The sincerity and sorrow in his voice meant a lot to Cadance and the two Young Princesses, but Luna and Celestia knew that Shining was merely using it as a facade to hide his fear, and when he pulled them closer for a tighter embrace, they could feel their hearts ache; but Shining knew he could not embrace his Family forever, and to his dismay, he was forced to let go of them not long thereafter.
After Shining wiped clean his tear-stained face, he helped his Daughters and his dearest beloved to dry their tears, before he sweetly offered to give Flurry and Twila a lift on his back to the aura, where they could wave each other goodbye; and to his relief, the Young Princesses happily accepted, and they swiftly jumped onto his back, but Shining did not even notice, as if they weighed nothing.
Packed and fully protected from anything that could be thrown at him, Shining slowly turned around, and solemnly told their friends in the Great Hall that they were welcome to join them, but he would not fault them if they stayed; but to his pleasant surprise, not a single being remained seated, as Eclipse and Spike, Star and Amethyst, Sunburst and Starlight, and even Frost all rose to join them.
It was clear that Shining never expected that everyone would be willing to accompany them, but when Eclipse walked up to him, Twilight whispered that he should not be so shocked, before they gestured for him to lead them to the border; and after Shining shook his head, he said that they were right, as he would not want the others to wait for him much longer, which startled the Two-Headed Alicorn.
As Shining walked to the doors to head outside, always keeping a close eye on his two Daughters, he politely asked a worried Eclipse if they could help Cadance out with looking after Flurry and Twila while he was away from here; but Eclipse did not answer his request, and instead, after he repeated himself a moment later, they quickly agreed, and quietly asked him who 'the others' were in return.
Fortunately, when Shining realised what he said, he managed to stay calm, and he politely told them that he meant the Guards at the Outpost, of course, whom had been waiting there for an awfully long time already, and it was time to head there to help them; and he loudly told himself that he had to remember to arrange another shipment of supplies, trying to cover for his mistake as best he could.
To the others' relief, Cadance believed Shining at his word, and she merely looked at him in wonder and awe, overjoyed to have met and married such a helpful, honourable, and honest Stallion; but out of all these qualities, Shining was breaking the latter, as he, and the Princesses with whom he was conspiring, were lying to Cadance for her own good, despite feeling terrible over the mere thought.
But although Eclipse smiled in return, and encouraged Shining to make haste to head to the Outpost, Celestia discreetly whispered to them that their friends were not ready yet, and they were not able to bring Shining to the Dragon Lands yet; but they could not make Shining wait for them, either, so the best thing they could do for them all was to warn Shining, and to tell him it may take a while.
While Celestia and Eclipse discreetly spoke with one another, miraculously without Cadance noticing their conversation, Luna frequently reached out to Nox to ask her for an update, to which she often received little more than a request for patience in return; but eventually, just as the whole group in the Empire stepped into the grassy fields, just as they silently passed the Mirror, she stopped.
A small and warm smile grew upon Luna's face as she put her hoof to her chest, and listened closely as her Daughter let her know that they were finally close to an unremarkable area, which Ember said was a neutral area; but they had to be careful, as only half of their group was able to fly towards it, while Light, Boom, and Courage either had to travel by hoof or paw, or had to be carried there.
Almost in tears to know that Nox and their mutual friends were close to safety, Luna told her:
"Do what you must, but I beg you to stay safe, and to take no unneeded risks…"

Ah, it's a shame. I know how much you want to be used... To be taken and given the pleasure you crave... The pain the torment. The humiliation and denial.
All you need to do is ask... After all, what are dragons for if not for granting wishes?

I See You, Darling
Tumblr media
[Astarion x reader] The idea never left my mind, and I so very badly need this right now. Heavily inspired by this cutscene where Tav chooses a dialogue option and Astarion's eyes just deviate-- (gif above, just wait for his eyes to look at you WKDKWKDK) |Word count: 2k.| Based off of this post I made.
Part 2 here!!
Also, this is more heavy on the world building rather than dialogue. If I end up making this a series, I might write with more dialogue in mind but it was just necessary to do this first afhjaqfbnjkafbnebn--
A story in which an overworked art student longs for a fictional character that they've devoted so much of their time to.
Alternatively; Astarion realizes there's someone else watching him. And he can't wait to get acquainted with them.
————━─━────༺༻────━─━————
One.
Two.
Three.
It takes you three seconds to comprehend what just happened. Three seconds for you to try and save the progress you’ve already made so far. Three seconds for you to feel the chill of dread run up your spine.
You’ll admit, perhaps you were simply tired. Attending a prestigious school for the arts doesn’t exactly leave you with much free time to indulge in more calming forms of recreation. Your course requires you to consume a wide array of media to expand your library of creativity, after all. All in the name of generating more interesting media to entrance and enthrall your audience with your original work.
Maybe all the moving pictures and swimming texts have caused you to greatly misunderstand what you are seeing. Surely, your favorite character isn’t looking directly at you, right?
Right?
But before that, let’s review what might have happened earlier to explain just what exactly in gods name is happening.
Shall we?
——
You purchased the game a few months back. “Baldur’s Gate 3.” A game that took the players and immersed them in the world of Dungeons & Dragons, introducing them to the mechanics of tabletop RPG as they did. It seemed interesting enough. And if the concept of character creation and storytelling didn’t sell you on the idea of it, the pretty faces on the cover certainly did.
So, with the little money you could spare from your part time job at your own institution’s library, and with what little sanity you had left to argue with, you impulsively bought said game. And it was fun. Exhilarating. Electrifying.
Until you ran into a problem.
Astarion. The rogue, elven vampire that you have chosen to romance after careful deliberation. You scoffed to yourself. He was one of the biggest reasons why you purchased the blasted game at all. You’ve carefully studied the character in all his glory, from his striking carmine eyes and delicate unstained curls, to his aptitude for bloodshed and all manners of gore. He was such an interesting character, giving you more and more reason to pursue him as the story progressed. Yet the same can’t be said about your relationship with him. Or at least your “Tav’s” relationship with him.
You’ve had some difficulty in deepening your relationship with the ex-magistrate. It seemed as if no matter what options you chose, no matter what manner of advances you made, he’d be quick to dismiss you. Painting you as a desperate little pup as he did. Denying you the opportunity of further knowing him. You’ve created and overwritten more save slots than you'd like to admit, perusing each one to select different lines of dialogue only to be rejected time and time again.
You thought it strange. But perhaps this was simply the way his route was meant to unfold. He was such an incredibly complex character after all. Perhaps this was meant to prove the party’s loyalty.
