A high school girls’ basketball game in Yonkers was canceled this week when players on the home team shot antisemitic slurs at their Jewish opponents, who needed security guards to escort them off the court to safety.

The girl’s varsity teams from The Leffell School, a private Jewish school in Hartsdale, and Roosevelt High School, a public school in Yonkers, faced off in the non-league game Thursday evening.

“I support Hamas, you f–king Jew,” a Roosevelt player snarled at a Leffell opponent, according to The New York City Public Schools Alliance, a group of parents and teachers fighting antisemitism.

From the outset, there was hostility and aggression with “substantially more jabs and comments thrown at the players on our team than what I have experienced in the past,” senior player Robin Bosworth wrote in an op-ed for Leffell’s student-run newspaper, The Lion’s Roar.

At the end of the third quarter, her teammates were getting injured by the rough plays, and “players on the opposing team started shouting ‘Free Palestine’ and other antisemitic slurs and curses at us,” wrote Bosworth, also editor-in-chief of the school paper.

“I have played a sport every athletic season throughout my high school career, and I have never experienced this kind of hatred directed at one of my teams before,” Bosworth said.

“Instead of responding to hatred with more of the same, we chose to separate ourselves from the situation and leave with dignity and pride in who we are and what we believe in,” she continued.

Lion’s head coach John Tessitore consulted with his squad and decided to end the game, according to Michael Kay, Leffell’s head of school.

“Our team was playing on the road, and during the course of the game, a small number of players on the opposing team directed hurtful, antisemitic comments toward members of our team,” Kay wrote in a letter to the school community.

About an hour into the game, a timeout was called, livestream footage shows, though no audio is heard. The Leffell players and Tessitore appear exasperated and he consults with the referees and the other team’s coach.

The Roosevelt players are seen gathering and appear to exchange words from afar with the Leffell players. Security steps in between both teams and the refs make an announcement before both teams suddenly exchange handshakes and security escorts them off the court.

Roosevelt High School agreed to a voluntary forfeit, according to a spokesman for the Yonkers district.

Students at the $ 45,000-a-year private day school were shocked by the on-court hate.

“This is my school and it’s just unacceptable and some of the things they said to my teammates are very disgusting,” one student wrote on the NYCPS Alliance post.

Kay said that Roosevelt’s athletic director Kyle Calabro has since apologized and said “the follow-up would be swift and appropriate.”

On Friday, Roosevelt principal Edward DeChent also apologized to Kay and described the “investigative steps” that had been taken and “outlined a number of disciplinary consequences and educational responses” including the possibility of an in-person meeting between both teams.

“I am incredibly proud of the manner in which our players and coaching staff responded to this potentially harrowing incident,” Kay said.

A spokesman for the Yonkers Public Schools district downplayed the shocking behavior.

“It has come to our attention that a student-athlete made a statement involving ‘free Palestine,'” the district said. “This incident was promptly addressed in line with our district’s policies and values.” ___________________-

This is gonna be a real long one sorry, but I just gotta get this off my chest.

So I heard from the Opener that our New Hire apparently wasn't employed w/ us anymore. Opener heard it from our Team Lead but it wasn't explained to her why. I found this out because there was only 3 people working in our area today with New Hire scheduled to close. I was the Mid person and couldn't stay late. So I called for our ETL (executive team leader) since it was our TL's day off and I needed to find out who could come in to close. Imagine my surprise when our ETL said that New Hire was still scheduled and hadn't heard anything about her not working here anymore. She promised to call New Hire and make sure she'd be in.

Fast forward about 2 hours and I found out something pretty unsettling. Apparently New Hire had just finalized her availability, most notably, she can't work Sundays because she has church in the morning and school Monday morning, so she can't work the Sunday night shift either. Our TL apparently didn't like that very much and fired her over TEXT MSG. Or she tried to anyway. It's against company policy (and i'm pretty sure she doesn't have the authority to fire/hire people anyway) to terminate someone w/o an in-person meeting, the exception being if they just stop showing up for work for awhile and can't be reached. New Hire told me she was so shocked and kinda hurt getting that message since she's only been with us for about a week and actually liked working here so far. And it's not as if New Hire wasn't doing a good job. She's actually progressed really fast with training, is a hard worker, and she gets along well with everyone she's met so far. What's really weird is that because she exclusively works nights she hasn't even properly met our TL yet, since our TL exclusively works mornings and isn't a part of the hiring process at all.

And this isn't the first time our TL has turned someone away just because they can't work the weekend. We were supposed to get another new hire very recently but she couldn't work weekends (she had open availability for all week days though), so our TL said she didn't want/need her and she was hired on for a different position in the store. Like I get we need staff for the weekend but we're also short staffed during the week?? Idk what her logic is???

Thankfully New Hire told our ETL what happened when ETL called her and the situation was straightened out. New Hire is thankfully still employed. And we're pretty sure our TL is in Big Trouble (she's also an idiot for doing this over text cuz New Hire had proof to show Management and HR what she did). Not just for attempting to terminate an employee for *checks notes* not being able to work Sundays. But because she doesn't have the power to do that AND the reason New Hire can't work Sundays is partially due to her religion and attending church which could/would be considered discrimination.

I guess what I'm worried about is if nothing ends up being done about her behavior after all... because I can't work Fridays or Saturdays due to family obligations. I don't want her trying to come for me next because I really need this job, and I would also really prefer not being trapped in a hostile work environment with a power hungry supervisor (NOT AGAIN PLS)

When New Prairie opens back up families are to use door N18 to enter NPHS. New Prairie swimmers are always welcome to attend their corresponding group's practice at Riley.

USA Swimming Membership

We still have a few of our Group 3 athletes that have registered but will or already have turned 18.  To be eligible to practice/compete with the club once they turn 18 swimmers need to complete the USA Swimming Athlete Protection Training.

Here is a link to the document with instructions on how to register with USA-S.  A few of our members have had trouble adding their swimmers once they created their own account.  If you have trouble after creating a parent account, try using this link. If your swimmer qualifies for the Outreach Membership (free/reduced lunch at their school) click on this link.  Remember, if you use this link you will need to provide documentation to me that your athlete qualifies.

Birth Certificates

If your athlete has never competed in a meet for SBSC (or another USA Swimming club) you will need to send me a copy of their birth certificate.  The preferred way is to electronically send a pdf.  If that is not possible, please email a pic.

Team Apparel

The local swim shop in town is Milinko’s Scuba & Swim.  This is a great place to find a good practice suit or pick up a spare pair of goggles.  

