The very first time I met him, he was hiding a handful of enormous sunflowers behind his back… It’s been almost a year now and he’s showered me in literal and metaphorical flowers every single day since, whether it’s waking me up with wildflowers he’d plucked on his run or simply making sure I never forget how much I’m loved and appreciated.. damn it feels so good to love and be loved.
