you know what? i think i will make will solace headcanons based off myself.

he loves the sun but he hates when it gets too hot because ew sweat so his favourite days are sunny with a light breeze

he’s a cat AND a dog person, switching depending on his mood

he’s vegetarian but kind of accidentally, he just slowly stopped eating different meats until he finally gave up his last meat (chicken) and became a herbivore

he gets snappy when he doesn’t sleep much, so basically he’s permanently on the verge of a breakdown

he’s a hypocrite because he’s always trying to get nico to be healthy yet proceeds to go eat only snacky, comfort foods that he can just grab randomly

he loves helping people but he doesn’t love people

he hyper focuses on things then proceeds to try own everything he can related to that subject

he would try and adopt his favourite character’s personality but he’s given up because he’s so unchangeably him that he fails every-time

he hates winter so much because he cannot handle the cold, but he loves winter sweaters (paired with his comfort shorts ofc)

he has comfort shorts (he cried when his first pair ripped from overuse and had to immediately buy an identical pair).

he’s trans masc but low-key loves styling long hair, just doesn’t like having long hair himself, so he often messes with nico’s (who rocks those mini half up-half down pigtails). This is the only one not based off myself lmfao

i’ve decided i’ll post my doodles of the cocoa puffs actually and what i think their names should be instead of emotions. Anger and Fear are just ideas i had but the rest are from the insert. each of them were renamed but one of Nicos friends (Lou Ellen was a random choice honestly, but i remember them having interactions) i know i missed a few characters so maybe ill doodle a couple others for them to have named!

Kinda depressing that Percy's whole story is about how he never got to be a normal kid because all the adults in his life except his mom and Beckendorf treated him badly and that it's an injustice to him so he was characterized as openly angry,sad and resentful over it in actions,narration AND dialogue while also going out of his way to provide a friend,eldest sibling and even parental to an extent role to younger people who don't have any in their lives and it's always been framed as THAT making him a true hero

Only for almost the whole fandom to headcanon he actually has crushes on said adults purely because they're men,writing him joining them as another corrupted authority figure fueled by self-fufillment(a god/titan/whathaveyou)and neuter all his autism symptoms and feminine traits and aspec vibes to turn him into a regular guy and super sexualize their dynamics while only awknowleging his gncness in that context,especially because while like us he's an adult now he's still a children's media protagonist who's meant to be a role model......

Random friend things: pjo/hoo edition

Friends who match:

Reyna and Jason — they don't plan it, it just happens. It's a subconscious thing. They usually wear the same uniform all the time, so maybe they just subconsciously match when they wear civvies too. Reyna hates it and Jason loves it.

Percy and Leo — also do not plan it (most of the time). When they get older, they get similar haircuts, wear similar suits at formal events and even wear similar tshirts. It gets so bad that Piper claims that they are each other's style icons. Percy denies this and Leo claims that Percy stole his look.

Percy and Clarisse — once in a while, they wear the exact same outfit and they both hate hate hate it.

Piper and Leo — this is mostly at the wilderness school and if they end living together as adults. They just have such similar energies when they're around each other, of course they match all the time. Neither of them mind. Piper thinks it's cool that she's Leo's style icon. Leo thinks it's kind of hilarious.

Hazel and Frank — it's not intentional, it just happens sometimes. It's weird for the both of them.

Reyna and Nico — it is very much intentional. They shop at the same stores for that specific shirt or jersey, then they wear it whenever they see each other. Nico was against it at first, but warmed up to it pretty quickly. Reyna thinks its sweet that Nico wants to dress like her.

Percy and Grover — complete mistake, but it's their own faults honestly. They both have the habit of sharing clothes whenever they sleep over, so now it's like they have a shared wardrobe of similar clothes. Percy thinks it's weird at first, but warmed up to the idea after a while. Grover thinks it neat that he and Percy have similar tastes.

Bianca and Nico — when they were younger, their mother would dress them in the same/similar clothes. When they got older, the habit stuck until a little after Bianca turned twelve and Nico entered his goth/emo phase. It picks up again a little after that, but it's so subtle only the two of them (plus Reyna and Hazel) notice it. They both hate it so much, like can you develop your own style i will kill you dead why do you wanna be me so badly–

Annabeth and Frank— not at all intentional, they just have the most basic wardrobes.