We are also partnered with A3 Performance.  You can purchase a logoed team suit directly from this site. Here is the link to the A3 Team Store. When your swimmer is old enough to purchase a tech suit (13 and over) this company is who I recommend purchasing from.

USA Swimming Guidelines - MAAPP/Safe Sport

USA Swimming issued a directive with regards to electronic communication and social media contact between coaches and athletes.  Most of what is being implemented is common sense and falls in line with our club's policies.  One new requirement we will need to adhere to is how your minor child communicates with all coaches.  For several years we have asked swimmers in Group 2 and Group 3 to text/email their coach if they would be missing practice.  Moving forward, swimmers will be instructed to include a parent on all communication with me or any of our coaches.


If you are the parent of a Group 2 or Group 3 swimmer, and have never sent me a text before, please text me so I have your contact info in my phone.  This way if I need to contact your swimmer about missing practice I can be sure to include you.  My cell phone number is 574-276-6057.

Swimmers wanting to compete will need to commit to those meets.  The deadlines are based on deadlines that were set in previous years. They may change once the meet hosts posts the meet information. When committing to multiple day meets, if the option to select the days you want is not available, leave a message in the notes section stating the specific days you would like to attend.

In a leaked email from an anonymous source, it was revealed that the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District has already ended the Walt Disney World Annual Pass program for their employees with no prior notice.

Our source detailed that this change affects retired firefighters and their families as well as current staff.

Due to what CFTOD claims is a “low usage” percentage of the Walt Disney World Annual Pass benefit, a new annual stipend has been proposed instead. If approved, district employees will instead receive a one-time annual stipend of $1,000 starting October 1, 2023. This stipend can be used on whatever the employees wish, and not just on Annual Passes to Walt Disney World.

“Congratulations to John Welfel, Fleet Services Manager. John is retiring after 22 years of service with the district. Thank you, John, for your commitment to our community.  

We had great turnout at this month’s Coffee and Conversations. I like to say that my favorite part of my job is getting to know each and every one of you and hear your stories about how you make our district special. Thank you to everyone who showed up. I hope that if we have not met yet, we get the opportunity at the next Coffee and Conversations. A special thank you to Fleet Maintenance for hosting a lively discussion. This was my second Coffee and Conversations event I’ve held since assuming this role. For those who couldn’t make it, here’s a rundown of some questions we discussed:

I work in the Fire Department and require access to the theme parks. I recently tried to use my badge and it didn’t work. Has access been revoked for District emergency personnel? 

Staff that require access to the parks will continue to have appropriate access to complete their normal job duties. If for some reason you are having difficulties, please contact Tanya Naylor at [email protected] or 407-506-8669 to verify your permissions. Director Naylor will ensure your ID is working.

How can District leadership increase communication with employees? 

Communicating with our team members is one of my top priorities, but here are three ways we are focusing on right now:

The first is through regular events, such as Coffee and Conversations. Employees are encouraged to bring their questions to these monthly sessions. It is a joy for me to meet you all face to face and I always look forward to this event.

The second is through our open door policy. Every district employee has the ability to access the 4th floor of the Administration Building from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I welcome each of you. Please come say hi and share what’s on your mind. If I’m not available when you stop in, please connect with Rocky Haag, my Executive Assistant, at his desk, via email at [email protected], or over the phone at 407-934-7480, to make an appointment so we can make the time to talk. 

The third is for me to come to you. I’ve heard time and time again, people want to see the District Administrator. That means you’ll see more of me around the district in the coming days. I want to see firsthand how you accomplish the great things you do. Experiencing this myself will help me work with our leadership to get the resources you need. Are Annual Passes Being Eliminated from Employee Benefits? 

The District is ending the Annual Pass perks program. However, as District Administrator, I have sought out alternatives for current employees to maximize and retain their benefits in ways that are constructive. In the proposed FY 2024 budget, I have incorporated funding for a new stipend program that allows for individualized flexibility rather than underserving employees with a one-size-fits-all approach. The budget is subject to the Board of Supervisors’ approval.

Based on an internal analysis, over the last five years, approximately 50% of employees never utilized this benefit at all. Given the low usage, a stipend is more beneficial to our team members.

Under the proposed program, employees are not obligated to buy Annual Passes with their stipends. These stipends can be used for whatever purposes team members see fit from theme park passes, to car repairs, to savings.

If the board approves, at the start of the new fiscal year, October 1, 2023, district employees will receive a one-time annual stipend at a net rate of approximately $1,000.

A formal letter will be sent to current Annual Passholders by the end of the week offering additional details related to these changes.

Are my other CFTOD employee benefits changing?  

At this time, it is not expected that any other benefits will change, including employee contributions for medical insurance or any other ancillary benefits. It is also not expected that any other benefits will be modified or eliminated during the upcoming fiscal year. 

What is the status of finding a new Fire Chief for the District?

As we quickly approach Chief Richard LePere’s retirement, we are evaluating national firms to help us establish our search for his replacement. We are undertaking that process now and hope to make additional announcements in the near future. 

We wish Chief LePere a well-deserved congratulations on his retirement! Chief LePere has honorably served the District for over 24 years. With heartfelt gratitude, we wish him all the best during his next chapter of life.

Earlier today, we reported that the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District had issued a press release stating that they had submitted a referral to the Florida Inspector General in the hopes of eliminating the Walt Disney World Annual Pass benefit for district employees.

In the release, the board repeatedly referred to these benefits as “handouts” and a “scheme” by Disney in order to get more money. The board received a bill for $492,382.96 from Disney for “Q1 FY22 Tickets,” which prompted this sudden move. However, with this new email leak, it appears that the move has already been made.

