es ist herbst, die blaetter fallen, es wird kaelter, es sind keine 100 tage mehr bis zum 31.12. und es ist ein guter zeitpunkt um nochmal ALLES zu geben..also muss nochmal eine "70 tage challenge" her..wollte ja 100 tage, aber dafuer bin ich etwas zu spaet 🤭 in diesen 70 tagen (angefangen am 1.10. bis 9.12.) werde ich nur diverse diaeten machen..anfangen werde ich mit der kurzen einhorn diaet (7 tage) und danach die lange einhorn diaet (14 tage)..dann habe ich leider die erdbeer woche (7 tage) und in dieser zeit liege ich wie ein 🧟‍♀️ im bett und dann ist ja der oktober schon wieder vorbei..welche diaet ich dann mache, werde ich spontan entscheiden..die regeln bleiben weiterhin bei 500kcal/tag, kein fett, kein zucker, keine carbs..sollte jemand von euch lust haben, die 70 tage mitmachen zu wollen, meldet euch 😁✌️

focus
i haven't been active recently. i find that the more i focus on what im trying to do the harder it is to do it. 
i found that if you eat a good breakfast and drink a gallon of water a day ( like you're supposed to lol) its easier.

Watching a movie called 'Sharing the Secret' while alternating between matching on the spot, standing and squatting. My boyfriend's mum is cooking chicken and vegetable curry with rice. It smells so good 🤤 last time I had curry and rice was in February. My stomach is grumbling so bad but I need to ignore it, dinner is in three hours. I'm going to have a smaller dinner. I haven't been able to go to the gym for almost two weeks due to being sick. I think coughing burns calories?

I'm 18!
First developed OSFED at 14, recovered at 17 and have relapsed with atypical Anor3x1a about 4 months ago
I'm from New Zealand and currently studying classical music at uni
I'm 171cm tall
Hw is 83.4kg
Lw was 66kg
Cw is 68kg
Gw is 55kg 🤞
I'm disgusted by myself for relapsing but dont have the energy or motivation to recover again. I am technically in treatment but I'm not committed to it so it's not really working.

"neue routine"
so, das jahr ist fast vorbei und es war SCHEISSE AS FUCK..von daher denke ich, dass das jahr 2023 NOCH BESCHISSENER wird 👍👍 am schicksal kann ich nichts aendern, aber an meinem koerper 😈 da bin ja ich zu 90% noch herrscherin..also, zeit fuer einen neuen plan..365 tage voller 💩, 😥, 🥲 und was sonst noch so kommt..das WICHTIGSTE ist aber NIEMALS AUFGEBEN!! das hab ich 2022 viel zuuuuu ooooft getan..das darf ich ab 2023 nicht mehr..💩 passiert jeden von uns, aber davon darf ich mich nicht mehr runterziehen lassen..ich kann 😥 sooo viiiel ich will, ich darf nur nicht mehr aufgeben..deswegen:
workout einhalten
mindestens 5 tassen tee
an die essplaene halten
tagebuch konsequent fuehren
werde auch wieder versuchen jeden tag zu posten 🙂 euch allen einen guten start ins neue jahr und viel glueck 🍀
