I have decided I'll be creating a blog to post my twst drabbles(? I think)! Since my aira daydreaming is mostly chit chat and kinda messy and I'd rather send it to you bcs why not? sofkckwe if you don't mind that is, but I don't really know how tumblr works aside rebloging and liking stuff? So I might take a while? I think? Help? - airabu anon (pls I'm just asking for help I am in no way trying to promote a non existing blog)

OOOH hell yeah, go for it! I remember being nervous when first creating my blog and thinking that no one would want to read it but just look where we are now! It was all quite confusing at first and it took some time to work out how I want to run my blog. I´d be more than happy to give some pointers if you want! You´re also more than free to send some more specific questions if you happen to have any☺️

When it comes to starting your own writing blog here are some miscalaneous tips:

Obviously you´ll need to first create an account and think of an url for your blog. If you want the account you´re sending in this anon ask from to be completely separated from your writing blog then I´d recommend making a completely new account instead of a sideblog as you will still like, reblog, comment, send asks and follow from your first account even if you´re logged into your sideblog at the moment.

Try to make an introductory post where you write about what kind of content will be found on your writing blog and establish if you want to accept requests in the future or simply want to write whatever comes to mind. There´s nothing wrong with choosing either options ^^ Make sure to pin that post by clicking on the three dots near the border of the post after posting it. You can only pin one post but it will then always be the first post once someone goes to your blog.

For example, I also have an introductory post with links to all of my masterlists, rules for requesting and such pinned on my blog. If you don´t know what to write you can take a look at what other people wrote and take some inspiration from there! If you do decide to take requests then I would also advice on making a post with your rules as to what you´re comfortable with writing and what not. What fandoms you´re writing for and such.

Once again feel free to take a look at my own rules page if you´re unsure where to start ^^

Also while we´re at it: Start a masterlist as soon as possible because it´s way more managable when you only have a few posts and don´t have to go through countless of posts and link all of them. Trust me, it´s way more comfortable that way. I wouldn´t have a masterlist if I had to start from scratch now dklgdln

As for your posts themselves, I can´t emphasize enough just how important is it to tag your works if you want them to be seen! If you look at my own posts you will see that I tag anything and everything, maybe even excessively so. Add the fandom, the characters, if it´s an x reader than also tag it as that. fandom x reader (twisted wonderland x reader or twst x reader for example), character x reader, a unit or group the character belongs to ( the dorm or unit for twst and enstars, for example diasomnia or knights). Don´t forget to tag anything that might be unsettling or that might need a warning ( yandere, stalking, blood)!

Also this is not necessarily a requirement but I always think it´s nice to also tag what pronouns are used for or what gender the reader is. I always tag my newer works as “gn reader” for example ( and also mention it before the actual writing starts) so that people who might feel uncomfortable with certain labels or pronouns can better curate their experiences.

This is all of course assuming that you want other people to find your drabbles!

If you want your posts to look “prettier” then I recommend using official art if the fandom you´re writing for has it. I´ve sadly seen a few people on here just steal someone´s fanart from somewhere and use it as a picture on their posts without any credit given whatsoever

Okay going off that last post I reblogged (since I rambled in the tags), idk if I’d ever do this and if I do, it wouldn’t be any time soon but I think it would be cool if I made a sideblog for all the trolls from HS and VE that I really REALLY love. I’m picky with content and I’m personally not a big fan on what both those fandoms produce (to much shipping for my tastes but also a lot of the art styles just aren’t my cup of tea) so it would be hard to run such a blog based on that

I’ve been working on a personal project for a long time now but I’m finally getting close to finishing it (its a big project! it’s been ongoing for over 2 years now! so its bittersweet that I’ll be finished by next month if all goes well). Finishing this project would free up my hands for drawing other things. So I could just make it a doodle kind of sideblog? I mean it wouldn’t be solely my own art, I would still try to find other fan content to. But it would be a nice special interest focused blog for me and maybe it’ll help get me back into posting art online again

different anon but I can 1000% confirm that cc has what i, as a person critical of cc, an uncomfortably close relationship with several of her fans. (warning for mentions of old discourse and a pretty long rant ahead)

I don't remember when i followed you/how long you''ve been in the fandom, but for context back sometime in the latter half of 2020 there was a huge fandom implosion because of the way cc (and half the fandom) bullied and spread hate about a reader who leaked the arc of lbotw, which resulted in a new wave of discussions about the issues with cc and her books. Some people left the fandom completely, some changed urls away from tsc related ones, and some people deleted sideblogs entirely.