Most theme parks, both in and outside of Florida, provide their employees with free entry to the parks and discounts. Employees of the former Reedy Creek Improvement District, though not Walt Disney World Cast Members, received similar benefits for themselves and their families.

stupid internship timeline

March: 700 people apply, 270 accept, people on the discord are saying it's a scam cuz too many people joined the internship (they get removed). I'm excited to learn stuff/looking forward to meeting my team

April: We get teams, I become a team lead. My team is all there at first, but more than half of them disappear/are not very active except looking at my posts. We get certified for a program. We spend all the time doing gap analyses but people don't really do any work except me and 1 guy. I feel like all I'm doing is relaying information. Everyone is confused. I ask questions and get empty responses or long winded responses

May: We spend the entire month still doing gap analyses. I get another team fused with mine but a bunch of them drop. Then we get merged with 2 other teams. More people continue dropping. We are shamed by our CEO. They want us to install software that basically tracks everything we do onto personal computers. Also someone accidentally signs up for another service w the company email and then they get removed from the internship. internship almost ends there. They start dropping everyone w/o personal devices. I get my old fart laptop to do it but never use it, just install software. i start sending spam emails to that address lol. i also find out that she tried to be a model in nyc and went by a different name before changing it to a more generic name. also i start dicking around at friday meetings cuz they're mandatory and idc (by that i mean i enter in other tabs w dumbass names or play video games during them). I am getting bad vibes from this internship and do think it is a scam based on red flags i've noticed overtime including the CEO starting off every meeting by ranting about people dropping and also talking about how she's doing this out of the goodness of her heart or whatever and bleeding money to support us (also i think her company has only existed for 1 year and she has no employees and has done this internship once before but it was 2 years ago and smaller). the other red flags i have are the person who leads the internship being into crypto and nfts and me not knowing wtf the company does

June: our CEO posts a job on linkedin but the job is literally just a paid 12-40 week course that costs more than a semester at my university and it will only result in a job if you are at the top of the class. i report the job and then the company. the job gets taken down bcuz it violates linkedin policy (bcuz u shouldn't pay for something that is potentially a job) but the company stays up. our team lead vanishes, we get our next assignment but our mod is an anus and basically tells our team leads to host meetings every day for 30 minutes so they can talk w everyone (that's dumb). i ask a question and am met w a response that's like "you can do more work LOL hashtag girlboss". we have our end of the week all people meeting. i flip out and am removed from the internship and the discord and blocked by the CEO. everyone was basically sucking her dick during the meeting and making fun of me for saying ppl have told me this internship is a scam. one person legit mentioned that she had a blue check on twitter and like...you pay for blue checkmarks on twitter??? but they laughed at me for pointing that out (or don't believe me). also her account on linkedin was suspended despite her having connections and shit. she has yet to get her account back (or it's hidden for the time being). either way idc. fuck her and fuck unpaid internships

anyways, that's it. i hope if i do get another internship, it's either paid or results in an actual job and is not from a company that has no employees

Political notes: Pittman, Anne Arundel Dems confident even though they’re trailing, and more

Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman (D) is currently trailing his challenger, County Councilmember Jessica Haire (R), by almost 11,000 votes.

But Pittman on Wednesday was expressing confidence that when all the ballots are counted — especially the 45,000 or more mail-in ballots, which will begin to be tabulated on Thursday — he’ll win.

“The math suggests that I will be re-elected to a second term,” Pittman wrote in a memo to members of his cabinet Wednesday morning.

The math goes something like this: Of the 45,638 uncounted mail-in ballots, 27,367 were cast by Democrats and 9,830 were cast by Republicans, with the rest coming from unaffiliated voters or members of third parties. Additional ballots postmarked by Election Day or put in drop boxes on Election Day will add to the total of uncounted mail-in ballots. And approximately 6,000 provisional ballots have been cast in Anne Arundel.

“I look forward to communicating with each of you in the coming days about the opportunities before us,” Pittman wrote to his cabinet. “You are the best team in the state of Maryland, and I am forever indebted to all of you for the outstanding work that you do as we aspire to make Anne Arundel County The Best Place — For All.”

Doug Mayer, a Haire campaign adviser, suggested that Pittman may be taking the composition of the mail-in votes for granted, and said the early results are damning enough.

“There is no amount of spin that is going to change the reality that is marked on the ballots,” Mayer said. Of the final outcome, he said, “We’ll know soon.”

The sheer volume of mail-in ballots to be counted in Anne Arundel could also impact half a dozen down-ballot races where Republicans are currently ahead but Democrats believe they have a solid chance of winning. These races are:

The open seat House race in District 12B, where Republican Ashley Arias leads Democrat Gary Simmons by seven votes.

The House race in District 33C, where Del. Heather Bagnall (D) is trailing conservative activist Kerry Gillespie (R) by about 1,100 votes.

The 2nd County Council district, where businessman Noel Smith (R) was leading County Councilmember Allison Pickard (D) by 275 votes.

The 6th County Council district, where former Annapolis Mayor Mike Pantelides (R) is leading Councilmember Lisa Rodvien (D) by 756 votes.

If Democrats win those two council races, they will retain their 4-3 council majority.

After canvassing of the mail-in ballots begins Thursday, the count will continue next Tuesday, Thursday and Friday next week, and a canvass of the provisional ballots begins next Wednesday.

Meet the new boss

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott (D) announced this week that he has hired Chezia Cager as his new chief of staff. Cager will assume the position right after Thanksgiving, replacing Michael Huber, who recently became director of state government affairs for Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Medicine.

“Chezia brings an impressive wealth of government experience, first-hand knowledge of Baltimore, and a comprehensive understanding of how to develop and maintain beneficial partnerships with federal, state, and local governments for more than fifteen years,” Scott said in a statement.

Cager held senior roles in both the Obama and Biden administrations, covering domestic policy, national operations and external engagements.

Cager also worked for former Mayor Sheila Dixon, among other engagements.

“As a Baltimore native, I’m proud that my public service career began right here at home,” she said. “I’m excited to support Mayor Scott’s vision and continue to serve our citizens and City of Baltimore.”

Talkin’ ‘bout their generation

We were alerted to two interesting and nearly identical tweets that went out within an hour of each other on election night.

The first, issued at 9:15 p.m., read, “My name is Joe Vogel. I’m a 25-year-old immigrant, and I just won my race to become the first GenZ legislator in Maryland. “The generational challenges we face call for a new generation of leadership. I’m ready to fight for the future of my community, my state, and my country.”

About an hour later, another tweet went out.

“My name is Jeffrie Long. I’m a 25-year-old black man, and I just won my race to become the first GenZ legislator in Maryland. We need leadership that is representative of every generation. I’m ready to fight for the future of my community, my state, and my country.”

Oh, to be 25 again. For the record, Vogel will represent Montgomery County’s District 17. Long will represent District 27B, which takes in parts of Prince George’s and Calvert counties.

Seeking suggestions

Comptroller-elect Brooke Lierman (D) is soliciting ideas from Marylanders about how her office should operate come January.

“As Brooke prepares to take office … it is important the transition team hears feedback about your ideas to help us tackle the challenges facing our state,” explains a solicitation form on Lierman’s website, which was revamped early Wednesday. “…These can be big, transformational ideas all the way to the little details that just make government work better.”

Lierman, who has represented a Baltimore City legislative district in the House of Delegates since 2015, was elected Tuesday with 57% of the votes tallied so far. When sworn in, she will be the first woman in state history to hold the post.

