Shinjuro looked at you like

Kyojuro complimented you on your physique and encouraged you to become a slayer again

That was quickly shot down by shinjuro saying that even if you were young again you haven't fought in years and you could do something else with you time

Senjuro is just glad your alright, he was so worried when he heard you were attacked

Tengen

You went out for a walk when you were attacked

When you got back Hina greeted you thinking you were there to visit uzui

He wasn't there at the moment so Makio and Suma kept you busy while Hina made snacks

You tried to explain who you were by saying you name and what happened but they didn't get it

I guess they thought you weren't right in the head or something

"Oh our father in law has the same name" -Suma

When Tengen came back he recognized you immediately

He explained everything again and they realized you weren't crazy and were actually their FIL

They gushed over you for the rest of the day

Tengen was jealously sitting in the corner while watching

He would watch you sleep to make sure you weren't dead (ya know how old look dead when they sleep)

Genya would be confused but not ask about it and instead do more active things with like (like some things that gyomei taught him)

Muichiro

he doesn't know who tf you are

One minute your old and the next your young

He refused to leave the area without you

It took a message, by crow, to shinobu to prove to him that you were you

For days be was awkward around you

He would stare as if he's solving math problems in his head

Initially he was scared cause you just fought off a demon at your old age but when he got to look he you he was just confused

How could you be young again

The both of you went to visit Urokodaki and he had a good laugh at the situation

Giyuu didn't think it was funny

He was genuinely concerned

He took you to shinobu but she said everything was fine

That didn't help ease his worries tho

He watched over you like a hawk

He went on missions less and instead watched over you

No matter how many time you tell him your fine he just can't take your word for it

Shinobu

she'd do multiple check-ups out of confusion

How is it possible that your young again

Was it just your appearance that changed or your body too?

Is it permanent?

The triplets help shinobu while trying not to stare at you they look away when you catching them

Kanao just stares

Aoi acted as if nothing happened, she never treated you differently and even snuck your favorite food to you when Shinobu wasn't looking

Mitsuri

She got a message from her crow that your shop was under attack

She was panicking as she raced to get to you but when she got there, in your place behind the counter there was a attractive young man

This made her more scared she thought 'you' were your relative or something

When you told her what happened she dropped her sword and hugged you

Say goodbye to your newly young bones cause the hug she gave you will made you feel old again

"I'm sorry but I thought you were dead."

our favorite and only snake bro in kny, he’s a very mysterious quiet type yes.

little headcanon is that he’d actually enjoy dark humor. like he may not laugh loudly about it, but he’d definitely enjoy a clever dark humor.

both of you are honestly lazy, but honestly that’s kinda what he likes. with the amount of days and what nots of just lazing around is that sweet sweet quality time. and i mean he’s not much of a cop show watcher, however put on a good mystery show or movie and he’ll be happily snuggled next to you holding you close to him.

he doesn’t find others pain funny it’s more so the fact that he thinks it’s stupid if someone accidentally falls and probably would give a light chuckle. though if you ever fall suddenly he’s you personal emt.

as mysterious and quiet he may be, that obviously doesn't mean he's insensitive, in fact if you need to ever need to talk to him about anything or just need someone to listen to obani is that guy. he’s not much of a talker, but he’ll listen nonetheless.

Love languages - Rengoku, Tomioka, Uzui, Iguro, Shinobu, & Mitsuri

wanted to write something quick because my current projects won’t be done for awhile and I feel bad about not posting ;-; Also love languages aren’t real but shhhhh it’s ok

Rengoku:

Giving - Words of Affirmation

He’s not very smooth with words but as one might expect from Rengoku he is very enthusiastic. Mostly it’s simple things, saying “I love you!” or “You look so pretty!” If you ask him to elaborate he will but the man gets very flustered.

Receiving - Physical Touch

I think Rengoku likes very gentle touches. He’s “on” 99% of the time and has a lot of trouble relaxing but if you trace his face or run your fingers through his hair then he can melt into your touch. He likes recieving physical affection at any time but it’s most relaxing for him if you set aside time where he has to be quiet and doesn’t have anything weighing on his mind.

Tomioka:

Giving - Gifts

Giyuu doesn’t see himself as someone with very much worth so offering up himself in any way doesn’t feel like he’s actually giving you something (even if you insist otherwise). If he gives you physical items then it’s something concrete and seen as valuable by others too. They’re very heartfelt though. It’s not pointless trinkets it’s something you can use often.

