Last Hour today🌿
Today is a beautiful chance to make duaa for our brothers and sisters in Palestine.
That’s because there’s a SPECIAL TIME on Fridays when our Duaas are GUARANTEED to be accepted.
🍃 The Prophet sal Allaahu Alayhi wa sallam said:
“The day of Friday has twelve hours, in which there is no Muslim slave who asks Allaah for anything but He will grant it to him, so seek it in the last hour after ‘Asr.”
(Abu Dawood, and an-Nasaa’i- saheeh by al-Albaani)
This is known as Sa’at al-Istijaabah (a time when Duaa is answered)
So the Duaa that’s made before Maghrib on Fridays is answered.
That’s why some of our pious predecessors would close their businesses, leave the world behind and confine themselves to the masjid after Asr, just to make Duaa.
🍃When Mufaddal bin Fudhaalah would pray Asr on Fridays, he would seclude himself alone to a corner of the masjid and then continue making duaa until the sun would set.
🍃 Similarly, Sa’eed bin Jubayr would pray Asr, then he would not speak to anyone until the sun would set - meaning that he would busy himself with duaa.
🍃 Ṣalt bin Bastaam once became blind, so his brothers sat after Asr on Friday making duaa for him, and suddenly before the sun set, he sneezed and his sight returned!
So be SURE to make good use of this time.
Free yourself up of all other distractions and make special efforts to set aside this time only for duaa.
Beg Allaah for His Mercy on the people of Palestine and the rest of the Ummah.
Be sincere and make taubah of all your sins.
Cry and beseech His Help and victory in that SPECIAL ‘HOUR’ when Duaa is accepted on Fridays, this evening.
‎🍃 Ibn al-Qayyim said:
‎“The Hour of Response in it (i.e. Friday) is like the Night of Decree in Ramadhaan.” ⁣
‎⁣(Zaad al-Maa’d 1/398)
Surely Allaah’s Help is near.