On the campaign trail, Lierman has pledged to use the comptroller’s office to guide more equitable and climate-conscious statewide policies.

N.B. opposition leader calls controversial appointment a “slap in the face” to Francophones

Criticism swirled across New Brunswick on Friday after Premier Blaine Higgs’ decision to appoint Kris Austin to a committee reviewing the Official Languages Act.

Austin, the former leader of the People’s Alliance Party, has been critical of bilingualism policies – a stance the Francophone community is calling a “slap in the face.”

Susan Holt, the leader of the N.B. Liberal Party, chalked the move up to “another middle finger to the Francophone population” of the province.

Green Party Leader David Coon shares Holt’s concerns.

“[Higgs has] made it very clear that he doesn’t support the rights that are entrenched in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms for Francophones and Acadians in New Brunswick,” Coon said. “So he should have no business discussing a response to the recommendations of the commissioner on the review of the Official Languages Act.”

The Société de l'Acadie du Nouveau-Brunswick condemns the decision to include Austin on the committee. The group met with Higgs on Wednesday.

"We have tried to build some bridges with this government and each time we have tried the only sign we have is a slap in the face and this is a slap in the face for the Acadian-Francophone community,” said president Alexandre Cédric Doucet.

The committee has ten representatives --- only two of which are Francophone. Still, the premier is defending his decision.

"It's important for me, for us, to collectively get it right,” Higgs said. “So that we all feel that we're being fair to each other, but we're raising the bar and ensuring that both cultures work together, and that the Francophone culture is protected so we don't lose ground in that area, and we've focused on that, in immigration, as I've said before, and we're focusing on that here in the language response.”

Higgs said the committee represents a range of views on the issue and has had two meetings so far.

In a statement, Austin noted that he always has and will continue to “support the rights of Anglophones and Francophones to receive service in their language of choice in our officially bilingual province.”

“I am participating in the committee to offer my ideas on how we can accomplish this in a fair and equitable manner that reflects the linguistic makeup of New Brunswick. Bringing various opinions and ideas to the table supports a healthy conversation. At the end of the day, it’s a team approach and I am there to provide my thoughts.”

IMF: Gov’t is facing credibility deficit – John Kwakye

The Director of Research at the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) Dr John Kwakye has said that the government is currently going through some credibility deficits. This, he said, is due to the sharp U-Turn to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for support at a time the government had told all Ghanaians that it would not head to the Fund. The government announced on Friday July 1 that it was heading to the Fund for support. Accordingly, the IMF team, led by Carlo Sdralevich arrived into the country on July 6, to meet government officials. The team concluded its visit on Wednesday July 13. They met with Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, and Governor Ernest Addison of the Bank of Ghana. They also met with the Parliament’s Finance Committee, civil society organizations, and development partners, including UNICEF and the World Bank to engage on social spending. At the conclusion of the mission, Mr. Sdralevich issued the following statement said “Ghana is facing a challenging economic and social situation amid an increasingly difficult global environment. The fiscal and debt situation has severely worsened following the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, investors’ concerns have triggered credit rating downgrades, capital outflows, loss of external market access, and rising domestic borrowing costs. “In addition, the global economic shock caused by the war in Ukraine is hitting Ghana at a time when the country is still recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic shock and with limited room for maneuver. These adverse developments have contributed to slowing economic growth, accumulation of unpaid bills, a large exchange rate depreciation, and a surge in inflation. “The IMF team held initial discussions on a comprehensive reform package to restore macroeconomic stability and anchor debt sustainability. The team made progress in assessing the economic situation and identifying policy priorities in the near term. The discussions focused on improving fiscal balances in a sustainable way while protecting the vulnerable and poor; ensuring credibility of the monetary policy and exchange rate regimes; preserving financial sector stability; and designing reforms to enhance growth, create jobs, and strengthen governance. “IMF staff will continue to monitor the economic and social situation closely and engage in the coming weeks with the authorities on the formulation of their Enhanced Domestic Program that could be supported by an IMF arrangement and with broad stakeholders’ consultation “We reaffirm our commitment to support Ghana at this difficult time, consistent with the IMF’s policies. “Staff express their gratitude to the authorities, civil society, and development partners for their constructive engagement and support during the mission.” On Thursday July 14, the Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia who is also Head of the Economic Management Team, in a public address at the launch of the Accra Business School IT programme in Accra, attributed the decision to go to the IMF to impact of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and also the Covid-19. “Some commentators and analysts have argued that the Covid 19 expenditure by the government alone could not be the reason for the increase in the fiscal deficits and the debt stock. In fact, they are right, Covid 19 expenditures alone were not the reasons for the large increase in Ghana’s debt stock by the end of 2021. “In fact, as I stated in my April 7 lecture, this year, in addition to Covid-19, there are two major items of expenditure that are critical in understanding the evolution of the fiscal deficits and the debt stock. These two items are the banking sector cleanup and the Energy Sector excess capacity payment. “The excess capacity payment of 17bn cedis relates to the legacy of take-or-pay contract that saddled our economy with annual excess capacity charges of closed to 1bilion US dollars a year. These were basically contracted to supply energy to Ghana in excess of our requirements at the time. We were obligated to pay for the power whether we used it or not. “The excess capacity payment of this 17billion includes the 7 billion cedi payment for gas resulting from signing of an off-take agreement for a fixed quantity of gas with ENI, Sankofa on take-or-pay basis which was way in excess of what we needed at the time.” He added “Following the Russia-Ukraine war, energy and food prices skyrocketed globally. In many advanced economies, inflation reached 30 and 40 year high. Inflation in Ghana has increased 29.8 per cent in June 2022, things were disrupted and shipping cost increased by over 1000 per cent, economic growth slowed down,” he said during the launch of the Accra Business School IT programme in Accra on Thursday. “Ladies and gentlemen, we are talking now about about a different government, Ghana that is being rapidly transformed. The underlying systems are being dramatically changed through digitalization and other policies that will transform the structure of the economy which will enhance fiscal discipline and structural reforms to restore debts sustainability and growth. “We should emerge stronger than we have from the previous seventeen IMF programme but it will take hard work and difficult decisions.” Reacting to his address, while speaking on the Hot Edition with Eric Mawuena Egbeta on 3FM Thursday July 14, Dr John Kwakye said “I can grant some of them, the impact of Covid 19, the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war. Of course, the NPP came to meet a channeling economic situation when they took over in January 2017, there were a lot of arrears, the energy sector arrears, arrears to contractors and then of course they implemented the financial sector bailouts which also brought additional cost to the budget . “But we were in an IMF programme and then we exited from the programme, so one would have thought that when we exited at least we were in a pretty comfortable position, that is why we exited. So I am not comfortable that we have to go back five and a half years and bring things that happened so many years ago to the present.” Dr Kwakye added “I think the IMF, after their preliminary discussions with the government issued a statement and then they made it very clear, I think they were even quite generous to the authority, so I will go by the reason that IMF gave for the situation that we are in. I am comfortable with the IMF statement but of course, when politicians speak, they like to do some kind of equalization and all that. “There is a credibility deficit here because the government, they knew all these problems but not long ago, all their officials were telling us that going to the IMF was no option, the president has said it, the Vice president has said it, the Minister of Finance has said it, his deputy has said it. So, if they knew all these problems why were they telling us that going to the IMF was not an option and suddenly they do an about turn and try to rationalize it in terms of all these previous and so on.” Read the full article

