Do you mind if I ask your top 10 favorite characters (can be male or female) from all of the media that you loved (can be anime/manga, books, movies or tv series)? And why do you love them? Thanks....
the issue here is i have a recency issue. they cycle out depending on what i’ve consumed recently. so ill forget a blorbo and be sad about it. also i have a predilection for sad little bisexual guys so it’s very skewed
1. one of my OGs is will parry from his dark materials. he’s of that type of male character that is relentlessly kind shonen protagonist who keeps being forced into violence but doesnt want to. also the original book boyfriend next to percy jackson. 12 year old me was obsessed. i loved prince caspian and half the narnia boys for the same reason, and when i watched fullmetal alchemist this was why alphonse elric was my favorite elric brother. (this is also why i love yuji, tanjiro, and deku very dearly)
2. probably one of my first blorbos of all time was elphaba from wicked, hence my old URL. reading that book too early changed my brain chemistry. area leftist of a marginalized identity maligned by society and also bisexual as hell. she will always be my first and forever girly. you can imagine what happened to me when i met wei wuxian, who is essentially the same character. i went nuts
3. the funny little bisexual man who covers his pain with humor and cares so deeply usually goes on the list. one of my first was and always will be Sokka, but percy jackson fills this role as well as my beloveds, Satoru Gojo, and Vash the Stampede
4. funny little bisexual man who covers his pain with humor and is doomed by the narrative could cover many already mentioned but Nicholas D. Wolfwood remains the pinnacle. he’s very important to me. ive made a lot of posts about him but him representing this existential dread that you’ll die before you find happiness haunts me
5. the secondary villain who becomes a begrudging part of the team for comedy also always is a favorite but Greed from FMA has always stuck with me. an embodiment of one of humanity’s sins finding peace because the thing he most coveted became the love of others and not material wants got my ass
6. i understand there arent many women on this list and while i have favorite female characters in many pieces of media they dont often make the top list, however asajj ventress goes on the list. her story even before dark disciple is one of the best in star wars. as u can tell i have a predilection for evil women maligned in society
7. maul is also one of my favorites of all time. they really resurrected him and made him the most compelling in the narrative. the tragedy that he wont let go even in his last moments always gets me. watching twin suns actually broke me. his story in rebels was airing in a part of my life where i really identified with him as someone gifted yet ignored and thrown away and it got me
8. shocking absolutely no one, while sailor moon is one of my favorite pieces of media of all time and it is largely about women, my blorbo is tuxedo mask, mamoru chiba, the like ONE guy. he’s pathetic, he’s bisexual, and he’s also one of my first anime crushes of all time. more importantly he has been wronged by many adaptations and i must fight for his honor.
9. the Doctor remains ever important to me, especially 9, but them as a character. probably the same as Vash and Xie Lian, the sad immortal character cursed to constantly be alone who doesn’t want to hurt people always gets my ass
10. Rapunzel from Tangled has always been a very special blorbo for reasons i wont share online but that series had my ass in a vice grip for a reason

5. emmerdale: robert sugden.... this is by far the most embarrassing entry on this list. sorry for being obsessed with a britisg soap opera when i was like 18 or whatever. he is a little evil and also very bisexual. or very evil and a little bisexual, depending on the era.
6. the hunger games: peeta mellark. also have not thought abt thg in a WHILE but his name popped up in my head when i was trying to think of characters.... listen he is Good. i like it when characters are just. Kind & Good
7. the magicians: quentin coldwater aka thee fictional death that still haunts me (& made me stop watching the show rip)

9. the amazing spider-man: peter parker. listen. 15 year old marthe wanted to marry peter parker (andrew garfield version) so bad. only character to this day that i have ever written self-insert fanfic about.