Receiving - Quality Time

On the flipside Tomioka sees you as someone with a lot of value. He’s happy with physical touch or talking too but he’s not always good at deciphering what things might mean if you’re not direct. It’s not that he’s happier when you’re quiet but if things are quiet then he doesn’t have to work to figure anything out.

Uzui:

Giving - Acts of Service

Sort of a double-sided thing for Uzui. Mostly it’s out of love for you/his wives but he does enjoy the praise he gets for it as well. Part of the reason he likes getting the praise though is because he knows that means you appreciated it (And so on and so forth). It’s something about providing for his lovers that makes the man feel good.

Receiving - Gifts

Is that a surprise? He loves getting gifts. They gotta be big and flashy but other than that he doesn’t care about the price or if you just picked it up randomly. Not to say he doesn’t like heartfelt gifts, but just that he likes anything that made you think about him.

Iguro:

Giving - Gifts

Just like Tomioka he doesn’t see himself as someone of value, so again anything that comes from him looses value because of that. He’s much more meticulous than Giyuu though. Giyuu buys anything that makes him think of you whereas Obanai spends weeks looking at different shops for the perfect item. You mention your shoes are wearing out? He will buy you the most expensive most durable pair to ever be made and they will fit you absolutely perfectly.

Receiving - Gifts

Oddly enough he also enjoys getting gifts. It’s a sign that you were also thinking about him. But while he likes buying you things Iguro enjoys getting handmade or smaller scale things from you.

Shinobu:

Giving - Quality Time

Shinobu is a busy woman so she sometimes struggles to make time for her partner. At the same time trying to fill that gap with gifts or little notes doesn’t feel the same. She has to find time to probably sit down with you and cuddle or talk.

Receiving - Acts of Service

As mentioned she’s very busy, so if you do anything to help lighten her load then she feels a weight off her chest. Even if it’s something small like making the bed or cleaning her desk she feels so relieved. Depending on your skills you may help out with medical things too. These moments are especially nice for her because Shinobu also considers you helping her wrap bandages as quality time.

Mitsuri:

Giving - Physical Touch

No surprises here either. She loves squishing you, hugging you, cuddling. If she could pick you up and carry you forever she would. Even if you weren’t big on touch I think she’d be just as happy to curl up against your side barely touching you. She also enjoys doing your hair or having you do hers.

Receiving - Words of Affirmation

Mitsuri has become a lot more confident in herself but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t like hearing kind words, especially in moments of weakness. She trusts you a lot so if you say she’s beautiful then Kanroji will very much believe you. Whether you’re complimenting her appearance or her cooking or her fighting skills she gets so excited. If something particilarly catches off guard then you should expect a lot more hugging alongside a dozen thank you’s.

• She would take you to Shinobu to check if you have any wounds, just to make sure.

• if you don’t have any injuries she’d be deeply relieved.

• If you do then she will not leave your side the rest of the day.

DWW TO THE OTHER REQUESTS I SAID ID DO, IM STILL DOING THEM!! Also sorry it took me so long to post this I have been busy 😭 but I hope you’ll enjoy this!!

Why is Obanai always guarded? That’s the question that always remains in your mind. He always has his guard up, not once did you ever see him relaxed. He’s always so serious, it makes you wonder what he looks like when he wasn’t serious when he wasn't fighting for his life.

Even as a hashira yourself, you knew it was crucial to be serious about your job, but Obanai never let his guard down. It was unusual to not take breaks, so you worried for him. Even though you never really said anything, you still cared.

Today was the day of everyone’s break from work, the only day you truly get to rest. You were taking a stroll, the wind was stronger than usual. Your hair flew as you had tried your best to keep it calm, suddenly at the corner of your eye you see Obanai. He rested in a tree, his hair flew over his closed eyes. A small smile rested on your lips, he looked more peaceful than ever as the shade of the leaves rested over him. Suddenly you found yourself walking over.

You slowly began climbing the tree, you reached the branch he was resting on in seconds. “What do you want?” One of his eyes peaked open causing you to flush a slight red. “Oh I, I was just trying to get some shade..” you muttered pulling yourself up on the branch.

“Well go get it somewhere else, I’m using this spot already.” He said, closing his eyes once more, causing you to pause. “But there’s plenty of space here for the both of us!” You were persistent, which only made him annoyed even more. “Why do you even wanna be near me? Sure we’re coworkers but I don’t know you on a personal level.” Your lips bloomed into a smile.

