Louis Daguerre • Paris, 1838
The first photograph of a human being. The exposure time for the image was around seven minutes, and although the street would have been busy with traffic and pedestrians, it appears deserted.
Everything moving was too fast to register on the plate, the only exception is the man at the lower-left; he's getting is shoes shined.

signed up for road safety and traffic lessons at the beginning of april (that was the earliest they had free spaces and that i was free as well)
goal of the day:
work on my presentation for friday
doing laundry ✔️
vacuuming
doing the dishes ✔️
eat a good meal ✔️
(the pictures are from yesterday’s short adventure in town, where i passed by this beautiful alley and court where there is this antiquarian bookshop)
struggling with my depression lately. thus i shall call it a day. hope things are better with you all & life is treating you kindly.