It was at this time that I was blocked by two specific users who I was mutuals with because I had reblogged some anti cc posts. Their position was that because cc's books had helped them through a rough time and figure things out for themselves that there could be nothing wrong with her or any content she produced. During these few days of discourse they defended characters whenever they were criticized for offensive or harmful canon behaviors, made multiple posts shading poc fans, and victimized themselves when people pointed out that they could like an author's works and characters while acknowledging their problems and separating the content from the creator. After this discourse kinda started to die down they were constantly posting about how awesome cc was and sending cc asks that as an outsider reminded me of when a kid in class always tried to compliment teachers for better grades/more attention/to seem better than the other students. I mean they were sharing some seriously personal information. (its also worth noting that they were all adults and insulted/directly went after minors in the fandom.)

(I really hope this is ok, I don't want to bring discourse up or bring problems for you, my only goal was to confirm what the other anon was saying and maybe warn you to stay away from these guys I guess?? I'm not really in the fandom anymore, you're actually one of the only tsc blogs I follow, but I really appreciate your blog and think you're really cool! please don't post this if it's going to bring you any issues on your blog)))))

I have been on the fandom for almost two years, though I only got on Tumblr about a year and a half ago. I remember that happening but I didn't know it was so bad, what the hell?

I hate those kinds of people, like. If her books helped you, that's great and I'm happy for you, I don't think there's anything inherently bad about that! Now, when they use that to deny the harm she's caused, that's so frustrating JFC. And not only to deny it, but to actively ignore and shade people's (very valid) opinions? Ugh, that must have been awful

I got an anon ask a while ago that I never answered (sorry ah) and from what I remember, that person had been blocked by CC for being critical of her. If that's true, or even if not actually, she's actively ignoring people's concerns and criticism. It makes sense for her to favoritize people who do the same lol

1. Why did you choose your url? I’m not really sure to be honest. I was having a hard time coming up with a url so I searched some stuff up for ideas and saw something about wab: the eternal, so I was like “hmmm, what about eternallybulletproofbts?”

2. Any side blogs? If you have them, name them and why you have them. I have 5 sideblogs hahaha. One for multifandom stuff , for txt , for enhypen , one for bts memes (this one is mainly for myself so i can store my collection of memes and then later cringe at myself), and one for twice that I made recently. I probably won’t use the twice one that often though. I have them to stay more organized and I also like trying out new themes, so my side blogs can be the theme testers.

3. How long have you been on tumblr? I think about a year? I joined in either June or July.

4. Do you have a queue tag? No. I don’t really have a use for it. I only occasionally queue posts so I don’t think I need one.

5. Why did you start your blog in the first place? Well, tumblr seems less toxic than twitter to me, and I thought it would be easier to make friends on tumblr than on twitter. I also wanted to express my love for the things I liked and I didn’t wanna annoy my irl friends with my fandom stuff, so I wanted to make a blog.

6. Why did you choose your icon? It’s constantly changing. Right now, it’s heart shaped because it’s bangtan month. It’s also my 2nd festa with bts, so I wanted it to be a heart shaped ot7 pic for some reason.

7. Why did you choose your header? I’m using a theme on my blog, so I made a boy with luv gif because pink and because they look they’re having so much fun. Without the theme, it’s just an ot7 pic from the grammys (i think) and I chose that just because it looked pretty.

8. What’s your post with the most notes? I’m not sure which one it is, but I don’t have that many notes since I’m not a content creator. I think the most I’ve had on a single post is maybe 50 or 60 notes.

9. How many mutuals do you have? One 🥲🥲🥲 I’m not very good at making friends since I’m really really shy when it comes to approaching people. But I hope to make more, especially ones closer to my age.

10. How many followers do you have? On this one (my main), I ‘ve got 43. In total, from all of my blogs, I’ve got 62.

11. How many people do you follow? 118

12. Have you ever made a shitpost? No, I don’t think so.

13. How often do you use tumblr each day? A bunch of times a day. I check weverse, twitter (i don’t have a twitter acc but i like to see if bts, txt, or enhypen posted haha), and tumblr together. Like before classes or before bed and stuff. Sometimes in the middle of the night if I can’t sleep. Help me

14. Did you have a fight/argument with another blog once? Who won? No. Even if someone said something to provoke me, I probably wouldn’t respond.

15. How do you feel about “you need to reblog this” posts? Uh...I don’t know? They’re okay I guess, but I never reblog them.

16. Do you like tag games? Yes! They’re fun and I like to answer this kind of stuff.

17. Do you like ask games? My asks aren’t even open, so I can’t say, but it looks like fun. I should probably open my asks. I’m not even sure why they’re closed.

18. Which of your mutuals do you think is tumblr famous? Well, I only have one for now (aka the wonderful person who tagged me), but yes. I think she’s tumblr famous haha.