I don’t talk a lot about how much I miss CR, because I mean, it’ll come back when it comes back, right? We know they’re doing a third campaign and most of the time I’m really good at being patient. But today. Man. Today, I miss being able to lose myself in 4 hours of new content once a week.

a/n: helloooo! this is my entry for @pellucid-constellations​ ‘s writing challenge! I’ve never participated in one of these and this has sat in my drafts for a while so I hope this lives up to everything I hope for. Thanks for reading!

The quinjet was silent. Silence that could be only cut by the sharpest knife. Sitting back in the seat, you smile sadly at the red head beside you. Natasha smiles sadly as she pushes the gauze further into your side. You wince, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry”. You shake your head and send her another sad smile. 

“We land in ten minutes” Steve says from the front of the jet. “Friday?” the AI speaks seconds later. “Yes captain rogers?” He adjusts his eyes from you and Natasha back out to the clouds. “Page Dr.Cho we are going to need her at the landing bay” the AI confirms and the jet falls silent again. 

You let out a heavy sigh as you replace Natasha’s hand with a sad smile. “I’m okay” you whisper as she shrugs, hands still applying to your hip. “You may be a god, but you can still be hurt” she shakes her head with a soft tisk, the way a mother would scold a child. 

“Prepare for landing” Steve speaks again and soon the compound is in sight. 

You let your eyes fall closed as you lean your head back, following another heavy sigh.

“C’mon now” Natasha helps you up as the jet lands, the smiling face of Helen meeting you. “Now Mrs.Rogers” Natasha's eyes fell to her quickly with a shake of her head. Helen’s smile falls as you shake your head. 

“Back to Odinson now Helen” you smile gripping Natasha’s shoulder tightly. “Let's get you to the med bay” Helen is now to your left as they guide you inside the compound and up to the medical wing. 

You lean into Natasha’s body as you stand on the elevator. Not missing the soft whispers of the two beside you. “When did they get divorced?” Helen whispers as Natasha shrugs. “I think it was almost four months ago?” you shake your head. “Six” you mumble.

 “Please, not many know, half the team doesn’t” you wince at the bright fluorescence of the med bay. “My lips are sealed” Helen smiles at you as she leads you to a bed, helping you down slowly. “What did we do (y/n)” you roll your eyes as you fall back into the bed, wincing. “I did my job” you wince as her hands move the bandage. 

“We’ll get to work but” she looks down at you as your head lulls to the side to meet her eye. “You are gonna have to sit out a mission or two” you groan then. “Why?!” you look up to meet her eye again. “Policy now” she shakes her head as she pulls the latex gloves on. 

It felt like hours being in the med bay. Shuffling down the quiet hall you welcome the silence. After the hours of the soft hum of the fluorescent lights you were so thankful for quiet. “You okay?” you sigh at the voice, looking up to meet the blue eyes you absolutely adored. “I’m fine” you grit your teeth, shuffling past him to your door, hand on the wall to steady yourself. “You know our divorce isn’t final” you roll your eyes. “It is in my book” he sighs, hands on his hip as he moves closer to you, hand falling to your back out of instinct.

 “You know I love you, I-” you shake your head, standing straighter. “We’re divorced” you look at him, looking over his face. “You may love me, but it didn’t feel that way for a long time” you open the door then. “I am not having this fight right now” shuffling into your room, stopping to speak over your shoulder. “Goodnight Rogers” you shut the door with your foot then, making your way to the bed. Falling into the mountain of blankets. 

A heavy sigh falls from your lips, staring up at the ceiling as you try tracing shapes along the tiles. Nothing seemed to tire your mind. Your thoughts running miles a minute.

Pushing the covers back, you pull the closest pair of shorts on and shuffle out the door. Opening the fridge, looking over the shelves. Nothing even seemed appetizing to you at this hour. “So, how long has that been a thing?” you jump, looking past the fridge doors to meet Bucky’s eye. You sigh, shutting the door. “You didn’t know?” he shakes his head, making his way into the kitchen to meet you at the counter. “I thought Steve would have told you” you look over at him with a sad smile. He shrugs, looking over at you. “I wish he did, I had no idea he was suffering his divorce alone” you shrug, nodding. 

“He is a hard headed man, as are all men” he furrows his brows, looking at you. Chuckling softly, holding your side, you smile. “No harm now Buck” you rub his shoulder, moving past him. “Do you need help?” he asks as you stop, holding onto the wall. “Nothing you can do,” you shrug then, making your way back to your room. You smile sadly at the photo staring back at you as you shut the door. Just beside the door. 

The day you and Steve got married. 

Sighing heavily, you take the photo off the wall, tossing it onto the couch. Climbing back into bed you let the softness of the sheets pull you in. 

Squinting at the brightness of the sun from the curtains left open, groaning and rolling over, wincing. Pulling the sheets back, you noticed the blood on the sheets, sighing as you stood slowly and made your way to the door. You hated to admit defeat. Making your way through the halls of the compound you stop at the sound of voices, all you recognized well. “What happened Rogers?!” Thor’s voice booms, Steve standing strong with hands on his hips.

“It was a simple recon mission. I don't know what happened, I don’t like it any better than you do” Thor chuckles, shaking his head. “I don’t believe that for a second '' Steve rolls his eyes at the god. “Thor, I love her, She’s my wife” Thor stops him then. “She was your wife Steve, Was' ' Steve stands straighter then, almost sizing up the god in front of him. 

“She is my wife until the papers are final and they are not” you make yourself known then. “Boys” Both heads turn to you as you hold your side. “This is immature” you look between the two of them, Thor makes his way to you. “C’mon I’m taking you to the med bay” you shake your head, holding your hand to his chest. 