But that didn’t stop you from being frustrated with other aspects of the gameplay. You've spent countless nights hunched on your work chair, back curving like a dead bug as you analyzed each and every possible outcome in combat. Eyes, bloodshot from cutting your sleeping hours short, just to endure the story until you were at an appropriate place to log out. And hair, flicking and curling out in different directions due to you weaving your hands through them in exasperation.
You saw your reflection on your screen as it darkened to load the next scene and you couldn't help but stare at your character in slight envy. You know full well that however you designed them, it wouldn’t affect how the others perceived you, and yet you couldn’t help but pretty them up for your own interest. You designed it with yourself in mind, but making them far more attractive than you would ever be. Effortlessly beautiful as they stirred to wake up in the forest you settled in for camp.
How could Astarion ever turn this beautiful being away? If not for their heroism, then surely their looks would be enough to draw him in, no?
And speak of the devil. Once you could control your character again, you readied them to interact with your sharply dressed companion. Wanting to try your luck once more as the bright sun shone upon your character like a promise of a new day. Unfortunately, you’re greeted with a look of boredom, oh so familiar, that you sigh. “I hope you’re not here to beg—” Mocking him, echoing the words you’ve come to expect with faux mirth in your voice. But you cut yourself short when you realize he has yet to say anything.
Strange.
What’s even stranger is that he's just staring at you. Well,--- he’s staring at Tav. Your character.
“What the fuck…?” You move your mouse around, clicking to try and toggle the dialogue options to no avail, screen stuck in a cinematic close up of his face. Much like how the camera always pans when awaiting your response.
However, unlike the common script of his actions that you’re used to, the one that you’ve memorized like a well practiced dance, his eyes smoothly glide off of your character and onto you.
You freeze, but your heart doesn’t. The beating of your chest growing stronger the longer he looks at you. Eyes, blood red like rubies, boring into your own. He regards you, blinks, and then smiles that deviously charming smile of his before your screen turns dark. Your computer turns off, and you stare in shock of what just happened.
‘No fucking way, no fucking way, no fucking way—‘ You’re not delusional, right? Sure, you’re tired, but no fucking way did you just imagine one of the hottest characters you’ve seen in a while break the fourth wall just to fuck with you.
You laugh to yourself.
Yes, you’re just tired. Nothing like a good four hours of sleep can’t remedy. Although, as you get up from your chair, foolish as it may seem, you grab a used shirt from your floor, and hang it on your computer in the case that those piercing eyes come to life once again while you sleep.
——
You stir awake after your short slumber. Your body, heavy like lead, though not at all a feeling foreign to you. You think about what happened last night, wondering if it was all a dream. Yet as you get ready for the day, you notice your dirtied clothing still on your computer. Covering it as if it were a petrifying doll from a horror movie. You feel childish for doing so, reasoning that you were simply stressed from the events that taken place prior and removed the cloth.
As you did, your screen was brought back to life. Showing you the next night as if your little "tryst" with Astarion never happened. An entire thirty minutes or so of progress seemingly gone. Thankfully, you saved just before your game went haywire and you attempted to load up your last slot.
Zzzt Zzzzt!
Alas, your game was not cooperating once again. You tried the save just before that and the same error screen presented itself to you. ‘Maybe this is a sign that I should just fucking work instead.’ Irritated at the thought, you moved to log out of the game but a familiar voice convinces you otherwise as the screen returns to normal.
“Why, hello pup. How was your awfully short slumber?”
‘Is this— a romance scene?!’ Astarion had never initiated an interaction before! Perhaps the game gods were granting you mercy. Or maybe, something you did last night might have given way for this line of dialogue to open up. Regardless, you happily took the opportunity and began reading your choices.
“Why, hello pup. How was your awfully short slumber?” ━─━────༺༻────━─━
Well. Thank you.
Its none of your concern, fangs.
Better now that you’re here.
What happened last night?
━─━────༺༻────━─━
What…did happen last night? You don’t recall anything past the blackening of your screen, but it looks like you did something after that which caused this dialogue.
You don’t want to squander this opportunity, who knows when this will happen again, but your curiosity gets the best of you. So you save, and choose option 4.
“Oh, you poor thing. Spooked you, did I?” He laughs, seemingly taking in the look of confusion that graces both yours and Tav’s face.
“What do you think happened last night?”
“My fucking game crashed.” You answer automatically.
Tav moves to open their mouth but is silenced with a tut. “Not you, spawn.” His eyes crinkle at the corners in amusement, but the way his mouth is pulled in a tightly-lipped smile offers you further insight otherwise.
“I need your answer.” His eyes are on you yet again, and you feel the world begin to spin.
——
You stir awake after your short slumber. Your body, heavy like lead, though not at all a feeling foreign to you. You think about what happened last night, wondering if it was all a dream. Yet as you plan to get ready for the day, you notice you’re not exactly in a state to do so. You expected to wake at dawn, the dark and cool air to greet you as it fills your room and envelops your walls. Instead, you wake to see an endless amount of evergreen and the smell of the dark and damp grass beneath you filling your senses.
And if spending hours, weeks, months, of playing this damned game has taught you anything, you know that you now reside in the heart of the forest that you usually set up camp in. But this time, you're far from your bedroll and the fire that your party created.
One.
Two.
Three.
It takes you three seconds to comprehend what just happened. Three seconds for you to try and save the progress you’ve already made so far to no avail. Three seconds for you to feel the chill of dread run up your spine.
And this chill so does love playing games.
You clamber away on your knees when you hear that deep chuckle of his emanate from right beside your ear. Creating as much distance to inspect this figure you’ve yet to face.
You see Astarion in all his vampiric glory. ‘Well, for a vampire spawn, I guess.’ You comment to yourself. Crimson eyes, darker than you imagined, with full, dark lashes contrasting his pallid skin and pure hair that glow under the moonlight. An unsettling, and cursedly attractive, smirk curls onto his lips. His ivory fangs on full display as he does.
“It seems as if those useless artifacts were worth something.” He marvels at his handiwork, his prize, and approaches it with confidence.
“Well, your character certainly is more ‘prettied up.’” He circles you, carefully appraising his newest asset, and grins. “But you are far more intriguing.”
A simple, “What the fuck?” is all you can muster.
“Although, you are very cute. Cheeky little pup, aren’t you?” He jests.
A simple, “What the fuck?” is all you can muster which earns you a click of his tongue in response.
“You’re not broken, are you? Or am I to anticipate your little ‘what the fuck?’s as your only contribution?” Long, and incredibly masculine, fingers crawl and curl to grasp your chin like a spider.
“I’ve waited months to have you. And now here you are, finally within my grasp.” The statement causes something to stir within you.
“What do you mean, ‘months?”
He narrows his eyes, possibly trying to comprehend your stupidity.
“I’ve been watching you. Waiting, for the right moment. Interacting with this– caricature of yourself until you could deny yourself of me no more.” Blood rushes to your head. Your cheeks burning in embarrassment for seeming overly eager. And in panic as his intentions have yet to be cleared.
