You won’t stop fighting.
You keep tugging at your restraints, screaming at her… Penny’s done her best to be patient, but she can’t wrap her mind around how ungrateful you’re being. Why can’t you just accept that this is your life now? She brings you nice things, makes you good food, and yet you insist on hurting her and yourself in your constant struggling. Seeing your skin chafe around the bindings she uses to keep you from attacking her is what breaks a final straw.

No matter how much you beg and plead, trying to convince her you’ll be good, there’s no avoiding the needle this time. Penny holds you down and administers the sedative with a nurse’s precision, smoothing a horridly cutesy bandage over the injection site out of habit. Already woozy and only getting woozier, you half-expect her to give you a lollipop too afterwards, like a real doctor’s office.
No matter what she says or does, all you do under the sedative’s influence is sleep and cry. You’ve already tested her patience once, and you’re still testing it. Constantly pouting, weakly trying to squirm away whenever she pulls you in for cuddles. She pleads for you to stop, tries to bribe you, digs her nails into your cheeks to try and force your foggy eyes to make contact with hers and raises her voice to make you listen, but you only cry more.

Happy Pride Month!
huh? no, yeah, my country celebrates Pride Month in February. hence why I've been working on this all month instead of posting.

I feel like part of why I haven't gotten back to my isekai series in so long is I don't really know what to do with the pov character guy anymore lol. I can absolutely admit he was a bit of a self-insert, but I feel like I don't know how to get back into that mindset and I'm not sure what purpose he really serves.
Not gonna lie, I've considered rebooting the whole thing without him, since I still love the other characters so much. Plus Penny also got isekai'd, so the series as a whole would still count lol. But weirdly I think I'd feel sort of guilty about it, and I also don't really want to deal with the implications of getting rid of him in the continuity I've already established.
Why can I not just write the pron? Why do I have to do this?

Poor Penny, she’s so conflicted about what to do! She’s elated at the physical contact, but the fear of your reaction when you wake up is just too much. She’ll probably risk waking you up by trying to break free from your hold and running to the bathroom before you’re awake enough to figure out what’s going on. If she succeeds, she’ll just say she needed to use the restroom really badly. If she doesn’t succeed, she’ll try to hide her face with her hands or a pillow, trying to wait for another chance to run off. If you see her anyway, she gets teary-eyed and defensive, and is reluctant to explain anything about what’s going on with her.

Penny is a smart, quiet and shy girl, most likely to be found in the library rather than a party. She doesn't go anywhere without doing extensive research on the area and coming up with a plan, though she is often caught off guard when her book smarts aren't as easily translated into reality. She has trouble making decisions, and quite a few issues stemming from her toxic relationship with her sister, Emily, but that won't stop her from competing on Total Drama.

Got a handful of asks from @shamanbodian a while back, sorry for taking so long to finally answer them lol. Focusing on various isekai story characters.
🥵: What time of year would you most likely see them down with a cold? Are they a common winter sickie, or are they the rare type to catch a bug in the heat of summer?
Penny and Jade are probably just the classic winter cold type, but Komithe is definitely a summer cold kind of girl. Eshena could just catch a cold whenever, because according to her the universe exists to make her miserable lol.
🤧: Age-old inquiry: tissues or handkerchiefs? Better yet, do they normally sneeze into an alternative?
Penny, Jade and Komithe will all use tissues, though Penny probably only uses one if she needs to blow her nose. Typically she'll just sneeze uncovered. Komithe sorta has the vibes of someone who'd use a handkerchief, but I feel like she either doesn't think to buy them or she just keeps losing them all the time and ends up using tissues.
🗣: Rate you character’s sneezes from 1-10 with these three categories: Volume (1=Softest), Mess Rating (1=Least Messy), and Frequency (1=Only One Sneeze, vs 10=Abundant Fits).
Eshena:
Volume: 5, not quiet, but not devastatingly loud or anything.
Mess: 6, above average messiness, but also not anything extreme.
Frequency: 3, typically sneezes in singles, and rather than fits she's more likely to have more individual sneezes spaced out over a period of time.
Komithe:
Volume: 3-6, depending on whether she stifles and how successfully. Her stifled sneezes are small but not silent, and a fully unstifled sneeze can be a bit sharp.
Mess: 2, generally not very messy unless she's really stuffed up.
Frequency: 2-3, fairly similar to Eshena in that she has mostly single sneezes. Really only prone to fits if directly exposed to feathers for a while.
💐: For characters with allergies! Have they ever received a gift with something their allergic to? How did they react? If they got a gift with an allergen, how would they react?
Eshena would absolutely complain about it and make it everybody's problem. Likely the only way she wouldn't throw it back in the giver's face is if it was something from a higher ranking deity, in which case she'd grumble about it in private and whine behind their back to everyone else.
For Komithe, it would depend on the gift. If it was something like a stuffed animal filled with feathers, she'd love and cherish it no matter how much it made her sneeze. For anything else she'd probably be kinda confused and offput by it, not really sure how to respond. One idea I had for an unwritten chapter involved her getting a bottle of perfume that makes her sneeze, and while she wouldn't end up keeping it or using it after finding out, it at least wouldn't upset her too much.

[Spoiler for endgame Pokemon]
First and last time imma put up a spoiler warning for a Pokemon, just so you know.
Anyways! Ive been itching to draw for days but Ive been up and about or doing work all day, so by the time I could draw, I was too exhausted. So I said fuck it today, pushed back my work by a day and went fucking ham.
How could I not, tho? Doggies!!! Pudding!! FLUFFY MOTH BABY!!! I absolutely ADORE Slither Wing, I think it and Clodsire are my 2 fav Pokemon of Gen 9 (and the story specific Kuraidon).
As for the doggo part, I found it funny how Nemona has a dog Pokemon as a lead and Arven as an ace. Even funnier, I accidentally evolved the Night form of Lycanroc, but it makes it funnier somehow. Mari has rival doggos to her rivals xD
Penny is sadly the odd one out of the group 😔
Also, totally don't mind me sneaking in some Nemona/Arven sketch comic.