“Steve” his blue eyes fall to you, “Stop telling people I’m still your wife, the papers are almost final '' his shoulders fall. 

“(y/n)” you shake your head, following with a tight grip on your brother. “You didn’t want to talk then, don’t talk now” you look up at thor, who nods at the look in your eye, helping you away from the conversation. “What happened?” he whispers in the elevator. “It was a simple mission, I needed to help everyone” you look over at him, he shakes his head. “It was a girl, Thor” he sighs, nodding slowly. “I know” he pulls you into his side, head falling to the top of yours. “Helen” Thor speaks as the door opens, the woman sat at her desk. “Oh-Thor” she smiles at him, eyes falling to you with a gasp.

 “I opened the wound, just need a re-stitch” you smile at her as she sighs, helping you to a bed slowly. “You have to be careful on these” you look up at her with a grin, “I’m a god helen”. She shakes her head with a small grin. “I know that, doesn’t mean you heal as quickly from something like this” your head falls back into the pillow, sighing. 

“I understand that” she sets her tools down, pulling her gloves off. “Please be careful” you nod slowly, sending her a smile.

“Have you two talked recently?” Natasha asks, picking up the photo off the couch in your room, smiling sadly at the photo of you and steve. “No” you sit down, patting beside you. “You need to talk it out,” you nod slowly. “He took everything worse when it happened, I don’t want to think how he would now” she nods, looking at you. 

“He loves you so much, don’t you know that?” you look over at her. “If he loved me so much he would’ve never presented me with divorce papers, amongst other things going on.” you pick at the skin around your nails, pulling the skin. “Listen, I know” she moves closer, stopping you  from picking at the skin. “Maybe it is time you two have a discussion” you shake your head, smiling at her sadly. “My days of getting through that thick skull is long gone” you smile at her as she chuckles with a nod.

 “He does have a thick skull” you chuckle and smile, nodding. “You know I support you no matter what, always” nodding, she places a kiss on the top of your head. “Get better soon, there is no way I’m going to the gala without you” you laugh, nodding. “Yes ma’am” you salute her as she shuts the door with a roll of her eyes.

“It’s a simple mission” Tony says, looking over everyone in the room, eyes stopping at you. “(y/n), were you cleared by helen?” he asks as you scoff. “I’ve been cleared a month now, stark” he nods, hands up in defense. “Simple mission, in and out ladies and gents” you roll your eyes, nodding. Making your way to the jet you're stopped by a hand on your arm. 

Turning to meet Steve’s eyes. “What is it?” you ask, he looks you up and down, looking back over your face. “Are you sure you were cleared for this?” you scoff, crossing your arms. 

“Steve, I was cleared a month ago, I got hurt a month ago” he nods, hand on his hip. “You also were found unconscious with a lot of blood loss, God or not you are still vulnerable” you nod, looking up at him. “I understand your concern, I am fine” making your way to the quinjet, you ignore the feeling of his eyes on you. “Is it another hydra base?” you ask, looking up from the map, looking at Bucky. 

He nods, looking at you. “It’s full of people being tested on, trying to continue what they failed with me” you sigh, nodding and sending him a small smile. “You gonna be okay?” he nods, sending you a shy smile, “Are you?” you furrow your brows, standing to your full height. “I will be fine, always am” you smile. “Landing in 5!” Tony yells.

You look over at Thor, who sends you the same smirk as you open the hatch to the quinjet. “Meet you down there!” you yell, sending a wave to them as you jump out into the sky. Steve shakes his head, watching as the back of the quinjet closes. “That’s your wife” Tony says and Steve chuckles softly. 

“She was my wife” Tony turns in his chair, looking at the captain. “Wait- was?” Steve nods. “We’re in the process of our divorce, out of all the people how did you not know?” Tony scoffs as he stands. “First, ouch. Second, I had no idea, no wonder she gets defensive '' Steve nods slowly. 

“Let’s get this recon started” Steve makes his way to the parachutes, strapping one on. 

“Does anyone have eyes on (y/n)?!” Steve yells over the coms, you roll your eyes. “I’m fine, rogers” you mumble, walking through the halls of the abandoned hydra base. “C’mon we’ve got eyes on some agents, get out of there” putting your back to the wall, you sigh. “Where are they?” you whisper, he sighs. “Don’t be a hero, everyone is out” you roll your eyes again. “Let me make sure” hands on his hips he looks around at everyone’s eyes on him. “South corridor, looks like just agents” you nod moving through the halls. Holding your hand out you let the gold of a spear into your hand. You fall back at the sound of voices.

 Peaking around the corner you follow the voices. You notice the voice of a small girl. “They have a girl” you whisper, moving in on the hydra agents. “Do not go in this alone” Thor’s voice speaks over the comms. “Heading west” you whisper, following as you get close enough to grab the girl. Pulling her in behind you, crouching down to look her over with a smile. “Hi, I’m here to help, okay?” she nods slowly, sending you a soft smile. “Follow me close okay?” you look around, noticing the agents looking suspicious.

 “I’m sending the girl out,” Steve sighs, watching as the door opens. As you send the girl out to him, a bullet hits your shoulder, you scream out in pain. “(y/n)!” He runs down the jet, meeting the girl who had tears in her eyes.

“Nat!” he yells over his shoulder, looking back as the redhead meets the girl to lead her to the jet, Bucky meeting the young girl with a soft smile. You slide down the wall, holding your shoulder, sighing. “(y/n)!” you look up at the sound of Steve’s voice. 

As much as you wanted to be angry, you wanted to be mad at him. You were happy to see him. “Steve” you whisper. “Hey” his hands cup your cheeks as you smile up at him. 

“I’m okay, just get me out of here” you hold your hand out to him. “C’mon” he puts his arms under your legs, carrying you bridal style out of the doors, rushing to the jet. “The girl?” he nods, making his way up the quinjet as he nods in Bucky’s direction. The girl makes herself comfortable on the brooding man's lap as he smiles in her direction.

“Friday,make sure to alert Helen so she is ready for us when we land” The AI speaks up as he sets you down on a chair. “Yes Captain” you smile sadly at that, looking at the girl in Bucky’s lap. “She likes him” you whisper, Steve sits down beside you, holding the gauze to your shoulder.

 “You don’t always have to act like you’re so tough, you know?” your head falls back, a sigh falling from your lips. 

“If I don’t, I can’t say how tolerable I’d be” you mumble, feeling the ease of the jet through the clouds, silent but the small giggles of the little girl.

