he finds it so endearing that you will snooze pretty much anytime any place

it's calls it your royal suite
honestly, he loves having you there
he'll be frustrated by something he's working on and then look over and see you napping so peacefully and for a few seconds he forgets that he was ever bothered by something.

rip to a legend
the pandemic destroyed many things but none so magical as casper's (yes the mattress store) nyc-based warehouse full of mattresses called The Dreamery. there was no reason for this place to exist. you could book yourself a 45-minute nap in the most aesthetically designed sleep pods that probably were pulled from The Twilight Zone but manufactured by the sleepiest intern alive. look at this place
they gave you silk pajamas. they gave you a toiletry kit and ushered you to a bathroom where you could wash your face, brush your teeth, and use their bougie sample skincare products.
you could walk into this place right off a busy street. like magic or a fever dream.
was it unnecessary? yes. was it absolutely luxurious for $25? yes. gone too soon, king. rest in peace