Lmfaooooo what a slay ask as ALWAYS from the wife!!! OJV Stan can, in fact, read, he just gets distracted (adhd boy across the ncu/ojv board!)
I got sooooo many ideas for this one YOUR HONOR THEY ARE MASSIVE DORKS!!!
They like a lotttt of the same stuff, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, oh my god they are HUGE Bill and Ted fans they’re definitely being “excellent to each other” if ya know what I mean ;) another favorite is Percy Jackson and Stan 100% cried during that part in MOA (same) Kyle made the rest of the M5 listen to the audiobooks and Cartman has definitely read every depraved fanfiction ashdhdksl. Stan and Kyle are SUCH fantasy nerds especially Stan out here learning tolkien elvish to rizz the sbf up smh
Style went FERAL over The Last of Us show they loved the games so much and oh my goodness they… may or may not have had a Voltron phase (it was Cartman’s fault) BRUH!!!!! Ok these two LOVE Kevin Smith’s filmography!!!! Kyle’s favorite is Tusk and Stan’s is Clerks 3 he SOBBED HIS EYEBALLS OUT!!!
Kyle’s definitely also into documentaries, particularly historical ones, where Stan kind of spaces out unless it’s animal planet (king shit) also DUDE How To Train Your Dragon is a fave. Kyle LOVES Dead Poets Society.
So Kyle definitely is a little more inclined to reading, though they’re both a sucker for a story, but he’s the one who actually sat down and read GOT, actually enjoyed the assigned reading in high school, like this man was out here enjoying the HELL out of A Separate Peace, Lord of the Flies, Of Mice and Men, and HOLY SHIT he ADORES Ray Bradbury. OrangeJuiceVerse Kyle is such an idealistic guy, he fucks that magical realism UP!!! Def likes poetry, Kipling is a FAVE!!! Also down to read think pieces, absolutely loves when something gets him thinking about human nature. Shakespeare too! His favorite is A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Stan’s favorite is Titus Andronicus.
Stan Marsh, our resident hopeless romantic, ADORES MUSICALS! He has made everyone in the Star Seven watch every single Team Starkid Show (his favorite is probably Twisted) (Kenny likes Starship because he loves him some puppets) (kys fave is The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals bc the title made him laugh) Stan, Cartman, and Marj are THE trio to go see musicals it’s so fun! And Stan’s favorite broadway musical was in fact The Lightning Thief. He’s a big enjoyer of The Music Man too. And LITTLESHOP!!! Oh dude he watched the helll out of Austin & Ally lmfao
I’ve mentioned before Stan watching alllll the sappy ass Dog Movies when he’s depressed, holed up in the Sadsack Hoodie with Old Yeller, 8 Below, Homeward Bound, Where the Red Fern Grows, Far From Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog (that one’s a fave bc happy ending and the kid in it looks like him) and that poor guys just making himself more upset :(

1) How many works do you have on AO3?
10 and counting! 9 for octopath traveler (not counting the one disowned fic) and 1 for the Grishaverse

3) How many fandoms have you written for and what are they?
As anyone who ever spared even a glance at my tumblr account knows, I love Octopath. Its my comfort game and is definetly one of my favourite games of all time. On the other hand, the grishaverse fic was a contest fic. I love that book a lot as well but it never came close to my damned love for that game
4) What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
About women’s problems, lack of sleep and bluntness: Oh, that lil thing. It was my first fanfic I had written in years! It doesnt have the best writing but it does have a special place in ma heart
A Diary’s Importance: My ongoing longfic. Its as of date not completed, but its going somewhere eh! Luckily finally got a beta, so progress is there folks. But alas, currently on vacay so writing is out of the question.
Why phones and the 8 travelers should not be combined: A silly textfic I wrote to get myself out of writersblock. Believe me, I thirst for textfics I NEED MORE.
Sharp, stabby things: Well, if it wasnt obvious enough, im halfblind. Meaning I am actually unable to see shit from my right eye. So sense of depth does not exist. So when I discovered Therion would likely have the same struggles with his right eye I decided that damnit I was going to write something about it because the struggles of being halfblind are real folks.
About the practicallity of not being a caster: A little fic I always wanted to do of what a conversation between Cyrus, who got so many magic spells its practicallity his only thing, and Olberic, who got no magic at all, about magic would look like.
5) Do you respond to comments, why or why not?
Fuck yeah I do! I love comment so so much. They give me motivation to write and shut the inner Bruno up (if ya get the meaning)
6) What's the fic you've written with the angstiest ending?
Hmmm, hard one here. Most of the angst in my fic is very much in the middle with the end being happier as I sadly do have a soul. But, my vote goes to a friends betrayal. The fic was basically about Olberics thoughtprocess after the fall of hornburg and what lead him to his situation in beginning of the game. As you can guess, it is very angsty.
7) What's the fic you've written with the happiest ending?
Many! But, the vote goes to my beloved sharp stabby things. But that can just be my seretonin brain.
8) Do you write crossovers? If so what is the craziest one you've written?
Not yet… (but i have an idea)
9) Have you ever received hate on a fic?
Some passive agressive comments, but not really hate.
10) Do you write smut? If so what kind?
Nope. Huns, I am ace as fuck i cant even read it.

