Guys, people, everyone. Listen.

I know you're mad that Sapnap was put into MCC after deciding to stream on Kick, BUT to blame both Scott Smajor and The Nox Crew for sapnap's PERSON DECISION is not right and/or fair.

MCC is a minecraft event meant for not JUST for the viewer but also the content creators themselves. To say horrible, rude and overall negative things about some because of choice they made to include someone in a MINECRAFT EVENT is truly beyond me.

I'm not saying what Sapnap is doing is justifiable or "right" or even "wrong" BUT what I am saying is that what Sapnap does with his personal career should not effect anyone else and thier decisions in certain things. Because at the end of the day, it's only going to be Sapnap's issue.

Scott may have gotten annoyed and tweeted some harsher things to try and justify his point of view, BUT I don't think he was in the wrong to defend a decision that he'd made, not based on the action of another.

He's just one man, doing a job that requires him to manage up to 40 people plus anyone who is benched and/or didn't get in, and to have such a wonderful event only to be called slurs, negative stereotypes and words that are beyond me, truly was horrific.

REMEMBER that these are people, with actually lives, that make mistakes. And please also do remember that what someone does with thier personal life should not have a knock-off affect on someone else just because you don't agree with it.

Please be respectful.

Another thing ive decided for my AU/headcanon

Not only are Noxcrew a group of watchers, so are the Hivemind

Scott and Doc both work with watchers to get stuff done

Hivemind and Noxcrew are very similar in that they both dont care about messing with players, however Hivemind is even more powerful

Unlike Noxcrew, they really dont interact with players at all, Doc being one of the few exceptions

Hivemind and Evo have no connections

Hermitcraft falls under Hivemind’s jurisdiction, Grian doesnt know this

Hivemind knows of Grians past and simply dont care in the slightest

You know what I think the best part vour MCC Rising is? All the teams rooting for each other, be it in game or before the event or on socials. Every team wants to win, but they also all seem to want all the other teams to win!

Some of these people might never talk to each other again or find new friends to play with, but for these three hours they are all in the same boat and they are making the BEST of it. Noxcrew choose such great teams imo, eventhough I'm only following one POV because I just can't handle more.

I think that in MCC fics, Noxcrew should be dubiously ethical, but not in a hunger games way, but in a trickster deities way

they did it. they made my most hated mini-game, the one i have the least amount of fun watching, objectively worse in all ways but managed to make it something i would actually want to watch. congrats, noxcrew.

listen i know this is mostly tw*tter drama but im not active there + im annoying + everyone should listen to me. so about ace race.

when you are running a competition, you need to decide what is the fairest solution for the competition as a whole. i get that its a little demoralizing to have your good score be thrown out. but think about it for five seconds. a QUARTER of the contestants got kicked in the middle of the race. even if dr**m got the exact same time on both runs, its possible for him to drop places simply because the people in front of him got kicked. one or two people having issues is vastly different from a quarter of the entire competition having their scored essentially thrown out.

so now the issue is how to fix it. so. you cant really just leave it. ten people (again, a quarter of the competition) 's runs got fucked up. in those conditions, anyone's win is illegitimate. (not that dream is known to care about the integrity of his wins. but). the most common suggestion i see is to let people take their lower time. this is, honestly, completely bullshit as well. this is essentially giving anyone unaffected two chances at completing ace race, while anyone who got kicked has only the second chance. this is why noxcrew only had one choice, the flat reset. nobody has an unfair advantage this way. AND NOBODY HAS AN UNFAIR DISADVANTAGE. this is the fairest solution by far. its mind boggling to me to see people attempting to claim that this is unfair to the winners of the first round because like. their wins were illegitimate?? who is to say that they even WOULD have won if nobody got kicked?? noxcrew has a tough choice but they chose fairly and were sportsmanly about it. hating on them AND ESPECIALLY SCOTT SMAJOR, WHO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE DECISIONS, is unbecoming, childish, and toxic. cut it out.

Much love to Scott and the Noxcrew team, they honestly don't deserve this much shit on em. They did what they thought was needed to be done, and at the end of the day, it's all fun and games, so stop crying because your favorite streamer didn't end up doing well in Ace Race.
