Odd Nordic Headcanons

Iceland- likes to eat mayonnaise with a spoon but would die before letting the others find out

Denmark- has been trying to make the Pringles Ringle for years but simply cannot. He's spent so much money on Pringles

Norway- finds coloring relaxing. He keeps a box of crayons and kids coloring pages in his room for when he needs a break

Finland- once wanted to win a specific prize from a cereal box so he ate 20 boxes in one day. He can no longer look at cereal the same way.

Sweden- has a strange addiction to rice Krispy treats. He'll make them in the dead of night or hoard pre-wrapped ones. He as no idea why or when it happened.

Jane Espenson is not only a talented TV writer who has worked on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Battlestar Galactica, and Once Upon A Time, she is also quite adept at constructing impressive Pringles structures.

"I did it!" she tweeted. "I did it! I built a Pringles ringle! No glue, just physics."

Most impressive to me is how Espenson managed to complete the ring before eating them all, as I most certainly would have done.
