Kahn'shu loves human women and Peepa can hear the voice of Centanu

Ok, so it's been a while ever since I've made a post talking about these two. BUT, do I have some juicy info for you guys. Let's get right into it.

I think I've hinted at this before in one of my OLD short stories (maybe some other posts) that Kahn'shu has an attraction for human women. He used to have a human wife, but she passed away from old age. This was before knowing that yautja blood could greatly extend a human life. Of course he was pissed off he learned that a couple of years after his human wife passed, but now that he knows, if he gets another human mate, he will make sure to give them some of his blood.

Now for everyone's favorite yautja granddaddy

So I was talking with @yautjalover in a discord server and they made a joke saying the yautja gods only keep peepa alive because he's entertaining. To add onto the entertainment, Centanu (the yautba god of death) speaks to peepa in his mind just to mess with him and to make him seem even more crazy than he already is.

Mad Science and Biteology. Experiments and dissection, there’s truly nothing better than that for me.

Eekonomics, all that comes to mind for me is how expensive caskets are. Besides, money means very little once you're six feet under.

Personality

Mori acts very much like your usual Victorian-era lady; Polite, gentle, and sophisticated. But if there’s one thing that sets her apart from them, it’s her fascination (or should we say, obsession) with death. No doubt stemming from her pallbearer father. She also has a dark sense of humor. Like her dad, this passion for death makes her rather apathetic towards the well-being of those she experiments on. She also tends to state things that most would be sensitive and disgusted by as if they were lighthearted facts.

Trivia/Additional Information

Her first name comes from the term “memento mori”, which is an artistic element that serves as a reminder of the inevitably of death. As “mori” in English means “to die”.

Mori’s voiceclaim is Della Saba, who voiced Aquamarine in Steven Universe.

Mori’s birthday is October 4th. Both stemming from the day that HHN: Islands of Fear (the event that introduced The Caretaker) began, and also that 4 is a number connected to death in Japanese culture. This makes her Libra. Her pet and favorite food are references to lyrics of “The Hearse Song” and its various versions. Mori’s favorite flowers are daisies, which references the term “pushing up daisies”, which means to be dead.

Question concerning Peepa Roach

Who wants me to make Peepa Roach and Kahn'shu (caretaker) a character reference sheet? They aren't my main focus in my oc lore/story since they aren't a part of the official universe. What does the caretaker looks like? :o

The caretaker's name is Kahn'shu (pronounced Kahn-sh-uh). He's actually one of Peepa's grandsons.

Kahn'shu was a Blooded hunter before he decided to take the caretaking role in his clan. He may seem like he hates Peepa, but he cares for the old fart deeply. Peepa is very hard to take care of and it frustrates Kahn'shu at times, but he will always be there for the Elder.

During his early caretaker training, he was shy and didn't have much self confidence in himself. As his training went on and when he was given the official caretaker role, he grey less shy and became more confident in himself thanks to the Elder females who always encouraged him. Peepa on the other hand, he spoke his mind and never sugar-coated what he thought about Kahn'shu.

Kahn'shu had a mate. If anyone has been following me ever since I started writing short stories, Kahn'shu is actually the "hunter" from the short story "kindle to a flame." The human caretaker was his mate but sadly passed away from old age. They didn't raise or have any children together, but they loved and cared for each other deeply.

Kahn'shu isn't looking for a new mate, but if a female does catch his eye anytime, he might try to win her over.

I'm bored and have no motivation to draw, so why not do some relatable character interactions between my ocs?

Big Papa: -is spaced off in deep thought-

A person: -starts talking to him-

Big Papa: -makes eye contact but isn't listening. Still in deep thought-

A person: so, what do you think?

Big Papa: -spaces back into reality- huh?

Black Momba: -is halfway awake. Walks to the kitchen area for a late night snack. Sees Nomad standing in front of the fridge with plates of meat on the floor around him along with his hell hound dogs, sitting patiently-

Nomad: ....

Momba: .....

Momba: -grabs her snack without saying a word-

Boulder: me can't find metal leg...

Basher: me can't find metal arm...

