Did you know magnesium is one of the most important minerals our bodies need? It supports over 300 functions in the body and sadly, many of us are deficient in this vital nutrient! One of the signs in my own personal life that lead me towards magnesium was difficulty sleeping—I struggled and my kids were having issues. Most people flock to melatonin as the answer, which is why I included information about melatonin I think every parent needs to read!
Other signs include frequent migraines, low energy, restless legs (something else I use to suffer from!) chronic stress, and so much more! I provided a list for you as well.
Earthley’s goodnight lotion can also be used for kids’ growing bodies! If your kids have ever complained about their legs hurting, it’s probably a growth spurt, and the goodnight lotion can be applied on their legs to help ease the pain and discomfort!
I personally use this and also my kids every night! I make it fun by asking if they want it on their bellies or legs.
