I’m breaking my No Tumblr For Lent rule because I really have to share -

I’m 65 pages into Mansfield Park and I can’t stand Edmund. He’s objectively a Good Person (which I can already tell is going to be a rarity in this narrative), but god is he insufferable.

The Crawfords are flakes, but at least they’re entertaining flakes so far.

Austen is always scathingly snarky but this is the first time I think she comes off a bit self-righteous??

Ardin’s Lore

Born in the majestic city of Zolin’Tarah. Ardin’s family worked in the mines. They managed to profit off it. Digging out rare and expensive gems and crystals. Selling it to the people who want to buy it. Ardin’s father worked as a miner too to honour his father legacy as the greatest miner ever.

When, Ardin was born, His family's social and financial status was great, it changed for the better once Ardin was born.

His father; Archie was the happiest father ever as his wife, Miranda. They loved Ardin and took care of him. They saw him as their world, They took care of him, They taught him and raised him well.

But, Good things never last, The majestic and Great city of Zolin’Tara was attacked by the Giants — Known for their cruelty and unmercifulness. They breached open the heavy and magnificent walls of the city. Breaking it as if it were nothing.

Then, They killed the people and stocked their bodies for food. The once majestic city bathed in blood and the corpses of its people, Little people managed to escape and among them is Ardin.

His parents, Shielded him and sacrificed themselves so their precious son could escape and live.

After Ardin and a few people who escaped. They sought refuge in the nearest city. Its name is Mika’Asla, There, He vowed he would kill all the Giants, In his heart; There is such unweightable hatred for the Giants.

He met the infamous Giants Slayer, Maghda Saliem, He was inspired by Maghda to kill the giants and wipe them from the face of Virginia.

Once, He was collecting herbs for dinner, Some giants found Ardin and they charged at him, intending to kill him.

Ardin ran away. He managed to run as fast as possible but the Giants were relentless, They intended to kill him. He passed the safest rope bridge, The people named it ‘The Safest Route’

He looked over his shoulder; The giants were still behind him. Desperately, He flicked his finger. One of the ropes that holds onto the wooden blank. Loosened itself, Making the Giants fall and meet their demise.

People saw this. They were astonished and shocked. The bridge never fell and it was a good thing it fell because if it weren’t the Giants would enter the city and kill the people. Then, The people knew that Ardin manipulate luck and fortune.

They named him ‘II Dio Di Fortuna’ which means the entity of luck in Virginian language. In another incident, The Giants also tried to attack Ardin and nearly entering the city, Ardin used his luck magic to move the icy texture of a big ancient mountain, causing an avalanche and drowning in the Giants under the frigid and merciless ice; killing them in the process.

The people of Mika’Asla, Started to see him as a god and they started to worship him and venerate him. Initially, He refused to be seen and treated as a divine being. He was humble and kind. He helped people by doing many things, Mainly, Healing the people, and Finding their lost items and possessions. Saving them from disasters, using his magic to make the lands fruitful and rich, so that they can cultivate it, He is protecting the city from Giants and other threats. And many, many, incidents that the people started to see him as a god.

Years later, He killed many many Giants and other deadly creatures to protect people and his beloved city, Pride, Arrogance and Vanity started to creep into his heart, slowly polluting his mind and affecting his kindness.

He started to become arrogant, prideful. Seeing himself above all people and creatures. Despite all this; The people still love him and worship him.

Finally, He was humbled by Aliyaa, She managed to beat him. She didn’t rely on her magic and gifts unlike him, She relied on herself and her skills.

He apologised for being an arrogant and prideful person, He saw the error of his ways.

He vowed to do better and change. To find redemption; he decided to let go of the past by apologising to people, Declaring that he is not a god or a divine being. He is but a man who was bestowed upon such powers.

The people understood Ardin, They accepted his apology and forgave him. They even thanked him for having the courage to apologise.

Then, Ardin left Mika’Asla city, He decided to join Aliyaa and the others, so that he could find the redemption he seeks.

In Earth-World or simply Earth, He works a physics Teacher in a school. The same one Eevie works as a an English Teacher.

Her primary objective in our story is to unravel the mysteries of her past, a pursuit fueled by her determination and the hope of finally finding inner peace amid the chaos of her existence. --------------------------------------------- I wanted to a colored version of her so you all could see what she looks like and get an idea of what I see when I draw her. I am new to color so be gentle haha. This is an original character (oc course) for a (Revali x OC) webcomic I have been working on. I post on my Deviantart page and Chapters 1,2 & 3 are already out.

