32: Name three of your favorite fanfic writers.

Tbh, my first thought here is YOU!!! I love every single thing you write! It’s so romantic and soft and always a good time (except when you emotionally destroy me of course)

Next, shout out to @problematicturtle , aka cm! I’m lucky to get to beta a bunch of their fics and they are so fascinating and well-written. Honestly, their writing is prob what got me fully hooked in the sambucky fandom.

And finally, eternal love to the goddess herself @hollyhark , from whom I’m basically stole my whole writing style 😂

40: If someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you hope to see?

Lucky for me and everyone, @anonymous-pandabear HAS made me beautiful fanart for two of my fics!

If I were ever so lucky as to receive more tho, I think my top picks would always be any of the OC children I’ve made for my fics. I’d love to see either of Steve and Tony’s kids from my havin’ my baby series drawn.

I’d also love to see some art of early 90’s, 21-year old versions of Steve, Sam, and Nat from my Mamma Mia verse!

46: How would you describe your style? (Character/ emotion/action-driven, etc)

I’d say my style is heavily character/emotion driven. I tend to get really introspective with my POV character’s thoughts and go through every detail of what they’re going through. It’s always gonna be feelings forward for me.

56: What's something about your writing that you pride yourself on?

My realism. I’m big on researching for fics, but I’m also big on inserting my own loved experiences in there, too. I definitely use my fair share of tropes, but I try not to center my fics on them and rather focus on the raw humanness of the characters I’m writing.

71: When it comes to more complicated narratives, how do you keep track of outlines, characters, development, timeline, ect.?

I’m a big plotter. I LOVE outlines, love making mood boards and Spotify playlists. I also love a good timeline.

Generally, before a fic, I try to get the outline and the chapter pacing worked out as much as I can prior to writing. I always edit it as I write, but it’s good to have a solid jumping off point.

Nikolaos: Its good to meet each other once again. Lets get everybody settled in okay.

Multiple Staff Members: Welcome Back, Your Royal Highness, Your Grace!

Pandora: [Visibly uncomfortable] Ah right, this happens.

Daphne: Wow. So cool.

Irene: Good Afternoon, Your Royal Highness. My name is Irene and as the new Lady of The West Wing, the Household and staff is ready at your disposal.

Pandora: [Winced] Right.. Thank you everyone.

Pandora: Hey um, Have you heard anything about Papa?

Nikolaos: Since we last spoke? No, he is still in a coma unfortunately and is reportedly not responding normally.

Pandora: When can we see him? Can we go today?

Nikolaos: Today is probably not the right time. The press is already in a frenzy and going today would just be too stressful for you and everybody else.

Pandora: I see. That makes sense.

Selene: We’ll go early in the morning together as a family. That way we will have time to prepare well in advance.

Pandora: [sighs] Okay.

Iris: [In the background] Hi HI! I'm Irry!

Daphne: and I'm Daphne. Nice to meet you all!

[Irene grimaces]

ohh, such an interesting one. Nymeria is not the type who would be super into fancy dresses or spend hours on choosing an outfit. but when a occasion requires it, she does put some effort into her appearance. i did THIS post before and i still stand by my choices, hehe!

ohhh pleaaaase! you know very well my answer to this question 😂 i'm obsessed with the idea of the hpma girl gang in the winx/fairy au. like at this point it's not even a want, it's a need. the outfit i had in my mind while creating THIS moodboard is 10/10. i was literally toying with the idea of drawing her in it the other day, lol.

my lil troublemaker does wear some makeup! but it's just mascara and some red colored lipbalm. nothing fancy, but enough to make her look alive and healthy. for events, she wears heavier makeup and she actually enjoys it!

Album review: Arise from Worms

What to expect when you have Flo Mournier on drums and Steve Tucker on vocals and bass? High-quality stuff. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Start of with a standard 90s blackmetal intro á la some european pandabear band who're into vampires. And the beginning starts promising as fuck.

The guitarist Sonny Lombardozzi (ex-Incantation) is a shredding beast, but technical Death metal is about details fitting together. Now, remove the guitar leads and we have an above-standard set of riffs with some interesting rhythmical twists. It could've been really good. well-played drums and Tucker's vocals don't disappoint. The production is clear, unecessary clear which takes away brutality. Add the guitar leads and we get - something obnoxious. Yes, it's super fast. But it sounds more like someone recorded a guy who's showing how fast he can play scales and then demanded it got jammed into the tracks while flo is blasting. Sting of the bumblebee on PCP perhaps? And no, I'm not pissing on Technical music, I even like Blotted Science. But bluntly speaking, these solos sound ugly, and not in some evil creepy Deathmetal way, just ugly.

The most humorous part is when Tucker is roaring "Vengeance, in the name of my father...." I will avenge my brothers," .. (Satan forbid I read the rest of those cringy lyrics) followed by another solo/scale- played BOTH by guitar and bass while Flo is going into ultrablast. Technically speaking, yes we are impressed.

Musically speaking? It just sounds stupid, whatever feeling of brutality they build up, they ruin with smurflike solos and interludes. Had this been a bunch of fifteen year olds trying to find their sound, yes, it would've been forgivable. But these dudes - who are top-notch musicians and song writers, they ought to know better than making this.
