What is Painted Applesverse?

Painted Applesverse (PSV for short) is simply an AU where Ink was able to get Nightmare and Dream out of DreamTale before the Apple Incident.

Everything is still the same to an extent as the OG DreamTale, but there is change's:

The Apples Twins ages were 18 when everything happened

Nightmare never got corrupted

Dream never turned into stone

Ink is their parent/caretaker

Nightmare did told Dream about the bullying but even then, Dream couldn't do anything about it

Dream never told Nightmare about how the villagers treated him though

They both only have 1 apple for a soul

They get therapy

Story Summary:

Days before Apple Incident, the Dream and Nightmare get taken from DreamTale by Ink, at the ages of 18. The Twins had to absorbed one of the apples from Ink request before leaving their home AU, shortly after the trio leaving, the villagers came and ready to get their hands on the tree and its apples.

Now the DreamTale brothers live with their adopted father, Ink.
