one thing i do to stop binging is to make a small plate with different foods, i always do ine savoury, one sweet and some fruit as it satisfies me mentally, this whole plate is 300cals and that is better than a 10000 binge

I was supposed to go to the lake with my bf this summer, and that was a huge motivation for me to get skinny so I'd look good in a tiny swim suit for him
But he told me he isn't gonna make it past this month, because he's gonna end it, and now it's a constant reminder of the plans we made that will never come true :(
I had already started looking for something cute. I'm glad I didn't buy anything. But I had already dreamed and imagined the perfect summer together.
I made so many plans with him that were motivating me to lose more and now he won't be there for any of it </3
I'm not ready to live without him </3

im always like … hm if i buy more weed i can smoke when im hungry instead of eating …. and then i buy weed and smoke and binge all the food in my house
need to have the strength to smoke and ride it out as a way to ignore my hunger not make it easier to eat 🙄
