Feta, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bake for ~30 min at 425, then add minced garlic and basil, mix everything up and have it over pasta or polenta or what have you. Very good!

最近、気温が下がってきて寒くなり始めましたね。
この時期になると無性にイタリアンのしっかりしたパスタが食べたくなります。なのでボロネーゼソースをじっくりオーブンで低温で煮詰めて、その間にパッパデーレを小麦粉と卵で手作りしてみました。深みのあるイタリアンの赤ワインとの相性ばっちりで、大満足なディナーとなりました!休日や特別な日に、少し手間ひまかけて作ってみるのもよいものです。
It’s getting colder outside and I had a craving for hearty comfort food like meaty Italian pasta bolognese : ) so I cooked the sauce in the oven for 4ths and made homemade pappardelle using my golden ratio pasta recipe.