“And now that I’m here? Do you want to kill me?” You feel your heartbeat in your ears, awaiting his response. Your eyes wide in fear, yet trying to fake heroic bravado in the attempts to gain the upperhand.
And in this moment, he thinks you absolutely invigorating.
“Oh no, sweet pet. I’ve waited far too long for that. I’m going to make you mine.”
————━─━────༺༻────━─━————
Should I make this into a series? "The adventures of a misplaced artist in Baldur's Gate!!" Or something like that. Let me know, lol

“𝓁ord morax! must you keep branding me with these marks?!”
morax blinked owlishly as you barged into his little office. he would have immediately beheaded others who would dare act so boorish, but your presence - nevermind the fact you were glaring at him - would always be welcomed into even the most private corners of his life, so he merely leaned back on his golden throne, abandoning the papers waiting for his approval as he gazed at you like you were the whole universe. his cor lapis-lined tail coiling behind the chair thumped lightly on the ground as he spotted the tokens he had so graciously placed on your skin.
“…. yes?”
the honest answer seemed to have made you double back. you could tell from his clueless expression that he bore no remorse for his actions.
“i must beseech you to restrain yourself. the adepti dare not even raise their heads when i talk to them!“
“but… unlike minerals and other inorganic materials, your skin heals, so naturally i must renew the imprints every now and then. i cannot fathom what made you so displeased? i have taken precautions so the process would be enjoyable to you at the very least… or are you saying that the act was not pleasurable for you after all?”
you had to resist the urge to facepalm, but you couldn’t help the natural reaction of your cheeks starting to sizzle with warmth. morax’s gentle smile lilted into a slightly cheeky grin, and he beckoned you to come over. you both praised and berated yourself inwardly when you obeyed his command like a faithful pup, knowing to seat yourself on his lap.
“are you not proud to bear the proof that you are mine, my dear? if it truly upsets you, i… will try my best to reign in my instincts. but you know how i always seem to lose myself in the heat of the moment…,” his kisses journeyed from your temple down your neck and shoulder, a silent plea for leniency.
it would have been a sweet and innocent gesture if his hands hadn’t wandered above your silken robes.
“my lord….”
“mmm… i’m sorry, darling, it’s the dragon instincts,” he nuzzled lovingly onto the junction of your neck, and you quickly felt both the heat and his arousal rise. quite literally, that was. “your smell mixed with mine is just too tantalizing to ignore. to illustrate, would you be able to pass by a banquet full of your favored delicacies without salivating?”
“perhaps not, but i would be able to refrain from devouring the whole banquet like some greedy buffoon,” you faked a reprimanding tone, eyebrows raised.
“which proves that you are, in some ways, stronger than me,” his arms tightened around you, geo-lined appendages sneakily slipping beneath your garment to rub your inner thighs, before trailing over your dampened underwear, “though it seems to me that you’re putting up a front…”
you were torn between rolling your eyes or blushing in embarrassment, “perish the salacious thoughts. i came straight from the bedchambers, my lord.”
“ah, so these are both your arousal and the remnants of our passionate love last night? how delightful. no wonder you smell like the most fragrant and mouthwatering delicacy in the whole teyvat,” he pressed his lips on one of the hickeys, staring in contemplation at your body nestled on his lap, an idea brewing like the freshest tea in his mind, “say, darling… i know you’re tired, but won’t you at least let this lovestruck lizard steal a morsel from the figurative banquet? just a little arrangement to tide me over until the moon graces our nation.”
“….. i will consider your proposal; enlighten me.”
you really, really should have thought twice about making contracts with a dragon.
seated snugly on top of your beloved’s lap after he had - far too easily, much to his delight and your fervent embarrassment - eased you onto his cocks, his non-dominant hand poised to lightly rub your abdomen, right on the bulge indicating the way he was all nestled inside your tight heat. his other hand had long since left your hip and was in the process of writing some kind paperwork to ensure the construction of what shall be a prosperous harbor sometime in the far future would be going smoothly — or something along that line. he might have sort of meandered about it as he worked, but alas, you were too distracted to actually listen to his words, clenching and squirming like a bunny in heat instead.
morax hummed. momentarily, he set his pen down against the polished sandbearer wood of his desk. his slender fingers reached up to lightly brush and wrap around your throat. your breath hitched, heart soaring like a hummingbird, cunt trembling. he wasn’t even putting any pressure ー just a light touch. a warning. and yet the message was there; even more pronounced with the verbal warning whispered right beside your ear.
"mind your manners, darling."
you nodded with a whimper, gulping and feeling his fingers lightly caressing your pulse point before they detached themselves from your heated skin to curl elegantly around the pen once more. the deity resumed talking as if whatever happened was a delusional wet dream you conjured out of desperation this fine afternoon, but this time, you ceased squirming. he gave you a soft kiss on your nape as a reward. pride permeated your veins, your eyelashes fluttering and fists clenching in an attempt to control yourself.
"not to fret, your patience will be rewarded," he purred, deep and velvety and smooth, his breath tickling your skin, burning your nerves and sending your arousal lurching. perhaps you should have begged for him to relent to his depraved desires and devour the whole banquet instead.
the hand on your tummy trailed upwards to settle on your chest, palming idly before rolling a painfully hard nipple between the calloused pads of his fingers, the gentle movement a complement to the cold sensation of his rings pressing onto soft, sensitive flesh. sparks bloomed like fireworks and slick trickled down your stuffed pussy. yet still, you obeyed with trembling thighs; the only body part moving being your walls, squeezing around his cock, wishing for it to move and bully your sweetest spots with hard and precise series ofー
"so well behaved for me...."
you swore you heard him chuckle.
"my good mate."
he graciously bestowed you a new mark on your neck and a teasing little thrust, just enough for the two heads to peck your cervix like a teasing lover, savoring the enchanting wail falling from your lips.
“oh, this archon can’t wait to utterly ruin you tonight.”

Title: growing
Fandom: twisted wonderland
Pairing: Lilia vanrouge x reader
Warnings: omegaverse, Omega male reader, alpha Lilia, baby malleus, married life, slight au, fluff
Notes: none
☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️🐟☁️
Lilia smiled at his mate, the Omega guarding their little egg so well in their nest "hello starlight..~" (name) let Lilia kiss his fingers before the former knight now king interlaced them "how are you fairing..?" His voice tender as (name) gently traced his fingers on the egg "he's almost ready" (name) whispered with hushed excitement and Lilia looked fondly at his mate, the dragon fae having been communicating with the egg.
