Spoiling the Birthday Boy

“What do you want for your birthday, Channie?” You asked softly as the two of you were snuggled up together on the couch in the late hours of the night.
“Hmm… Maybe for you to just forget about it?” He asked and flashed you his cutie pie smile, hands gently kneading your waste. You made your expression deadpan and frowned. “Baby, you know how I feel about all of it.” He sighed and pulled you close, kissing the top of your head gently.
“Okay, then we won’t celebrate my birthday either.” You state matter-o-factly, patting his arm gently. He sits back dramatically, eyes wide.
“Uh, no. That’s my favorite day of the year. You can’t take that from me.” He pouted his lip and shook his head.
“That’s how I feel about your birthday, love.” You said softly, a hand resting on his cheek with a thumb caressing it gently. “Just let me do something nice. It’ll be lowkey I promise.” He sighs and you can see his resolve dropping.
“Alright, fine. Just- no party please. Only me and you, yeah?”
The evening of October 2nd, you had tasked Changbin with making sure Chan came home at a decent hour (a feat in itself) and Minho with snatching Chan’s phone so no one could bother him the entire night or morning.
You were putting the final touches on the first of his birthday surprises when you heard the door open. Trying to contain your excitement, you quickly make your way over to greet him with a smile.
“Hey birthday boy.” You giggled and wrapped your arms around his torso.
“I mean, it’s technically not even my birthday yet-“ you cut him off with a shake of your head, a finger to his lips.
“Ah, not allowed. Just relax and trust me.” You kiss him softly, holding him close. “Did you eat yet?” You ask softly, pulling away from the kiss. He nodded.
“Yeah, the boys took me out for dinner.” You already knew that, but he didn’t know that you knew.
“Okay, good. Then we can get in to the first surprise.” You grab his hand and pull him into the bathroom where you have a hot bath ready to go with soft candle lighting and the gentle sound of his favorite songs playing. You feel his arms wrap around you, face nuzzling into your neck.
“Is this for me, hm?” You can hear his smile, his hug squeezing a bit tighter for emphasis.
“Should we get in?” You ask, turning to look at his face with a smile.
Once you both are within the warmth of the tub, you facing him in his lap, you reach for some shampoo right behind his shoulder. He looks at you lovingly, his hands mindlessly grazing your skin with a small smile resting on his face. As you massage the shampoo into his hair, scratching his scalp gently as you work it in, a small groan escapes his lips. His hands begin to wander, grasping at the flesh on your thighs while biting his lip.
“Ah, be good.” You gently reprimand, a small smirk on your face. “There will be plenty of time for that later.” You lean in and kiss his neck softly before resuming washing his hair.
“Alright alright.” He concedes, bracing his hands on either side of the tub.
After the bath was face masks, painting each others nails (something Chan loved doing but would never admit to anyone but you), and finally snuggling up in bed.
“That wasn’t so bad now, was it?” You hum against his jawline, looking up at him.
“I would say no but I know for a fact you have more planned for tomorrow.” He giggles and shakes his head. “I do really appreciate it though, baby. I needed a relaxing night.”
“And my next gift is that you can sleep as late as you want tomorrow.” You smile and kiss his cheek. He thinks for a second before looking at you with furrowed brows.
“Are you the reason my phone has suddenly disappeared?” You sit in silence, hoping that if you’re quiet long enough, he’ll just forget. He does not. In fact, his fingers dig into your ribs, causing squeals and giggles to fill the once quiet room.
Happy birthday best leader, Channie. October 3rd is the best day because it’s the day the world received you. What a happy occasion. <3

A/n: ya boy has a 3 hour car ride back home and I fell asleep 4 times writing this, If you see random spams of “jjjjjjjjjj” it’ll be gone tomorrow I’m taking a nap now.
To answer your question: I was in a server where the term “little one” was sooo overused and it tired me out when it was used on me so I figured it maybe did the same to other tinys (I was right) + It was just a special term for me and my tiny ones so it was a little different form the usual and “exclusive” to us:)
I can’t think of any warnings but then again I can’t rly think of anything right now so scream at me in the comments if I should add any.

