Atlas Cove is officially finished! [ DA-0629-2405-1088 ]

Before Atlas Cove, I had never put such thought and detail into an island. I was super inspired to make a small little farming community back when springcore became more popular, and I think I managed to pull it off! From designing the flag to finishing my beaches, every inch of this island has my whole heart.  I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do! Happy crossing! 👩‍🌾

Happy Pride from Dusty and Nadia! 

(below the cut is a personal monologue about what pride means to me)

On June 26th, 2015, myself and my fellow Americans here on tumblr were finally granted the legal right to marry the ones that they love. I’ll always remember where I was when the decision was announced by the Supreme Court. This day changed my life, and the life of many others in this nation, entirely. Before the jurisdiction was announced, I had spent my adolescence searching for states I could move to with my potential partner that would allow us to get married. Now, I’m happily living with my best friend, my partner, in a state that I love without having to worry about our future. We have the freedom to express our love anywhere, and I’ll never take that for granted.  This doesn’t mean the fight is over. We still need to rally for trans people, for kids going through conversion therapy, for maintaining our right to love one another. The jurisdiction surrounding Roe v. Wade right now sets a precedent for how we interpret the 14th Amendment- an amendment that has granted us the same right to marry who we want to. The fight isn’t over. We must protect each other. We must live with love.  I love you all. Thank you so much for reading, and happy pride!
