I've been trying to make my own recently, but I've been trying to make them on google slides and that's not really ideal lol

I personally use Pixlr! They have the exact template I use, the 3x3 one. It's called Pixlr Design now

I've never tried it before, and flags that are just even stripes are definitely easier to edit than any sort of design, but I have done designs like the sapphic and achillian flags before, so I'll definitely give it a try! Is this the flag you mean, and does anyone happen to have a file of it where there's no variation in the colors so it'd be possible to just use a bucket tool? That is how I make these