"Our little malleus is already so strong~" he cooed at the newborn hatchling who snuggled into (name), still to young to be out of dragon from as he needed warmth consistently from (name) till his own flame grew within "he's very curious.." (name)s voice soft and delicate as he scratched under the dragons chin "Soon I'll teach him how to light things on FIRE" the calm Omega has a manic grin on his face and Lilia looked fondly at his mate as their son nibbled on (name)s finger, no fangs yet but that was to be expected.
Lilia never expected the firstborn Omega son to fall for him, the royal family though very active for their people were fairly reclusive in nature and the fact he rejected any and all suitors to pursue Lilia as in fae culture; omegas pursued their desired mate.
"Malleus we don't bite" (name) chastised his little pup who made a little hissing noise and stomped his front paws angrily "behave little hatchling" Lilia lifted the little dragon who looked frustrated at his tiny little legs as he made little sounds "yes yes, I know little one" Lilia was so sweet this life he helped create, he loved his precious son so much.
It wasn't till Malleus was around a year old when he could finally transform, tumbling to follow his parents around "papapapapa!" He said happily as he chased down Lilia, the king smiling at the boy who clung to his legs "my my, hello spitfire" Lilia grinned before leaning down to the boy who bonked his tiny horned head against his, apparently it was a draconic way of greeting, precious though the horns didn't feel great.
But Lilia would never complain.
"You have been getting very fast these days, soon papa won't be able to keep up~" Lilia lifted malleus into his arms and continued his walk, Malleus babbling as they walked down the endless halls.
"Let's see what your Dam is up to, yes?"

dad jon snow headcanon with a targaryen!reader? i love that we have a new got writer and hotd! ♡
father's love. | jon snow
❝ pairing: jon snow x targaryen!reader.
❝ summary: what would jon snow be like having children with you, his beautiful dragon wife.
❝ warning: mentions of sex and innuendo, worried and scared jon.
❝ note: i really love the orders with targaryen!reader, thank you very much for leaving your request, i hope you leave one again and you like this. first post! ♡
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
★, when you tell jon that you're pregnant.
at first you had your doubts, you didn't know if it was just a delay or you were with a child.
but when you decided to approach your dragon and this approached, sniffed and caressed your belly, everything became clear to you.
you were with a child.
you had talked to him before about the children, his children. jon was insecure, he didn't want them to do to his child the same thing they did to him.
but you always assured him that his children would also be targaryens, they carried the blood of the dragon and the wolves, son of the king of the north.
jon smiled and took you by the waist, kissing you and affirming that having three children with you would be a blessing from the gods.
so at night, when you were already taking off your clothes to sleep, you feel familiar hands undoing the strings of your dress while leaving kisses on your neck, you know that it is now when you should tell him.
"jon" you called him, and you felt how his inner wolf wanted to come out. you only called him that in two situations, when you were angry or when you wanted to have sex.
"yes, my beautiful wife?" he asked with his thickest voice, knowing what he provoked in you, you laughed at how his breath crashed into your neck and his cold hands went into your bare back.
"we can't do this right now, my love" you tell him as you turn around and place your hands on his neck, massaging it. a small smile appears on your lips when you see his confused face.
"i did something wrong?" he asked and you laugh, shaking your head and watching your husband's eyes widen at his smile, admiring your beautiful purple eyes. "nothing wrong, sweet husband. it's just not appropriate when i'm with a baby" you finally said.
you watch as he opens his mouth to say something but closes it immediately, the information reaching his brain slowly. his hands become lighter on your waist and his eyes become even smaller and watery.
"are you sure?" he asks with a voice that shakes, but his hands travel smoothly to your still flat stomach. "i didn't believe it until rhaegon proved it to me, i trust my dragon's judgment" you answered him and smiled, jon wasted no time in gently cupping your face and kissing you, his hands now caressing your stomach.
"i'm the happiest man in westeros, we're going to have a little pup" he says and smiles at you, showing you his beautiful silver pearls. "he'll be a dragon" you tell him, but jon shakes his head, taking now by the waist and sitting on the bed.
he crouches before you and brings his face close to your stomach, kissing him "you're a wolf, aren't you? you make me the happiest man in the world, my little pup" you smile caressing his curls, letting him call your baby a puppy.
★, when your puppy is growing up.
jon loves to see how his puppy grows inside you every day and considers that seeing you in this condition is his greatest adoration.
shamelessly caress your belly or look at it affectionately when he doesn't have much time for you and his son.
but he's always watching you, he knows you're a fighter, but you carry his son inside, and now you're more vulnerable. he would kill whoever touched a single hair on you.
when he has all his time or puts his duties aside to pamper his wife and son, he can't stop adore you.
"you are beautiful" "our wolf grows healthy and strong thanks to you" "my beautiful wife" "i hope he has your dragon eyes" things like that are whispered in your ear while he caresses your belly and kisses your neck.
jon denies it sometimes, but he would love it if his son had your eyes and his dark hair.
but sometimes it scares him too, the thought of his son being called a bastard makes his blood boil. he can take it, but when it comes to his son, never.
he already has people under his eye who dared to call his son a bastard.
he also thinks about the names, he knows that he wants to name it ned or robb, you suggest combining it with a valyrian name. he likes them but ned and robb are always his first choices.
if it's a girl, he would like you to choose the name, he loves valyrian female names.
you have always loved your mother's name, rhaella, and he would like his daughter to be named after the woman who gave him the love of his life.
he is not very interested if it is a girl or a boy, it is his and he will love it, with his being.
jon tries to always be easy on you when he's stressed, he never blows up on you. he already knows how your emotions are and knows that making you cry is his worst sin.
so, when some assembly goes wrong and some lord insults him for not responding to his request, he just enters his chambers and sits behind you, feeling how his wolf kicks in response to his touch and smiling on your neck. he loves that feeling too much.
it also comforts you when something stresses you out or makes you cry.
like your impossibility of being able to give a dragon egg to your son.
you've always dreamed of being able to see your child grow up with a dragon, but thanks to the disappearance of dragons and the fact that both your dragon and your younger sister's dragon, daenerys, are male, it prevents you from fulfilling that wish.
what makes you cry frequently.
and jon is there to comfort you.
"then he will have a direwolf, my love. don't worry, i'm sure that rhaegon will let our son ride him one day" he says and makes you feel good.
when he sees you standing, looking out the window, he always stands behind you and puts his hands under your belly, lifting it up to give you a rest. you love when he does that, it makes you overflow with love for him.
"i love when you let my poor back rest" you say as you sigh and rest your head on your shoulder, jon chuckles and lets your huge belly droop again. "jon!" you moan angrily and he lifts your belly again.
he only plays, but loves to give you breaks and massages, especially on your feet.
he is always protecting you, especially when it is time to sleep.
he has nightmares about how while he sleeps next to you, someone walks into the room and hurts you. you and his little wolf.
he couldn't take the blame.
that is why, when you sleep, he is always the one closest to the door. his chest against yours while one of your legs is on his hip, or your back against his chest while his hands cup your tummy.
he would rather something happen to him than to you, his loving wife and mother of his child.
