Palina may be a tad bitter about being forced to step up while Irida wasn't ready to lead, having to adapt to tradition, while Irida doesn't always respect the elder's opinions.

So, I’m finally playing with Pokemon Legends and I’m L O V I N G every single moment of it. I could’t play a lot when I was younger, but I managed to have a copy of Pokemon Diamond (back in 2010), it was my first and only pokemon game, Piplup was my starter and Empoleon is still my favourite pokemon ever. Now Pla is giving me the sweetest nostalgia. I loved playing Diamond and seeing so many similar things in Legends makes my heart swell. Fourth gen rocks as hell. Here’s a bunch of lil sketches, I’m gonna add some more as soon as I go on with the story. I wanna draw all my favourite moments and characters *-*

If the clans now have partial pieces of their deities, does that affect their relationship with the galaxy team? Does Kamado now see this as a power imbalance against his favor?

Yes! But there has always been a power imbalance that he's been struggling with. Jubilive village is a colony of refugees displaced by the war going on across the seas, none of them want to fight here. Not only do the clans have all had numbers on their side as well as home land advantage, they have the wardens.

People capable of stopping a raging alpha pokemon in their tracks alone. People that befriend pokemon and treat them like family, and those pokemon will come to their aid.

One warden is even a dead man who can seemingly command any pokemon and is known as the strongest battler in the land.

and what's more is that it's not just one warden, it's 10. 10 people from each clan that it's their duty to protect their people and the animosity between the clans blurs and even is gone completely amongst many of the wardens.

Already the only modem of power he was able to grab at is that no one wants to go to war. And Jubilife is a fantastic neutral ground for the clans, he took the position of moderator between the clans and has held on tight to that.

But after the red sky he lost all of that tiny sliver of power. The clans are more united than they ever have been and they do not trust him one bit. Now not only do they have fractions of deities they have Akari of whom has been fully taken in by the clans after his treatment of her. She had been someone like the wardens that evened the playing field even slightly but now she too is gone.

Kamado fucked up, royally all power scales are completely out of his favor and he knows it. All he can do now is try and make up for his actions one day at a time. He is very lucky that even still no one wants to fight, no one wants war and the clans are still kind enough to let his people stay.

Resting a hand on Lian’s shoulders is Ingo, who wears a modern western-style dark coat, pants (which are tucked into white gaiters), pokéball  belt, and conductor’s hat over a pale kaparamip. I really love the chibi art that the pokemon centre uses for its “trainers” collection, so I wanted to try a similar style out with the Hisui characters. I know Adaman, Irida and Volo all have offical art in this style already but I wanted to see the rest. I’ll always be salty that the Hisui wardens never got plushes or much merch at all :(

I've been rotating the "frenzied nobles mean frenzied wardens" idea in my head since I saw it. Divine madness my beloved <3 Do you have any further thoughts on the topic? How much worse and/or dangerous does it make the situation

Oohh yes I have so very many thoughts, but to start off, the wardens also being frenzied makes it far far more dangerous and worse for everyone involved. Unlike their nobles,

They're mobile.

The frenzied wardens roam each area quick to attack anything that moves, the wardens that remain don armor and spend all their time protecting people and pokemon from them. Some like Ingo, and Iscan especially running between areas to face more than one maddened warden.

For a time the only places that are safe from the frenzied wardens are the Obsidian Fieldlands and the Cobalt Coastlands, with no Lord Arcanine Palina was temporarily spared from frenzing. Lian and Sabi are considered too young to be going out and fighting directly so they help Calaba in the fieldlands where the injured are taken and kept. Lian spared from frenzing simply for not having aspects yet.

Not only must they fight against their fellow wardens there is building pressure from Kamado and Jubilive village for them to deal with the treat in a more permanent way. It is never outright said but there is that underlying threat to take it into his own hands. Irida and Adaman have meetings with each other and him often. That does not stop him from trying to pressure the remaining wardens directly.
