Will we have Duck as a human ? Like, who he was before David turned him into a puppet

I made a few concept doodles. He used to work with Roy as an actor on his show before he washed up and became a teacher at David's school. Duck likes David, and David hates Duck because he never recovered from his parent's death like, even a little bit, and Duck loves talking about them and reminiscing whenever he can.

Eventually David mixes up someone making him feel bad and someone being a bad person and murders Duck to turn him into his first puppet, (an act which he justifies to himself obsessively)

i do love canon amy & rory but god, does some part of me wish they really had gone with the idea of the doctor picking up a child as a companion (and then later, that child’s best friend with a huge crush on her.) with the rest of the season really not changing at all, except now it’s amelia pond with an angel in her head killing her and lost alone in the woods. it’s little rory who dies and is forgotten and becomes a toy soldier. if this is going to be a fairy tale, then let it be one. children have never been safe in fairy tales.

#it wouldn’t have to change any of the actual plot of the season. except MAYBE amy’s choice but even then i think amy’s choice would be the #one episode where they should be adults. if only for the half where they live in a village in that dream.#because that’s the kind of future that children would dream up. they live in a little cottage and nothing ever goes wrong and their best #friend visits them all the time even though they’ve grown up.#they aren’t actually adults there just children with an idea of what they should be as adults and acting accordingly #and it would still end the same way.#but idk its just. rory’s 2000 years waiting for amy inside the pandorica is already tragic. yes.#now imagine its a kid. a kid in a little roman soldier helmet who will never grow up. who will not leave his best friend.#he loves her and she’s more important than the whole universe and that sort of love is supposed to MEAN something in a fairy tale!#its supposed to melt the ice out of hearts and transform people from stone.#and what that love means here. is that he will have to wait 2000 years. a child and a box.#little rory and the amelia who followed the doctor’s letters to the pandorica. and she doesn’t recognize him again.#and amelia in the pandorica… 2000 years a child trapped in a small box waiting to be rescued.#s5 is already fucked for them but it could be worse. it could be so much worse.#and it would make the doctor choosing to take her place in the pandorica to save the universe later even better.#because who else but the doctor would put the fate of the universe on the shoulders of two children and realize much too late what a #monstrous thing he’d done. and still have to hope. have to hope. that amelia would remember him fondly enough to bring him back to reality.#the logistics of all of this would have been a pain lmao. child labor laws in acting and all that.#BUT. hypothetically. it would have slapped.#doctor who #amy pond #rory williams #<- also this entire time ive been referring to him in my head as rory pond so much that i fuckin. forgot his actual last name.#and then like if you want them to be adults in s6 or whatever you can just timeskip to them getting married and still have amelia remember #the doctor there. it would work. it would.#amelia pond au

If you're wondering if I'm swapping the other characters, not for this.

Swapping everyone around would complicate things and I like having some limits in play. If I swap other characters, I would rather give those scenarios their own AUs separate from this one to explore.

This AU is a 'what if these two particular characters swapped positions' instead of a 'everyone is swapped.' I want to explore how the story beats and themes react to these two characters being swapped (what things can change and what do I need to happen to keep things from going completely off rails,) how they themselves handle the positions, and how the characters around them react to these versions.

When it comes to designs, the only characters with the big differences are Neon J, Tatiana, and the 1010s.

I keep getting confused with Tornear/Torear, and I know his canon name is Tornear. Is Tornear an honor title in BB?

That one is a straightup change because I like Torear better lmao. A Tor is a rocky outcrop seen in moorlands. I just never liked how Tor was born as "Tornkit" when he wouldn't even have that ear scar yet, and I think Tors are cool.

I feel like Mud and Tor make really cool short, matching names.

💡 Introducing Lumen!

A FNAF: SB OC with the setting that Lumen is one of the newer animatronics stationed within the daycare, he's tasked with assisting with anything that needs a extra pair of hands there. Most of his more involved tasks are when the lights are out as he acts as a friendly face as the daycare's robotic night light.

⭐ Extra character notes Below! ⭐

💡 Lumen goes by He/Him or They/Them

💡 A literal nightlight (character sheet is his neutral state.)

💡 Official designation is to act as a supporting animatronic within the daycare with a secondary task of occasionally acting as a guest star at Fazer Blast. (But... maybe a secret third thing too.)

💡 His eyes are screens and he uses them to show his expressions:

(His rays can also move and wiggle slightly like how Sun can but the larger rays have more difficulty in retracting because of their angle.)

💡 Has an advanced in-built targeting system (something both him and Drizzle have in common.)

💡 Besides able to create noises and beep boop-like sounds, he does know sign language, morse code and other forms of communication.

💡 He's often curious about things.

💡 On good friend terms with Drizzle, they get together after-hours sometimes to casually show off or practice/calibrate their targeting skills in Fazerblast. (Drizzle and Lumen tag team vs staff bots? Rest in pepperoni staff bots.)

Wanted to finish his ref before any other. 🧍‍♂️Had less Motivation so looks a bit off but well.

The Green stuff is new tho. 🧍‍♂️I don't really know myself, i was bored. I randomly thought it was some Kind of Infection that got triggered by guilt, not normal guilt tho. A overwhelming one? Idk. Or it has to Do somthing that his own magic corrupted him somehow.

And the grey/blue lines on his arm (one on the eye) are scars. Made his blood blue because i Like blue. (dried blood)
