ObiMaul for the headcanon meme!
1. Sleeping habits
Obi-Wan sleeps in whenever possible.  Given how little proper sleep he gets, he takes legitimately any chance he can to.  Maul’s almost always awake before he is, but also pretty much never out of bed when first awake, usually because Obi-Wan will keep him there for as long as possible.  It’s awfully hard to extricate oneself from a mildly clingy Jedi.  (And Maul isn’t in any hurry to change that, shh.)
2. Family headcanon
For Obi-Wan, largely the Order.  Anakin, absolutely.  Ahsoka, over time.  Maul is his other-half.  Bail and Breha become family.  He becomes something of an unwitting-- uncle, supplier, cheerleader? For the Blackbirds. XD  Maul-- absent the Anakin thing, he actually does learn how to bond, in his own selective and awkward way, so pretty much all the same people.
3. Theme song (i.e. if they were at an awards show, or coming up to bat in a baseball game, what song would play for their entrance?)
Hozier - Better Love
4. Food headcanon (likes, dislikes, cooking ability or not)
Obi-Wan’s limited to toast and tea-making.  It’s not that he’s incapable entirely, it’s that he just isn’t interested in it.  So despite the indignity of being barred from every kitchen he encounters, except in making tea or toast, he still has little incentive to learn it.  Maul, on the other hand, does eventually learn how to cook.  He’s not chef level or anything, but he is at least competent at it.  Unsurprisingly, it’s Bail and Bre who teach him.
5. Morning person or night owl?
Maul spent his entire upper teens pretty much living a nightlife, not because he’s inclined, but because his appearance is so noteworthy that any interaction with people required shadows.  Not that he got much of that.  As such, as an adult, he actually much prefers daylight.  He has brilliant night vision, he can navigate the dark fine, but he likes sunlight.  He likes the colors of day, too.  Obi-Wan’s more daylight, but he’s pretty much cool with whatever.
6. Reading headcanon?
Obi-Wan likes to read, but almost never gets the chance.  Maul likes to read only when there’s a concrete purpose to it, usually learning something.
7. Love language
Obi-Wan’s the romantic sap.  Maul talks with his hands, once he gets used to doing it.  Obi-Wan’s the one who does the ‘darling’ thing, and Maul is the one who rubs temples and pets hair.  They both bring the tea.
8. Interesting or unusual habit
Obi-Wan: Buying his lover various skin-care products because Maul liked the scent of something, knowing they’ll likely never be used but wanting him to have them.Maul: Regifting the various skin-care products to people because he’s socially untrained and thus doesn’t think twice about handing people he likes boxes of skin-care products as presents. XD  Somewhere buried in my blog, there are snippets about this.  LOL!
9. Random headcanon / asker’s choice / surprise me!
Obi-Wan: As a teenager and into young adulthood, his Force signature reads as very fiery to Maul (re: Taking Flight); in Witness me, as an adult, it’s much more like a river, not totally dissimilar from Qui-Gon, but not a placid one.  Maul, on the other hand, consistently reads as very fiery, all bright hot colors, reds and oranges and yellows and some violets -- at least, when he’s not in some critical state of burned out, depressed or otherwise.  (Sidious, on the other hand, always felt very cold.)
