Hi - yes I am still alive! I have submitted and defended my thesis WOHOO which was inconveniently in the middle of the season 3 release. I will be finishing/updating i won't leave, it's a need soon and then watching the second half of the season that I still haven't seen because life. rewatched tmfu last night (again) and was reminded what a huge DORK Illya actually is. Like when he got Gaby the ring and he shakes his fists and makes faces? His face when Gaby falls 'asleep' on him after their wrestling match? When Rudi tells him he's a miracle and he grins and preens? This is a giant dork and we should not forget that.

The original idea for alkaloid is kinda the idea of.... Kabrus party a secondary group of adventurers led by Hiiro and people he met to go pick up Rinne and take him home. But I had kinda zero'd into the Canary influence and liked the idea of Mayoi being this tracker Canary who terrfied people and then you talk to her and shes like. screaming and crying. Aira was originally going to be a half-foot bard and he still could be! A lot of this stuff is up in the air and unsure. Tatsumi was Kaname's school friend either way and is pretty well known around the island. Himeru goes out of his way to avoid him and I think Tatsumi maybe isnt fully aware of what went down in there. I think he probably got teleported out sans a leg or something and when seeing what he assumes is "Kaname" he feels too guilty to speak up for him until the Canaries roll around again looking for him.

It is also a cute idea for Aira to just be a guy though. Maybe he writes a column for the paper about the dungeon and the adventurers. I feel bad because I probably dont have huge ideas for people!! So really I just want it to be fun.

btw in the continuing saga of me picking Correct earth 11 names for the batfam: bruce should be bernice, actually. her goofy Society nickname could be bernie, birdie, or nicie ♡

Beginner artists are so endearing. They are either really shy about posting their art or they are really proud and I just love encouraging both. We all started out at one point and I would love to be supporting person for them.

I know a few people that have encouraged me on deviantart back when I just started out and I'm still chatting with most of them. They were also a huge source of inspiration for me and I probably wouldn't be like I am today without them.

One reason why I rarely dislike my art is because I know that if my old self came across my recent art, I would be a huge inspiration for myself. And I don't mean it in a narcissistic way, it's just because my art progressed a lot from back then. If I hadn't received encouragement from other artists back then, then who knows if I would still be drawing

Definitely experienced more blatant directed homophobia today than I probably ever have before so that's fun

War 3 Tage alleine in ner Ferienwohnung irgendwo in der Pampa, hab geschlafen wie ein Stein und war jeden Tag voller Energie.

Eine Nacht wieder zuhause, kaum geschlafen, immer wieder aufgewacht, fühle mich wie ne zertrene Capri Sonne,alles tut weh und ich hab ne super stressige Woche vor mir.

Wundervoll.