★, when the time of birth comes.
the last time you approached the maester, he told you that the arrival of the heir to the north would come soon.
you and jon were looking forward to your son. the heir to the north and the iron throne.
jon was sitting in the weirwood tree one morning, thinking more deeply about the birth.
and if you died? or did they make him choose between you and his son?
he couldn't.
he couldn't allow someone to mercilessly cut you open and murder you. not in front of him.
so he asked, begged to the gods for your life and for his son.
"please give my son an easy birth, no pain for my wife, don't take her away, always leave her with me. i ask you to take care of my beautiful wife and my son. i lost her once and i don't plan to lose her again."
and when he finished asking for you and his son, a wind raised his curls, relaxing him immediately.
he knew that the gods had heard him.
his peace was interrupted by your servant, who ran towards him with sweat on her forehead and blood on her dress and hands.
"the queen is giving birth" he said in a rush, jon getting up quickly from the log. "is she in our room?" he asked and the maid nodded, he didn't even let her answer when he started to run to his wife.
the closer he was to the room, the more his heart beat, he was scared. he was scared for you. he loved you so much that the idea of your death only brings his as a consequence.
when he enter the room, he was already crying.
"jon" you said when you saw him come in, you were pacing around the room, trying to ease the contractions, your water had already broken, it was only a little more to start labor.
he came up to you and kissed you on the forehead, he walked with you by the hand until the time will come.
he knew his child was coming when you had to lean on him in pain. with the help of the midwives, he lifted you onto the bed and sat behind you, leaving your back with his chest while the midwives made you push.
it was the easiest birth he had ever witnessed, it was only three pushes and his baby came out.
his son began to cry and his eyes filled with tears, he watched as the midwives lightly cleaned him. "he's a boy, your grace. healthy and strong, like a wolf" said one of them, putting your son in your arms.
"ned" you whispered, caressing his cheek with your finger, which was almost the size of his face. "he's small" jon said and you laughed "my little wolf" Jon took your hand in his, reaching both hands towards ned.
ned's eyes widened at his parents' touch, jon didn't expect his eyes to be unique to a targaryen. purple eyes and perfectly black hair, small curlers were already visible.
"he's beautiful, just like his mother," he said, kissing the side of your head many times. "thank you" he said "why?" you asked, turning to look at him as jon took your hand and kissed your palm "for giving me a family."
★, what jon would be like with his son.
at first, he was afraid to touch him, that it would break.
but after his son took his finger in his little hand, he couldn't stop carrying it. he loved his little son ned and his wife.
jon walks ned through the gardens every day or takes him on horseback, he wants him to adapt to the environment that is winterfell.
but you always fill him with clothes that jon sometimes thinks his son even sees what's going on around him.
he introduced him to everyone a few days after his birth, naming him "ned, heir of the north"
you and he agreed that he should sleep with you, there are people who would harm their little son at the cost of everything.
so jon usually sleeps shirtless because he knows his son loves physical contact, he lays it on his chest while he strokes his head.
he loves to see how you fill his hungry son, and sometimes finds it funny how he takes so desperately from your breast.
"he's like his father" he says as he looks over your shoulder as his son desperately eats.
he protects his son with his very life, be it from people or words. he will not let his child be harmed or insulted.
jon is a great warrior with a sword, he knows how to use it with great agility, so he just lets his son ned watch him fight.
thanks to this, when ned was older, you found him several times imitating his father, leading him to be a better sword wielder than him.
he loves his family more than anything in the world, and having children with you is the best thing he has.
so, very soon, you will have a child in your belly again.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, visibly worried as he stood up from the snow leaving the two boys behind, "You should be resting…"
A small chuckle left you as he placed his big hand on top of your swollen belly, you looked down at it for a few seconds before looking up to his face. The love in his eyes was visibly obvious as you felt, once again, bewitched by his deep brown stare. The same butterflies that were present the day of your wedding, were flying in your stomach as you felt his loving touch on you. So protective and caring.
"It's time for Rickon to go to his classes with the Maester," you informed. The older child looked at you with puppy eyes, begging for you to not send him away from his little brother, "go on, pup, he's waiting for you… you can play with Aelor after you've finished."
The brown haired boy stood up from the snow and walked half-hearted towards the castle. Once he passed right beside you, you stopped him to kiss him softly on his forehead before letting him go. As a response, he wrinkled his nose and left obediently. Cregan saw the tender scene with a smile on his face,
"He was comforting his brother," Cregan said, "Aelor needed his company."
"We've talked about this, this is usual, this happens to everyone… My brother, Aemond, went through the same thing and now he rides Vhagar," you shrugged.
"He's ten, he doesn't understand it, he feels unworthy," he turned around to look at him.
Aelor Stark, a beautiful brown haired boy who carries his mother's eyes. The first born son product of your love for Cregan. He was bigger than the other children of his age, and his only friends were his half-brother, Rickon, and his younger sister of five, Lysara.
And while Lysara's egg already hatched, Aelor's hasn't been so lucky to say the same. The poor boy spent the prior night crying on your lap as Cregan looked at you with pure distress in his eyes, knowing that he wasn't able to do anything that could cheer his son up. That same night, you told Aelor that he could claim a dragon of his own once he was old enough… but, as your husband said, his sadness was not only because he didn't have a dragon yet, he felt sad because he felt as if he was unworthy of having one.
"I can't bear to look at his saddened eyes," Cregan said, "he has your eyes, everytime i see sadness in them is as if I'm seeing sadness in yours. I can't allow my family to be miserable."
"We're not, my love," you quickly answered, placing your hand on his cheek, "you have given us nothing but pure happiness. What is happening is beyond our control, is what nature desires."
"We need to do something," he spoke sternly, "I will not sit back and see our son suffer."
You couldn’t help but smile genuinely at his sweet words.
"There's nothing left to do, we just need to wait and take him to King's Landing so he can claim an already hatched dragon… there are plenty of them."
"Is it my fault?" Cregan asked suddenly with a soft voice. You quickly frown, visibly confused.
"Your fault?"
"What if my- my genes are too strong and his Valyrian blood is not working… he already has brown hair, and-"
A chuckle was heard as you stood on your tiptoes to silent him with a soft kiss. He immediately grabbed your waist as he sighed once you captured his lips in a touch that made him forget about everything for just a couple of seconds. That was the power you had on him.
Once you pulled back, Cregan's eyes slowly fluttered open until his eyes met yours. He took a deep breath and you smiled,
"This is not your fault," you said slowly, trying to make him understand, "you're a wise man, husband, it surprises me that you were able to think such a foolish thing."