“Isn’t that why I should stay even more? It gives us a chance to become amazing friends!!” He bit down a smile as his face slowly flushed. He turned his head away. “Whatever, do what you want I couldn’t care less.”

His eyes shut once more, making you pause for a moment. “Obanai..” you muttered again, as he let out a sigh. “Yea?” You paused, playing with the buttons of your uniform. “Can I maybe lay on your chest?” He shot up, his face flashing red. “H-huh?!” You bit down on your lip. “Well, I’m worried I might fall.” Silence fell in the air for a moment as he lay back down again. “Y-yea, I don’t care.”

You smiled as you rested your head on his chest. You closed your eyes and listened to his heartbeat. The air brushed against your face as you buried your face deeper into him. His heartbeat sped up faster causing you to smile. “Hey Obanai, you should rest more. It’s important.” He sighed. “You're right, I’ll start doing it more often.” You smiled, “Then, can we do this more often too?” His lips let loose a smile as he brushed his hand against yours. “Yes, I’d like that.” You nodded as you two continued to rest.

Nothing to Worry About

I guess you could say this is a prequel to A Warm, Inviting Family. Since I’m still jobless, I decided to write while looking for a job.

~*~

“They’re here, they’re here!” Misturi was bouncing with excitement.

Rengoku and Y/N entered the master’s house. IN Y/N’s arm was their newborn baby, fast asleep. Mistrui squealed and ran over with Tengen’s wives behind them.

“Oh my gosh, is that her?” Misturi asked. “Y/N, she’s perfect! Look at how small she is!”

“She already has some hair, look!” Makio pointed. “It’s the color of Rengoku’s.”

“She’s adorable! I bet she’ll be pretty, just like Y/N!” Suma said.

“We shouldn’t be smothering her like this,” Hinatsuru said. “But this is exciting. You’re the first of us to have a baby Y/N.”

“It was an exciting pregnancy. Ruka took a while to get out,” Y/N chuckled. “Misturi, Rengoku asked me to allow you to hold the baby first.”

“Really? I can hold her?” Misturi asked.

“Of course! Out of everyone, you were the most excited,” Y/N said. “Plus, you were so helpful. So please, sit down.”

Misturi squealed again before she sat down. She was vibrating with joy. You chuckled as you handed your baby over to the Love Hashria. Misturi looked down at Ruka with so much love; it was a precious scene. Ruka had woken up and was staring at Misturi.

“Hello, Baby Ruka! I’m your Auntie Misturi! Guess what? I already love you! I love you so much!”

Y/N sat down next to Mistrui. She was tired, but she could feel her energy returning. She had been in the Butterfly Mansion for days and could now be around her friends again. She loved her husband, and Shinobu had been great, but she had been dying to show the baby to everyone. Misturi had been waiting for days to see Ruka; Rengoku said he felt terrible that she couldn’t be in the room for the birth. You felt bad, too but Shinobu had insisted it be only her and your husband.

Misturi didn’t seem to hold a grudge. She was cooing at Ruka, already in love. A string of white slithered over to the two of you. Kaburamaru, Obanai’s snake, went up Misturi’s arm and placed himself on Ruka’s stomach. Obanai ran over his face red.

“Come back here,” He said to the snake.

The snake shook its head. You didn’t even know snakes could do that. The snake was looking at Ruka, who was staring at him. You swore the snake smiled.

“Kaburamaru, come here,” Obanai demanded.

“Oh, even Kaburamaru loves the baby!” Misturi cooed.

“I’m sorry,” Obanai said. “Kaburamaru, come here right now!”

“Hang on,” Y/N said. “Obanai, sit down.”

Obanai looked at Misturi, his face turning red. He obeyed, though.

“Misturi, let Obanai hold Ruka.”

“Wait, I---”

Misturi handed the baby over, and Obanai froze. He was staring at her with confusion and fear. He held her away from him, fear in his eyes. Was this his first time holding a baby?

“What--what do I do?” He asked.

“Here, hold her like this,” Misturi said.

She moved his arm, so Ruka’s head was in the crook of his arm. Obanai’s face was redder than a cherry. Once Ruka was in his arms, Obanai looked at her. His face returned to normal as he stared at her.

“Okay, I’ll admit it. She’s pretty cute,” Obanai said. “You can’t stay with her, though, Kaburamaru.”