Boulder and Basher: -looks at each other-

Boulder and Basher: Nomad!!

Nomad: -in the next room down, fixing their prosthetics as a surprise-

Nomad: crap-

Python: uh, what's this one's name again dear? -gestures to one of his grandkids-

His mate: which one? This room is filled with many of your descendants.

Python: uhhhh- they all look similar...

His mate: because they are related to you.

Python: well no shit

Mali'kith: -was raised with many sisters. Acts like a female yautja. Looks like a female yautja. Forgets he is biologically male at times-

His sisters: -will baby him because he's the youngest. Will also pick on him. Gossips with him-

Male yautja: my mate is not talking to me. She says i'm not doing enough? I give her what she wants, what else does she want from me?

Mali'kith: spending time with her. Talking to her.

Male yautja: no, if she wanted that, she would say so

White Death: -does unspeakable horrible bad blood things. Hates everyone. Will kill anything without mercy. Will listen to no one-

Da'novi: -makes White Death her bitch. Makes him do what she wants-

Kahn'shu: -was forced to take a break from Peepa. Is sitting in a hotspring. Hears yelling from the village and then cackling-

Kahn'shu: I told them not to take their eyes off the old man... did they believe me that he's speedy? No. They laughed it off. -chuckles- who's laughing now? They are going to experience the purge...

Peepa: -runs to the hotsprings. Sees Kahn'shu-

Peepa: Crimson! We finally meet again-

Kahn'shu: -heavily sighs and mumbles to himself: crazy old senile man...-

Peepa: fight me or face death!

Kahn'shu: not this again... -huffs and gets up from the hot springs- Drago... how did you find me? -says unenthusiasticaly-

Peepa: it's not too hard when you smell like you've been in the intestines of a pig!

Peepa's story?

So, some of my early followers know that Kahn'shu used to have a ooman mate from the short story I wrote, before I gave Kahn'shu a name. And that he takes care of Peepa, who is his grandfather. But I have never really talked about Peepa's life or past before other than hinting at stuff.

So, if anyone is interested in hearing Peepa's story, comment, and I will work on it.

Here's also a nice little doodle I drew of the two by memory and no reference. @queenlybeastly called Peepa a chewed up piece of gum when I shared the picture on Discord 😂

Hello it's me again! And I figured to come and visit since Peepa doesn't get much visitors that much (even though I know he will like to be alone)

Caretaker: Peepa is currently taking a nap, so I'll answer both the questions you have. I do not want to wake him up because it took me 2 hours just to get him to calm down and get in bed. *sighs* I'll answer my question first; yes, we have. It may not seem like it, but we do actually talk to each other. He is my grandfather after all if you didn't know that already.

Caretaker: and for our village customs, there are a lot... it is a rather large topic. Hmmm... I guess I can start off with some background information about our clan. Our clan is technically considered to be a bad blood clan. We are on an isolated planet though, so we don't worry much about Enforcers way out here.

Caretaker: we own slaves. Any high rank within our clan owns at least one. The slaves can vary from species, but I have noticed my clan prefers ooman slaves. We do not treat them harshly, we feed and clothe them properly and we give them a sleeping quarters. We also do not care who your mate is within the clan. One of my siblings is mated to a rather strange species... I was mated to a ooman for a while before she passed of old age.

Peepa: *is slowly sneaking away while Kahn'shu is distracted*

Caretaker: our clan raises all our pups together so that the parents don't get too stressed out- *sees Peepa*

Peepa: *freezes*

Caretaker: get back to bed

Peepa: No! *scuttles off*

Caretaker: get back here you old bastard! *runs after him*

Peepa: I do have a pet! But no one believes me... she is just shy and hates everyone that's not me.

Caretaker: here we go again...

Peepa: She's large, a black serpent. Before I retired from hunting, I trained her to help me hunt down my enemies. And hunt down prey. I named her Lu'ci after my first mate.

Caretaker: I have never seen or heard of a serpent around the area. Either she is dead or she doesn't exist.

Peepa: idiot! She is real. I said she is shy!