"I apologize," he muttered, a bit embarrassed.
"No need, my love," you softly shook your head and sighed before pecking his lips, "now, Lysa is asking for her father, she said you promised her to help her with her Valyrian classes."
Cregan smiled embarrassed, a soft tone of pink covered his cheeks as he looked down at the snow beneath his thick boots. You bit your own bottom lip as you let out a breathy laugh, seeing your husband being so flustered was a bit amusing for you.
Especially because you knew you were the only one who was able to make him feel that way.
"She told you, she betrayed our pact,'' he said between soft chuckles.
"I told you it wasn't necessary…"
"I want to be able to teach them, my love. They're my children too, I need to be part of their culture."
"That's very kind of you," your arms wrapped around his waist as you kiss him again.
"You won't be able to gossip about me in another language," he joked between pecks.
"I would never gossip about you, you fool," you laughed.
Cregan placed his hands on your face and took a look at your features for a long time. He would always do that; hold your face between his big hands and stare at your beauty for a few seconds, admiring every single bit of you. He sighed, completely enamored by the view in front of him, and then he gently rubbed his nose against yours, closing his eyes but still being able to perceive your small smile.
"You're the most beautiful woman in the world, my love," he whispers, pressing his forehead in yours, "I love you more than words can tell, my princess."
Your heart, filled with joy, skipped a beat as you heard that nickname that he now uses only in intimate moments like this, for he wanted to let you know how you had all the control of him. You opened your eyes, looking at those gleaming dark eyes that you loved so dearly.
Those tiny little moments made you think about how lucky you were.
Later at night, when the crackling sound of the fireplace was the only thing you were able to hear, you were laying in bed with Aelor under one arm and Lysara kissing and caressing your belly as she spoke to her new sibling growing inside of you. You looked at the scene, with tender eyes and a giant smile decorating your face.
"Sagon gīda, zaldrītsos," Be careful, little dragon, you told her gently, caressing her curly brown hair, "Your little brother or sister is too small yet, so you have to be careful, okay?"
"I hope is a girl…" Aelor whispered on your side. You turned to look at him, asking him to explain his answer, "maybe she'll be able to have a dragon if she's a girl like Lysa."
You pressed your lips in a thin line as you cupped your son's face and caressed his chubby cheeks. A soft kiss was left on his forehead as you shook your head,
"Listen to me, zoklītsos." Little wolf, you called him, "gender has nothing to do with it, and you will have a dragon."
"But-"
"In a few months we'll visit your grandmother, and once we're in the capital we'll go to the Dragon Keep, where you will choose a dragon to claim," you spoke softly, but sternly at the same time, "so, just be patient and wait."
"I'm sorry, muña," he said before he cuddles under your arm once again.
"No need to-"
Your words were interrupted as the door suddenly opened with a deafening sound as it smacked against the wall. Your first instinct was to grab Lysara and Aelor, and place them behind you as you grab your small dagger from under your pillow.
However, your body relaxed once you saw Rickon entering the room with a suspicious big smile and laughing as he covered his mouth. You took a deep breath and you hid the dagger under the pillow once again.
"Rickon, darling, you scared me," you said, scolding him but keeping your voice as soft as you could, "what is it that has you so cheerfully laughing, huh?"
"We have a surprise for Aelor!" He said happily.
"We?" You asked.
Cregan walked inside the room as soon as those words left your mouth, and your eyes widened as you looked at the half grown direwolf between his arms. It looked quite small in them.
Your husband had the same smile as the one his first child had, two pairs of eyes gleaming with excitement as they looked at your eldest son. Soon you realized what was going on, and a horror look was seen in your face as you grabbed Lysara and held her close to your body.
"Absolutely not!" You said, trying to grab Aelor too but he already stood up from the bed, "Aelor!" You scolded him.
"What is this?!" The small child asked as he caressed the soft fur of the wolf.
"Your new pet, my boy," Cregan said, kneeling so Aelor was at the same height as the animal.
"Cregan?" You asked, confused and astonished, "mind to explain what is the meaning of this?"
You stood up from the bed, your daughter hanging from your arms as you walked back, far from the animal that started to move its ears each time Aelor would touch its belly.
Cregan left the wolf on the floor and walked towards you, removing the girl from your arms and holding her in his instead.
"Be careful, my love," he warned you, "you cannot strain yourself, not with our little pup growing inside you."
"Cregan, what is this?" You asked again, yelping as the wolf started to howl.
He laughed softly, "my love, you ride a dragon, how can you be scared of a wolf?"
"I'm a Targaryen, we bond with our dragons, they would never harm us."
"Starks bond with direwolves, love…" he explained softly, "Look at them, they already love each other and they've just met."
You looked at your son as the wolf licked his cheek and he laughed gleefully. Rickon was looking at them with excitement, for now he had another thing in common with his little brother. Your heart lighted up after seeing Aelor smiling like that after days of only seeing saddened eyes on him. That mere thought softened your heart, and made you sigh.
"Cregan…"
"Listen, I will take care of everything, okay?" He said, grabbing your hand and kissing it gently, "And I assure you, my love, nothing will happen to you because I will always be here to protect you."
"Whose idea was to get this… thing?"
"Uh… mine," he muttered, smiling shyly, "I told you I had to do something about it, I can't bear to see my family being miserable."
Your haze softened at his words; you were Cregan's weakness but he was certainly yours too. The only one that can make you bend.
"Alright, he can keep his pet, but it will stay away from me," you warned, "I don't want that thing being close to me, I feel that it will chew my face off."
Cregan only laughed at your words before kissing your lips.
Aelor stood up from the floor and ran towards Cregan, hugging him tightly as he cheerfully yelled, "thank you, kepa! thank you!"
You would've looked at the tender scene being displayed in front of you, but your eyes were fixed on the animal sitting on the carpet. The wolf made eye contact with you, and tilted its head as it sighed. With your lips pressed in a thin line, you heard at your daughter saying,
"Can I have one too, kepa?"
With widened eyes you looked at your daughter, seeing how her eyes shone with the sight of the direwolf just a few meters away from you.
"Oh, Gods…" you muttered, caressing your belly.
You started to beg for the next one to claim a dragon instead of a frightening wolf.