I know what it's like to make efforts to stay in touch with my culture and respect my ancestors and that which came before me. At times you feel lost, half yourself, torn, and otherwise unsure of who you are. People guess, and try to make assumptions about you before they want to know and the world can be unkind. I use to be bullied when I was younger because of my family standing out in the community I grew up in but no matter what I tried to stay the course and only in recent years I have found a sense of harmony in all of it.

I created Anya not just a character in a fandom I love; But I want her to be an example and a reminder that, regardless of our origins, we all possess the power to shine brightly. That we can be propelled by the legacy of our ancestors. I myself am a mixed kid (O'odham and Mexican) and hope that it resonates as I write more on how she moves forward to uncover her past and embrace her unique heritage, It can serve as a testament to the resilience and strength that lie within us all.

Yanduke Character Bios

Lucien is the titular Duke and the main love interest in my visual novel "Isekai'd into the arms of a Yandere Duke", a vn idea I had for the yanjam2023!

The game is very much a wip, and I want to get my idea out first before I decide to completely polish it up. Although I have to admit, the story keeps growing and growing when I intended to keep it short as my first game... oh well haha.

Laplace will be introduced in the full day 1 demo that I plan to update... probably sometime in June? Mainly because the otome jam will be running during then, and I felt like it would be nice to upload the extended demo for it since it coincidentally looks like a reincarnation/isekai theme! Anyways, you'll only see this little shit(affectionate) in day 1 if you pick a particular set of choices. And IF I'm able to code it just right, you can only do it once so be careful!

You'll bump into this scrawny fella in the demo, he's a bit of a mess but he tries his best! Has a twin sister but you'll only meet her later on, only characters to be met in the demo have their bios made yet.

On that note, I'll also mention there will be at least 3 other main characters planned for now: The original heroine Rosalind who has a bone to pick with Lucien and the player, The Crown Prince Melchior, who is part of the original otome game's roster of love interests and will be poking head in Lucien's business pertaining certain "disappearances", and Martha, Stuart's twin(yes I did that) who will be the player's personal maid in the Duke's mansion.

There may be more characters to come, I'm really just going with the flow right now.

Characters from my new novels! I'm still working on the story, but I wanted to start sharing info about them!

Addis-

The only turned vampire who has managed to reach the rank of a High Vampire. He prides himself on gaining power and not being under the thumb of another. Addis has a lot of ideas about how bad Dephus is and he is working on his own plan to make change.

Metokos-

Addis's father and sire. Metokos coerced Addis's mother into having him, but she was unfortunately killed by Addis's stepfather before Addis turned 18. Metokos has his own goals and desires for his son, and is very fustrated that Addis defies him at every turn.

Faye-

Faye is a human in Dephus, and its a fact he can never forget. He was sold to a vampire by his alcoholic father, but his buyer died shortly after bringing him to Dephus. It was then he was scooped up by Adrian, and tricked into a blood contract by the high vampire.

Adrian-

A high vampire who specializes in blood escorts. He tricks humans and turned into blood contracts, convincing him that he'll make them his servants and thralls. However, instead he just takes control of their souls, forcing them to do his bidding.

Hi! I wanna talk about my OCs that I didn’t show how they look like but they are in my Story When a rose turns black/WARTB. I made them all by picrew but I will draw them.

The first OC is Sire Aham the aspect of protection and wisdom, He is the leader of the aspects and he always protects them people and the dimensions along with other friends of his. His abilities: Light magic, Sword of Light. He is Immortal too.

Aesthetics: Light academia, Sun, sunrise, gold aesthetics. Medieval stuff.

Next OC is

Second OC is Sire Kilam the aspect of Twilight, Magic and wonder. His abilties are associated with sparkles and twilight, his favourite things watching the twilight view and drinking tea. He is the third aspect of twilight, the first one is unnamed and the second one is Saliena, I mentioned her on chapter 13 “true south”.

Aesthetics: Sparkles, Mountains, northern lights, Sparkles and Twilight (His aspect lol)

The third OC is Donovan the master of all evil, I was inspired by Maleficent, he has green magic, and he turned into a huge horned beast but not a dragon. I call it Antaris. They are huge-horned beasts that roamed Virginia in the past but they are near extinction now.

Aesthetic/powers: Slytherin, Green aesthetic, Greenfire and gothic male wardrobe. Dark magic, soul magic.

These OCs play huge roles in wartb!