Rengoku was watching from afar. He wore the biggest smile on his face. His love for Y/N continued to grow; watching her as a mother was inspiring. Already, she was filled with so much love for their baby. He was happy to see that Ruka was calm as she was given to others. He knew Mistrui would have died had she not gotten to hold Ruka first. He felt honored that his friends already loved his daughter.

“I thought the baby was in Y/N’s stomach,”

Rengoku was used to Muichiro popping up randomly. Rengoku laughed at his comment.

“Not anymore! She’s here, fully realized!”

“Why is the baby so small?”

“They’re little humans; they’re supposed to be small,” Rengoku said. “But she’ll grow! Grow into a wonderful human being.”

“Ah, there is the man of the hour!”

Tengen patted Rengoku on the back and brought him in for a hug.

“Congratulations are in order!” He said. “You’re officially a father now.”

“I, too, would like to offer my congratulations,” Gyoemi said. “Having a baby is no small feat. I cannot think of two finer people for parents.”

Rengoku felt his heart swell. Marrying Y/N hadn’t been scary but starting a family was terrifying. It wasn’t that he didn’t have faith in Y/N being a mother; he didn’t have faith in himself. Would he mess up? Babies were so small and fragile. Rengoku had numerous nightmares where he dropped his poor baby. What would happen if he dropped her? The scarier thought was, what if he ended up like his father? As much as he loved the former Flame Hashira, Rengoku didn’t want to turn into him.

“Hey, what’s with that look?” Tengen nudged Rengoku. “No sour faces here. That’s unflashy.”

“Sorry, just distracted I guess,” Rengoku admitted. “I was thinking---”

“Unflashy thoughts,” Tengen poked his friend’s sides. “I don’t want any negativity tonight. Let me guess; you’re scared you won’t be a good father?”

“Preposterous! Rengoku, you are by far one of the best men I have ever met,” Gyoemi said. “Your fathering skills will be unparalleled.”

“You were nervous when you got married, too,” Tengen said. “You came to me one night, asking if there was a book on how to be a good husband.”

“Oh, I had forgotten about that,” Rengoku chuckled.

“You worry too much,” Tengen said. “You’ve got this.”

“There you are Kyo,” Y/N said, Ruka in her arms. “I’ve been looking for you. Oh, Tengen, this is perfect! Kyo, we can finally ask him.”

“Ask me what?” Tengen said.

“Well,” Rengoku took Ruka from Y/N. “Tengen, you’re my closet friend. You’ve been there for me and continue to do so. So I was hoping that you’d do the honors of being my daughter’s godfather.”

“And your wives,” Y/N said. “We want them to be her godmothers.”

Tengen was quiet as he looked between the couple and then down at Ruka. He took her Ruka and held her up, laughing loudly.

“Of course, I’ll be her godfather! No one is flashier than me; I’m perfect for the job!” Tengen said. “Girls, girls, we’re going to be godparents!”

Rengoku chuckled and put his arm around his wife. His fears had vanished; he had nothing to worry about. He watched as Tengen’s wives crowded around him, giving Ruka more than enough attention.

“I told you they’d all love her,” Y/N said. “You were worried about nothing.”

“I guess I was,” Rengoku wrapped an arm around his wife. “My fears were misplaced.”

“They always are,” Y/N said, leaning against her husband. “Sweetie, you’re a wonderful husband and will be a great father. I just know it.”

“Thank you, my love,” Rengoku kissed her cheek.

“So, where do babies come from?” Muichiro asked suddenly.

“Oh, Muichiro!” Y/N hadn’t realized the young boy was still standing by her husband.

“I think I hear the Master calling us; we must go!” Rengoku said, grabbing Y/N’s hand and walking off.

So if you don't mind, I'd like a demon slayer matchup with the haishiras. I'm pansexual and my pronouns are she/her.

I'll be describing myself heh. I'm around 5'4. I have brownish black hair that reaches just below my lower back. I have brown eyes and caramel peachish skin. I have a dark/light academia and indie sense of style. I have two scars on my hand and I have quite a bit of arm and leg hair. My friends say I have a bit of an hour glass figure but I don't see it. Oh and I have a dimple on the right side of my face, just below my lip.

I'm shy around new people but once you get to know me, I'm more relaxed and more jokey. I'd like to say I'm somewhat intelligent. I try to help everyone and I show kindness to everyone.I'm witty and sarcastic from what people tell me. If anyone disrespects me or anyone I care about, I will clap back. I get very protective at times but honestly I'm chill. I'm very competitive and I always try my best and never give up.