Your love for Aemond hadn’t always been unrequited. At least you’d like to think it wasn’t. Both of you had grown together in the red keep as children. The two of you read together, ate together, and overall grew together. Aemond was your best friend before he was your betrothed. Whenever his mother was busy, it was your side that he clung to. The two of you were so attached at the hip that Alicent even took you to driftmark with them. You and the beast that came with you of course. No one really knows how you stumbled upon a hyena pup, nor how you tamed it to your side as a child. Nevertheless, they never forbid you from having it. If the Targaryens could have their dragons, and the Starks their dire wolves, then certainly you could have the tricky little beast that you insisted on calling Lark. In some ways, Alicent was thankful that you insisted on keeping it. After all, it was your hyena that stood between Aemond and the other children on that fateful night in driftmark. The beast had acted as your legs and ran faster than you could to reach the devastating brawl before you. Despite Aemond’s wails of pain, Lark refused to let the guards come too close. Only when you arrived did she move aside. Regardless of being young, that was the first night you realized your feelings for Aemond Targaryen. The very sight of him bleeding and broken struck you so deeply that you felt as if you had been maimed too. Alicent had noticed the change as well as she watched you stand by her son's side whilst he received stitches. Her dark eyes gazed deeply at how tightly you held Aemond’s hand, as if he would disappear. Aside from her, no one had ever loved her son this passionately, not even his own father.
“Prince Aemond must be sharply questioned so we might learn where he heard such slanders” Rhaenyra demanded.
“ Was the blade of your son’s knife not enough sharpness for the night?” All eyes turned to you in surprise. You had never been known to speak out if it did not benefit you. Most of the time you were seen standing to the side, watching while others tore each other apart. Aemond could always see past it, see your true intentions. He knew you were studying how different people fought and where their weak points were. You had been around the red keep long enough to know that Lucerys Velaryon was Rhaenyra’s soft spot, and tonight you planned to use that against her.
“ You should watch your tongue when you speak to me” Rhaenyra warned, her eyes flickering over to her father to see if he would do anything.
“ or what, you’ll have Lucerys cut it out like he did Aemond’s eye” The neutrality on your face was enough to both scare and amaze Aemond.
“ You dar-”
“ Enough! My son has lost an eye and now you insist on arguing with a young girl?” Alicent moved up next to you, a hand on your back in support. She knew how terrifying it was to stand alone in a room full of adults scrutinizing you. That’s how her wedding felt after all. The queen’s hand never wavered through the interrogation of the green children. You held Aemond’s hand and she held you. Until things escalated that was. When the queen rushed towards Rhaenyra you stepped in front of Aemond. Shielding him from the sight of his mother in the midst of such violence. All Aemond could see in the midst of chaos was you, and all you could see was the river of blood on Rhaenyra’s arm. Little did you know how familiar you would be with crimson rivers in due time.
It was shortly after that night when your betrothal to the second son was announced. Alicent assured that it was needed to form an alliance between your family and theirs, when in reality it was a match made to ease the worried queen’s heart. In her eyes, no one else was a better match for Aemond than you, and for the longest time, you believed her. Oh, how foolish you were.
Six years passed with ease for the two of you. The first four were filled with fleeting touches, deep conversations, and young love.
“What is this, my lady, a journal?” Aemond’s voice floated around you as his chin found purchase on your shoulder.
“ And if it is?” You hummed, closing the leather-bound book a bit too quickly.
“ Then I fear I must inspect it. Wouldn’t want my future wife to be keeping secrets from me.” You recognized the playful jest in Aemond’s voice and wasted no time in rushing up from the bench.
“ Not so fast, my love.” Aemond chuckled, ensnaring you from behind.
“ Aemond!” You protested, smacking his locked arms with the leather bound book.
“ Have I ever told you how much I adore it when you fight back?” Aemond snickered, his breath hot on your neck.
“ You pervert!” You feigned offense before looking ahead to your pet, “ Lark, get him girl, c’mon!”
“ You know she won't come. That ole girl loves me as much as she loves you." Aemond smirked, whistling for Lark in the way you taught.
" Traitor." You grumble with a hidden smile as the Hyena trots over to the pair of you casually.
The two of you were married when he was seventeen and you were sixteen. Your union was repeated twice over. Once in front of a sept full of people, and then in the tradition of old valyria. Aemond wanted reassurance that you would never part from him. Your marriage fueled two more years full of what was now mature love.
The edge of your teeth pulled at the pillow of your bottom lip as you stared at the dark oak door. The sound of jeering men swarmed your thoughts and threatened the bile at the back of your throat. You tried to hide your discomfort for Aemonds sake, but he was keen to your reactions by now.
“ Do not fret, my love, I will not let them hear your noises. I would never let them hear what is only meant for me and you.” Aemond spoke lowly, using your hips to turn you towards him and away from the door.
“ They’ll hear regardless.” You muttered bitterly, “They’re sat out there with their ears pressed against the door just wa-”
“ I said they would not hear you and I meant it” Aemond murmured into your ear with a soft kiss to the sensitive skin just beneath it.
“Aem-” You sighed contently.
“That’s it..sȳz riña.”Good girl. Your breathing faltered as the pet name slipped past his lips. He had figured out how much you liked to be praised from your journals.
“ You r-remebered…”You managed to gasp as he trailed down your neck.
“ I remember anything and everything that has to do with you, my love. I always will.” Aemond promised between wet kisses. You shouldn’t have believed him, but you did.
You never would’ve thought that you could fall deeper in love with Aemond Targaryen after that night, but nine months later proved you wrong. The sight of him by your side as you delivered your son set permanent hearts in your eyes. He had not cared for the blood or screams, only you and the babe. The babe who he later named Aemys because it was as close as he could get to amethyst, your favorite color. Every little detail of  the things he did revolves around you. That’s what fueled your denial the first time you coughed up blood.
Your eyes stared hard at the bloody petal laying in your palm. Had that come from you? You had read strange tales of those who bled flowers, but you believed it only to be fiction. Surly your blood would not change at the ripe age of ten and nine.
“ The flower that once bloomed love will soon bloom blood. “ Helaena aimlessly mumbled to herself from beside you.
“ What..?”Your heart sped up as you analyzed her words. No one had ever paid any mind to her silly riddles, except for you.
“ Blooming blood blooms a burial.” This time Helaena was focused on you as she spoke. Her eyes filled with unknown sorrow. You left Aemys to play with his cousins as you rushed to the library. No one else was there to question your  sanity as you pulled book after book from the shelf to find the old dornish fables that lay hidden among them.
“Hanahaki..”Every word, every page, and every definition seemed to tear you apart further as you read. No other condition led to flowery bile except for this one. Aemond loved you though. How could this be possible?
Your thoughts would be answered two morrows later when Aemond returned from his siege of Harrenhal. Everyone had expected to see him arrive on dragon back alone, certainly not with a strong bastard. A gorgeous strong bastard at that. You felt your chest tighten as you gazed upon her dark flowy locks and enchanting eyes. Oh by the seven, how could you spite him for loving someone like her? If circumstances were different, then perhaps you too would fall under her spell. It wasn’t until you saw the way she clung to Aemond’s arm that the coughing fit started. This had to be it. What else could it be? Aemond hated physical contact with strangers, yet he let a previously unknown wetnurse cling to him like a paramour. The harder you thought about it, the harder you coughed. The fit only resulted in a petal or two, but in time that would grow. The longer Alys rivers stayed, the worse you got. Both you and the universe could feel Aemond straying from you, even if he spoke differently.
