SOOOO... I really wasnt that into Valorant as a whole until you started posting about it and Cypher's voice actor, Nabil Elouahabi, is ALSO Merchant Kalé from Elden Ring, who is my all time fav. Now Cypher is my bae and i love him

I booted up elden ring when i bought it and as soon as kalé talked I was like "CYPHER?!?!?!!"

Nabil is amazing, I love his performance for those two (and its a shame a bunch of kalé's lines got cut from the game) and he was really fun in the valorant va q&a too {:- )

Trying to pin down what I think Cazhim’s voice sounds like is tough. Right now Netflix Castlevania’s Issac (Adetokumboh M'Cormack) is my first choice since he and Caz share some similarities in mindset early on but he sounds perhaps a bit too mature? But maybe it’s because Cazhim makes jokes frequently while Issac is deadly serious. Cazhim’s personality is heavily influenced by KoTOR 2’s Bao Dur (Roger Guenveur Smith) but while Bao has the personality and the strange speech pattern he is the wrong voice type to use for Cazhim. Just won’t fit. Valorant’s Cypher (Nabil Elouahabi) is kinda on point but a bit too high pitched and a smidge too much energy….but they’re all so close!

#was thinking about this #but deadass what if I ask this man to say poggers #hajdkfkkssk its not even that FUNNY but i can’t get it out of my DUMB HEAD #also its pretty wild seeing his other work #because theres literally one scene where it sounds like Cypher is calling the CIA a terroist orginzation #and thats just wild