 “Can I take over?” Natasha motions to your shoulder, smiling sadly at Steve. He nods, looking down at you, your eyes fall closed, “I’m still here don’t worry”. He chuckles, leaning down to kiss your temple gently as his coarse hands are replaced with softer, smaller ones. “You scared us, you know?” she whispers, your head falling to her shoulder as you shrug. “I had a feeling it wasn’t everyone” she nods, head resting on yours. “Did you tell him?” you shake your head again, eyes falling closed.

“Didn’t seem to be the right time, nothing seemed right” she sighs, pulling you in closer as the quinjet falls quiet. “Scuse me?” Steve looks down at the voice, smiling at the blonde girl at his feet. Crouching down to meet her height he smiles, “Hi”. She waves, looking at him. “Are you- Steeb?” he chuckles, nodding. “Will you help me find my mommy?” he nods, picking her up to perch her on his hip. “Of course I will,” he smiles, his eyes falling to you and Natasha.

“I’m gonna start saying no from now on” Helen says as she meets to help you off the quinjet. “I’ll just defy orders, you know that” you grin, walking beside her. She shakes her head, walking you into the elevator. “A month ago you had a gash on your side, now a bullet in your shoulder” you shake your head. “I got the bullet out” you grin, sending her a smile, “just need a patch up” .

She sighs, nodding as she pushes the button to the med bay. “I need to go to the gala tonight okay?” you look up at Helen, smiling. “If you are safe, yes I will allow it” you nod. “Are you okay? You are a lot quieter than normal” you chuckle softly, nodding slowly. “I am just lost in thought” she smiles, threading the needle and stitches as she looks at you. “Want to talk about it?” you wince as she begins to stitch the wound. “I never told Steve” she stops, looking at you. “You never told him?” you shake your head as she continues. 

“He wanted to go back, I-I felt wrong saying so” she nods. “I think you should tell him” you nod slowly. “I know, I will tell him as soon as I can” she pulls the latex gloves off as she smiles. “I know how badly he hurt you, as much as I don’t want to take his side, I think you should tell him” you nod, smiling at her. “You are the best Helen” she chuckles, walking out of the room, stopping at the door. “You know it,” you laugh.

“There she is” you look up at the sound of Thor’s voice. “Hi” he moves to sit beside you, smiling. “I think we should talk,” you nod slowly. “I know we should” he puts an arm around your shoulders, pulling you into him gently. “Should I forgive him?” you whisper, head falling to his shoulder as he shrugs. “I mean, I think that is something only you can decide” you nod, looking up at him. “I never told you” you sit up, he nods. 

“I figured it out, you don’t have to tell me” you look at him furrowing your brows. “I know he’s the one you should tell, then you can tell me the details” you nod slowly, smiling at him. “You are the best brother, has anyone told you that?” he chuckles, smiling. “Eh, no but I do enjoy hearing it” you slap his arm, standing up. “Are you staying for the gala or going home?” he smiles. “I’ll stay” you smile, walking out of the room and to the elevator on his side. 

Making it to your floor, you send him a smile over your shoulder, stopping at the door, you push into the room. Making your way to the bed, you stop at the dress laying on your bed. “Find me when you can, Steve” you smile sadly. Unzipping the bag, you gasp. The same dress that held so many memories for the two of you. 

The dress he told you he loved you, the dress he first kissed you in. Wiping the tear on your cheek, you sniffle. How did he find this? You hid it away, to hide the pain and the memories. Sniffling, making it to the closet you pull out the box hidden in the back. Opening the box, you smile sadly at the photos and notes and memories staring back at you. You pick up the pile of sticky notes, smiling as you shuffle through them. “I love you <3, S” you smile at that, sniffling as the tears begin to flow freely. “Will you be mine forever? Check yes or no” you laugh at the one, remembering the day he gave it to you.

“Have you seen Steve?” you smile at Bucky, who looks up from the book in his hands. “You are awfully chipper” you roll your eyes. “C’mon old man, have you seen the fossil or not?” he chuckles, setting his book aside. “If anything, I’m the fossil but no, I think his office is what I’d suggest” you smile and nod. “Thank you, fossil” you smirk walking to the elevator as he laughs. Making it to Steve’s office, you smile, pushing the door open, you huff. “Where is he?” you mumble, shaking your head you make your way down the hall to your own office. Pulling your phone from your pocket, you make it into the office, stopping at your desk as you smile. Picking up the sticky note, “will you be mine forever? Check yes or no” you chuckle. “So?” you turn around, gasping. Steve down on one knee, holding the small but delicate ring in his fingers. You chuckle, tears falling down your cheeks. “Steve,” he smiles, shrugging. “I need a yes or no” he smiles as you nod. “Of course I will” dropping to your knees, pulling him into your body as you hug him tightly. He smiles, his own tears falling as he slides the ring on your finger. 

Wiping your cheeks, you set the note back in the box, shutting the lid. You look back at the dress, smiling at the memories. Making it to the bathroom, turning the shower on, you make your way in to wash the memories of the mission off your body. Standing under the water, you sniffle. Facing the truth that you knew deep down, you still loved the soldier. He made mistakes, ones you had to live with and move past but you still loved him, he was a man of many things, he saved you many times from yourself and others. 

You never knew love like his. Making it to the bedroom, drying your hair with the towel, you smile at the dress. 

Pulling it from the dress bag, you slip it on, feeling the memories it held. 

Making your way down the steps, you felt eyes on you, not the pair of eyes you wanted. “Bucky” you make your way to the soldier, his eyes turning to you. “Steve?” you ask softly, he smiles, standing up straighter. You smile sadly at him, adjusting his tie gently.

“You think you’d know how to tie a tie barnes” he rolls his eyes, swatting your hand away as he points to the balcony. “He’s out there” you smile, giving his arm a squeeze and making your way out to the summer air. “Party is inside you know” you smile at him. He turns to face you, Steve feels his chest tighten.  He hadn’t seen you smile at him in months, let alone in the dress that meant so much to you. “How did you find this?” you make your way beside him, messing with the fabric. 

“I have my ways” you chuckle softly with a nod. “You wanted me to find you? Are you dying?” you look up at him as he chuckles with a shake to his head. “No, I uh- I think we should talk” you nod, smiling. “I agree” he looks at you furrowing his brows. “I should start by saying I’m sorry” you nod slowly, looking up to meet his eyes. “Why did you even consider leaving?” you ask he sighs, shoving his hands in his pockets. 

“The idea of traveling back in time was enticing, I’m gonna be honest with you, the idea to live in my time sounded so good”. You nod, encouraging him to continue. “The idea of going back to Peggy was enticing to me, I thought she was the love of my life” you nod, wrapping your arm around your body. “Then, I realized” he moves closer to you. 

