✰ — DESPITE BEING A SILENT FILMS ACTOR, gray really enjoys talking to you. small chats often happen between you two, you ask him how his day was and he asks you the same, or you meaningless gossip together about the other brawlers.

✰ — BUT WHEN YOU’RE FINALLY SPENDING SOME TIME TOGETHER, both free from work, laying on the couch or bed of your house, you lose yourselves in deep conversations. you start talking about your interests, and gray just listen and watches you admiringly, holding your hand in his and stroking it with his thumb, while the other hand is holding you close. gray loves you so much it’s crazy.

✰ — YOU’RE NOT THE ONLY ONE who talks a lot, gray takes part in the conversations talking about his work, maybe telling you about a new film he’s been working on, or how it makes him feel being an actor. he talks about his interests too! you make sure you don’t miss a single word coming from his lips, that you’re soon going to kiss.

✰ — AFTER A WHILE, SILENCE TAKES THE LEAD and it’s just you, gray and the background sounds of starr city. you two love spending the evening in each other’s arms, after a day full of work and bothers it’s your only desire to go home and see each other. sometimes when you want to hang out, you go to barley’s bar for a drink or two, but nothing compares to the sweet hours at home.

✰ — “GRAY…” YOU CALLED AFTER finishing your drink. “what is it, love?” he replied smiling lovingly at you, taking a sip from his colorful drink. it was one of the nights you decided to hang out at barley’s, you were having fun but all you wanted to do in that moment was sleeping into gray’s hold while a random movie playing on the tv was keeping you company. “can we go home? i miss you.” you smiled sheepishly when he let out a few laughs at your words. “i’m right here, y/n.” he took another sip and spoke “but if you really miss me that much, we can go home.”
