Despite being back with her beloved Rainestorm, Eda has PTSD from many awful exes in the past. Sometimes flinching when suddenly being touched or overworking herself with chores as she doesn't want to burden them.
Outward confidence, but has a lot of self loathing, anxiety, and paranoia about being good enough for them. She has a lot of unnecessary inner pressure on herself.
Raine is perfect in Eda's eyes, they enjoy spoiling her with love and affection, taking over some of the chores, and helping with the kids.
When Raine finds out about what Eda went through from her garbage exes and how Warden Wrath threatened her, becomes enraged, but comforts Eda and let her know how much they WANT to help her around the house and with the kids.
All the while Raine, and ALL the kids are researching the locations and whereabouts of said exes. For no real reason, nothing totally illegal at all.

Meet Gracelyn! Eda's and Raine's child.
A little bit about Gracelyn:
Strong weird little girl vibes!
Quite scrappy. You can always find her in the bushes catching critters and loves to dissect the ones she finds dead (Thank you Luz).
Because of this she always has scratches on her skin and twigs in her hair.
Very attached to her big bro King
Eda loves to encourage her antics while Raine always tries to find healthy ways to channel her energy.
She’s a combo of Raine’s cool demeanor and Eda’s tendencies for chaos.
Which makes her silent and deadly if you get on her bad side or mess with her siblings
Gets along really well with the twins and you can always spot the three of them hanging out. - Pronouns: she/her they/them
Magic preferences:
Anything but mostly interested in plant and beast-keeping magic.
She develops an interest in carving palismen as she gets older bc she wants to continue the Clawthorne tradition.

Late Christmas post. Yes it’s ftws related (that one fic i wrote that i will never get over). They (as in Raeda & Lyd) went to the human realm on Christmas Eve to relax after the holidays because it’s lowkey dead in Gravesfield on Christmas Eve and they end up staying super late like past midnight so here’s the cheering of a celebration they don’t celebrate

I was having some fun making screenshot edits and thought it would be cool to see what it would look like if Raine and Eda had kids!
This obviously takes place in a canon divergent AU. One where the tracks are still taught seperately but students can multitrack with whatever they want. The coven system isnt enforced and there arent brands.
The older of the two is the multitracking Eva(ngeline) and the younger is Storm, who thinks bard magic is cool enough on its own lol
Since Eda's curse is often seen as a metaphor for chronic or mental illness, I decided to show that they've inherited a bit of her curse. They both of bits of grey in their eyes and Eva is old enough that some of her hair is already starting to lighten up in streaks.