“The love of my life is right in front of me, smack dead in the face did I realize I was in love with Thor’s younger sister” you chuckle softly. “I know I was such an idiot to think I could go back, go back to her. She built her life, and I was building mine” you smile sadly, nodding. “I’m sorry I even went to a divorce lawyer, even drew up the papers, I’m sorry I never even talk to you” you sigh, nodding slowly. “You are my wife, (y/n)” you look up to meet his eye again.

“You will always be my wife, whether or not if we go through with the divorce, no matter your stubbornness, I will always love you as my wife”. You sniffle, looking up at him. “Steve” he looks down at you, his hands reaching out to cup your cheeks. “There’s something I need to tell you” he nods, looking over your face. His thumbs, calloused and soft wiping your cheeks. 

“I was pregnant” you whimper. He stops, looking down at you. “What?” he whispers, his hands cupping your cheeks again. “I was going to tell you the day I was presented with the papers' ' he stands straighter, looking over your face. “Let me finish” you hold your hand up to him. 

“No one knew, just Helen as she confirmed it for me after a few tests” he nods, “then I found out you wanted a divorce and I didn’t want you to stay with me for a baby” you feel the tears in your waterline again. “Then I lost her” you whimper, the tears falling freely, a sob falling from your lips. “Natasha found me when-when I found out and I had to tell her” you look up at him. “I’m sorry Steve” you sob covering your mouth to prevent further sobs. 

Stepping away from him you pace the balcony.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” he breaths, shaking his head. “I know why you didn’t but why didn't you tell me sooner, sooner that you had suffered losing our baby alone?” he makes his way to you, wrapping your body into his arms. You sob against his chest. “I didn’t know how to tell you” you grip his arm. “I didn’t want you to beat yourself up over it, that you almost missed out on it” he cups your cheeks, wiping your cheeks.

 “I understand, I understand why you didn’t tell me” you sniffle, nodding slowly. “I am so sorry” you shake your head. “I would never ever want anyone else to be a father of my child, to be my husband” you look over his face. “I was happy to have someone like you, I wasn’t gonna take having your baby for granted” he nods slowly. “I love you, I have never stopped” you look up at him, smiling through the tears. 

“I love you Steve” you sniffle, wiping your nose slightly. He pulls you in by your waist, pulling your body close to connect your lips. Putting your hand on the back of his head, pulling him into you tighter.

Standing under the stars, you felt the pieces of your heart, slowly being glued back together.

HSA SCHOOL REGULATIONS

Welcome to Hourglass Station Academy, where we will teach you a bit about occupations, how to become known and how to find your place in society. Before we get to the school rules we want to tell you about the things we ensure you during your time here:

-No Intruder may it be Paparazzi, Stalkers or Photographers will set foot in this school, our Defense and Disguise mechanisms will take care of them If they were to enter

-There is no curfew but around night time it is your own responsibility to bear when you get caught outside the school, we recommend disguises or hiding in the Shadows

-our staff ensures the safety or our students and If you ever feel emotionally or mentally attacked, Pherea is there to help you out, we will do anything to change the situation

-We don't approve of prejudice because of Gender, Sexuality, Species or Identity, so we make sure everyone feels welcome

-the gardens are usually the duty of the staff and the botany class

Rules of the school: 

-No harming other students outside of the Battles or Simulations, you have have a Agreement before you can challenge someone to a Duel

-Taking Photos or Videos of other students also require a Agreement, given we don't want Paparazzi students as Well

-pets are allowed but shall always be accompanied by their owner or left in the dorm

-the dorm is a safespace where usually the dorm leader is mainly in charge of the rules, so they alone may decide how to run the dorm, however it can't be unethical or against the General school rules

-please only keep trash in the bins, if you are seen littering, you'll get a punishment

-Always keep your gem with you, it's your Access to anything in this school May it be classes, Simulation rooms etc. To Update your gem to more Options, please make a request through the tablets

-Stealing of course faces severe consequences

-You have to at least stay your first year in your dorm, after the Second you can Transfer to another dorm at least three times, but after starting the third year you have to stick with this dorm (Tetravania students are extented to your third year and in the fourth year you have to stick with that dorm)

-do not go near the Giant Yellow plant in the Green House, its for your own safety If you don't

-if you lose your gem report it immediately so no one can abuse you authorizations

-staff members can not enter dorms unless they have a special permission from the headmistress

Lastly the school hours are usually 6 in your First and Second years with occasional 5 Minutes Break, while the third and Fourth years have 8 hours

Probably update this more in time but this is so far my idea of the official school rules and policies.^^

There is also a Archive behind the school. And beside it is a huge building used as the staff dorms.

HSA also has a shop, it's located in the club building mainly cause club members sometimes needs supplies there. Sol takes care of the shop.

Dorm leader meetings:

-HSA dorm leader meetings are schedule each Friday, mainly to see how a week went

Flynn: he usually is pretty active during and mainly suggests Improvements on freedom of the dorms

Peko: goes to meetings but usually distracts others or sleeps accidently so Emma sometimes actually substitudes

Tyler: is usually quick to angry complain about things that hinder his work, But is quiet elsewhere

Gabrielle: usually always comes except when it overlaps with Training, then Tesa substitudes, both usually are more of the safety improvements Team

Aiden: barely wants to come but sometimes comes when he thinks it's important. Media sometimes substitudes for him. Is very quiet during talks only speaks up if it means problems for him.

Sindren: always comes and is probably a Mediator and the best with improvement ideas

Dragiselle: Inessa goes instead and also reports things to tje student council, shut down dumb ideas quick...

-Staff meetings are mondays

-the Technology gets checked every month

-secretary is only open till Clubs are over

Scouting system:

At the very end of every school year three Months before a new school year begins the scouts are send out to find Talents students across the Lands. However beside that some staff members who are not in charge of the big exams will volunteer and make auditions which many students over the country can join.

Lastly there is recommend students, which usually are profiles Belia gets and can look through if they are worthy for the school and fit the Standard.

-Hsa is very open with their acceptance, however you must bring potential to become bigger, as you see with some students, questional backgrounds still have chances as long as they can prove they do not disrupt Harmony

-each Scout can chose some of their prefers Lands, like Nakamura for example mainly stays in rhe grimstone kingdom and looks for Fighters mainly, while I can see Mamie for example look for cooks etc...

-Scouts have lots of freedom But they will be observed by Pherea who can intervene if a scout might have rejected someone with potential