Oh boy thats such a tough question. On one hand, gimli x legolas from LOTR will always have a special place in my heart as it was the ship that actually got me into fandom culture. But… if you spared a glance at my ao3 account you know my love for Cyrus and Olberic. I mean my two comfort characters in a relationship? Thats the stuff man thats the good stuff.
15) What's a WIP that you want to finish but don't think you ever will?
STUPID A LEGAL DISPUTE. I LOVE THE IDEA OF IT BUT THE WORDS MAN THE WORDS.
16) What are your writing strengths?
I think it would be describing emotions and thoughtprocesses.
17) What are your writing weaknesses?
Grammar, no doubt. I mean its not that 9 year old bad but my use of commas is through the damned roof.
18) What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
Ahum, as someone who has multiple conlanguages and is a polyglot I adore them. Just wait yall asses till i get a solid idea of what acient hornburgian sounds like and its over for yall. IT WILL BE IN DIARYS IMPORTANCE OR I DONT DESERVE MY SCRIVINER.
19) What was the first fandom you wrote for?
Suprisingly, it was Percy Jackson. A Solangelo fic to be precise. Oh i cringe at it every time I see it.

Brand’s Thunder, no doubts about it. It was the transition to my longer fics and I impressed myself with my own writing which was new.

Stuck in the Middle 1
Percy and Ritz made one of their rare trips to town together, it was a special treat that Percy had promised to Ritz months ago. The pair walked together through town, hands interlocked. They chatted idly until a rough hand settled on Ritz's shoulders.
"Ritzy, who's your little sweetheart here? Didn't know ya were more than a lay for old man Witt." The painfully familiar voice of Adam, one of the members of his old cattle rustling gang, said.
Adam had come into town with three other members of the gang, only to pick up supplies but had spotted the familiar blonde. Adam was both taller and stockier than Ritz, he was intimidating.
"Adam, can ya jus' leave me be? That an' Percy ain't any of your concern." Ritz sounded annoyed as he squeezed Percy's hand while Adam's gang members closed in on the pair.
"Percy? Is that his name? Well, ah do believe ya owed us some money a couple'a months back, for keepin' your pretty ass outta jail." Adam stated firmly.
Percy felt a pair of hands grip his shoulders, he tensed as the gang pulled him away from Ritz. He went to shove their hands off of him but his arms were wrenched behind his back. He hissed in pain as they held his arms.
"Ya get your men's hands off'a him, Adam he ain't a part of this." Ritz snapped.
"Threatenin' me now Fargo? Ya know, he has a real pretty face an' ah'm sure ya wouldn't want anything to happen to it…" Adam taunted.
"What're ya sayin' Adam?" Ritz knew exactly what the man was saying, he just hoped it wasn't true.
"Ah think we'll take your Percy as a payment less ya can come up with the money ya owe us. Ya have 3 days till we start ta take our payments from your Percy's pretty little hide… 3 days Ritzy." Adam said as he ruffled his hand in Ritz's hair.
"I'll be okay Ritz! Don't worry!" Percy managed to yell as they pushed him toward his horse.
Ritz watched as the gang rode off with the love of his life. He had to figure out how do come up with the money. The only real option he had was to rob a stagecoach or bank. He would do whatever it took to get Percy back.
Meanwhile, Percy scowled as these rustlers took him hostage he cooperated for now but it was only because he didn't want a bullet in his back. The ride was a long one, well outside of town and to the remains of an abandoned Calvary outpost. His heart ached to be back with Ritz but he had faith that his beloved would find the money somehow. He just hoped that Ritz wouldn't get hurt.
