I usually stay inside when I can, and have the urge to sit back and either watch or play something, or start writing or doing some art. it's very calming, though that depends on the intensity of the storm. when it's wilder, my ears tend to pay more attention to it in concern. Regardless, sometimes I get up and watch it for a bit from diff windows.
"...A BEAUTIFUL RECORD WHICH USES DELICATE SONGWRITING AND DISTORTED WHITE NOISE IN EQUAL MEASURE."
NOTE: Still my all-time favorite rainy day album/record, and it's currently raining in my part of the world in case you were wondering. Never gets old, and they remain the best indie band ever, in my eyes.
"THE RADIO DEPT. are a sensational but understated four-piece from Malmo, Sweden. Already cherished in their home country, they are now ready to unleash their quiet storm on the rest of the world. Their debut album "Lesser Matters," is a beautiful record which uses delicate songwriting and distorted white noise in equal measure. They are unlike anything else around, and the better for it, as anyone from Sweden will tell you."