Officially taking duty as hells messenger was your choice, you just wanted to feel useful though Lucifer reminded you time and time again that just your company and love was more than enough, even mazikeen agreed claiming that since you came around everything’s been a lot smoother, happy Lucifer means an (ironically) happy hell. Yet you wanted to do more than just- exist.
So when you insisted to take some role to help around Lucifer assigned you as a messenger, really all you had to do was (as the name suggests) bring and deliver messages across realms, it wasn’t that difficult most of the time. But then came days like this. You woke up small, you didn’t really know why but admittedly you didn’t always need a reason. The problem wasn’t that you slipped, it was the time you did.
You panicked, you had work to do but you couldn’t leave like this.
The more you submerged yourself in your panicked thoughts the less you could actually think, you were already small and your anxiety was making you slip further. You couldn’t even panic anymore, everything just left you. That tingling feeling that ran through your spine making you shrink from inside out. It was enough of an indication that there was no chance you’d slip out, and when you noticed you were alone you felt like crying, you cuddled up to Emery and October, October being the new addition to your piles of stuffies, a gift from Lucifer.
Nuzzling your face into the soft fur, you considered running around the kingdom until you found your Luci, but your anxiety was stronger, convincing you you’ve already used up enough of their time, they have a whole realm to run, you could handle one day alone like you had before. You hid under your mountains of blankets with embery and October, curling up and opting to just sleep the time away.
Lucifer of course noticed your absence, you’d usually be excited to get up and start working, they found your search for a mission unnecessary, but it made you happy, how could they take that away? They went to your little room, guessing that if you wished to be alone you’d be there, yet you weren’t, they made their way to your shared room. “Am I crazy or did the amount of blankets here double?” They asked into the air when they spotted your silhouette under the blankets.
You giggled thinking you were so sneaky and they obviously couldn’t hear you. “Greetings mr. silhouette, im looking for a little angel, very very tiny, I swore I heard an adorable giggle around this area, have you seen them?” They waited a beat and you held your breath so they wouldn’t spot you. “Huh, I guess mr silhouette doesn’t speak. Hmmm. Let’s see.. I checked under the bed, in the closet and behind the furniture, where could my little dove possibly be!” You giggled again, putting your finger over your mouth and very (not) discreetly said “shhhh” to both October and Emery.
“There it is again! I know it’s you tiny, and I’ll find you! If you don’t show yourself this instant I will tickle you for all eternity when I do!” You gasped. Quickly scrambling to pull the mess of blankets and peeking your eyes out while you held the covers over the rest of your face. “No way you’ve been there this whole time” you quickly nodded. “Lies! No way, I don’t believe it.” You pulled Your stuffies up from under the blanket as proof.
They glared at your stuffies and looked back at you. “They are such traitors” you shook your head pointing at them. “Oh only to me? I see how it is.” They moved over to the bed pulling the three of you into their arms. Immediately you relaxed into their hold. “What happened today, little dove? You didn’t tell me you slipped.” “didn wan bother..” Lucifer placed a kiss to the tip of your nose. “You could never. You know how much I love you and your company , tiny one.”

— MONDAY OCTOBER 16TH —
back from break for my first (and only) day of classes this week. i had a bit of a crisis with a form i needed to fill in but i managed to get it in. i wrote my poetry assignment on here and i’m actually rather proud of how my poem turned out. tomorrow i’m on a flight interstate and then the rest of the week i will be in a different city!! 31 days until exams im very nervous but also excited to get over with! i got this!!

hey, tumblr, what's up, its finally friday and im so so so happy
oddly enough, this week went by pretty fast pero this month has been soooooo long for some reason
as in my officemate just chatted sa gc namin na super tagal nung last sahod and we can all relate and i hate it bakit ganun tong october
but this week and the rest of the month has been really fun so far; my mom's birthday celebration was simple and fun and i loved celebrating with her
i went to makati with her yesterday and it was nice to just chill and get my favorites from seattle's best
and then last night, although may small hiccup lang, me and my dad assembled the shoe cab we bought from ikea and it lasted us siguro 2 hrs din but it turned out to be really nice!
tapos tomorrow, im really excited kasi my mom invited her friends over for a simple celebration so ill be helping her prep for that + ill also get ready for halloween
i need to paint the vital part of my costume para by the 31st everything's prepared na
as much as i want to also go to my cousin's birthday party dito lang din sa pasig after work sa 31, my brother and i might not go na din kasi nga undas na, traffic sa manila memorial eh dun lang daan ng fx na sinasakyan namin and we have a super early flight sa november 1 so i might pass on the party

its been a few weeks of doing exclusively haunt makeup and its starting to mess with my sense of self a little bit. i really want to put on makeup that i like and put on a cute outfit instead of ONLY doing scary makeup and the same dress every night. i do LOVE scary makeup, but its important for my sense of self and self esteem to be able to express myself the exact way i feel on that particular day.. and i miss looking like my old spooky self and not just the a different iteration of the same character every night :'(
it definitely IS much much better than having to normal up my makeup for work, and i appreciate that aspect. i can wear my contacts and mess with my hair and do spooky stuff during october, which is very fun, i just rly want to look cute :c and i need a rest for my last 2 days off so im not going to get gussied up today or tomorrow just for shits..
for once im excited for october to be over so i can sleep 😂

first & second october
i’m back from my mini hiatus, tomorrow i start my course i’m a bit scared but excited at the same time lol. there was an event in the city that i went to which had open theatres and museums and i saw an opera show. i cleaned up my room and setup everything for the new semester. the style is a bit all over the place but i like it. i’m rewatching ahs and im enjoying it a great deal.