“I am not in love with her!”Aemond snapped, reaching his breaking point in this petty argument that had started hours ago at dinner.
“ You do not see the things I see, Aemond. The way you defend her, encourage her, look at her…all in the way you used to look at me-” It took effort to fight down the sickness as you fought. It had been months, but you made no move to tell Aemond, you couldn’t.
“ I do not love her as I love you-”
“ Yes, but you love her!” You cried in outrage, gripping the wall near you for support. Everything became so out of focus as you spoke the words. It was the first time you had ever admitted it to yourself. The dew of brick cooled your skin as you leaned against the wall. Your body trembled with deep echoey coughs as petals tore their way up your throat.
“ I did not mean to make you sick, dear wife” Aemond spoke softly and simply. Wife. He had never called you that before, not even on your wedding night. It was always my love or Ñuha prūmia. How ironic for him to call you his heart when sooner or later he would be the reason yours cease to beat.
“ Just go, Aem, please.” You pleaded, turning away, “I do not wish to fight.”
“ As you wish.” Aemond’s bow before he left was the final straw to crack your heart open. Why must he be so formal when you stand dying a few feet away? How can he not see how badly you suffer? Were the shadows beneath your eyes, or the crack of your lips not big enough clues for him? Would you need to be dead for him to finally understand?
Unfortunately for you, that’s exactly how it was going to be. Everyone else around you had begun to notice the shift in your behavior. The fatigue, the paleness, and the emotions. Alicent first noticed it when she sat in the nursery with you, Helaena, and the children just after supper. She saw the way your eyes refused to leave Aemys as if it would be your last look. The way you held him was the same way she held Aemond when he lost his eye.
“ He’s a clever boy.” Alicent smiled as Aemys recited a word back to one of his cousins.
“ That he is.” You agreed, melancholy ghosting your lips. It hurt the queen to see you this way. You were a part of her almost as much as her children. You came to her as a child she was not forced to love nor conceive. Yet you wormed your way into her heart as if she had carried you. The sight of you so sickly and sad tugged at Alicent’s heart.
“ You’re sick, are you not?” Alicent proclaimed in observation rather than a question.
“ Mhm, In a way I suppose I am.” You hummed out softly. It had gotten to the point where it was hard to speak most days. The petals had begun to come up in thick, dry heaves, with occasional thorns that tore at your throat.
“ Have you told Aemond?” The queen inquired.
“ Aemond is the reason I’m sick in the first place.” You grumbled before sighing in defeat, “ Or I suppose it’s more of my fault. I was foolish to think he would ever actually love me.”
“ You don’t mean-” Alicent’s soft words trailed off abruptly. Alicent Hightower was no stranger to the hanahaki disease. She too had suffered through it once. Except she learned how to get around it.
“ I do.” You answered simply, with no trace of sadness or indifference.
“ There are ways around it my d-”
“ Such as forgoing my love for Aemond, I know. I could live a long life if I cast aside every loving memory I hold of him, but alas it is not that easy. I have tried, if that brings you any comfort. In the midst of the night when my eyes are swollen from tears and the blood in my throat is so thick I cannot breathe, I have tried, and I have failed.” Alicent’s eyes well with tears as you speak, almost as if she’s dared to imagine you in such dismay. You reach out to soothe her hands comfortingly, but she grips onto yours tightly instead.
“ It is not easy, but you must keep trying.” Alicent urges, a wobble to her voice.
“ There is no reason for me to put myself through the agony of erasing my happiness when I am already in physical torment. The sight of Aemond is the very reason I wake up every morning. Hearing his laugh, seeing his smile, and feeling his warmth are all things that have kept me going. Forgetting those would be forgetting myself.” You reason, a wisp of remembrance in your eyes.
“ If not for yourself, then for Aemys” Alicent argues.
“ Aemys is one of the reasons I have chosen to give up. Every time I look at him I see Aemond. They are alike in everything but the eyes. The mere sight of that boy reminds me of the night he was made, of the love and passion Aemond had for me. Yet he no longer holds in regards to me. I would rather Aemys hear stories of his parent’s love than grow up with two plain parents.” The child in topic bursts into giggles a few inches away, stealing your attention from the queen. Your eyes crinkle with happiness and you move to turn towards him, but Alicent holds firm.
“ Aemys needs his mother.” She argues once more.
“ He does not. Aemys will have a loving father and grandmother by his side. Alongside his aunt Helaena, Uncle Daeron, and three beautiful cousins. Even Aegon cares for the little rascals’ life.” You chuckled.
“ That is n-”
“ Please, I have made my choice. I appreciate your council, but it is too late. I fear after I lay my son to sleep, it will be my last night alive. I thank you for all the love and comfort you have given me in my lifetime. I love you, mother.” You pressed the meat of your cheek against Alicent’s hand in farewell before standing.
“ If you’ll excuse me-” As you stood to retrieve your son, Alicent excused herself from the room hastily. Never did she think she would find herself running through the castle’s corridors, but yet here she is. Alicent’s heels had been long forgotten and the emerald hem of her dress dragged upon the stone as she made haste to the library, where Aemond would be.
“ Aemond! Ae-” The frantic shrill of the queen mother’s voice echoes throughout the shelves.
“ Mother?” Aemond calls out, emerging from a row with a disheveled Alys in tow, “ Is something wrong?”
“ You hide away fondling a wet nurse while your wife withers away! Have I truly raised you this way?” The despair in Alicent’s voice takes Aemond by surprise. He reaches out to hold her arms, but she pulls away.
“ She is not withering away, mother. She has assured me that it is just a small cold.” Aemond speaks calmly, in hopes to ease his mother’s franticness.
“ A small cold!? She has every sign of hanahaki disease and you have not suspected a thing?” Alicent refuted.
“ Because it is not possible! I love her!” Aemond snaps.
“ Not enough!” Alicent sighs, “ In no world should I have had to be afraid of letting her go in fear that I would not see her again. She has accepted her death, Aemond. How far out of love have you fallen with her to the point where your wife greets death openly?”
Aemond doesn’t bother with a reply because he’s already on his way out of the door. His pounding steps reverberate through the empty halls and the tremble of panicked breathing surrounds him. Fear nearly eats him alive as he reaches the door to your marital chambers. Never has he been terrified to open those doors to the sight of you. He had never once feared  finding you dead, but now he has. Slowly but surely, Aemond pushes the giant oak open. He spots you knelt on the balcony in your nightdress, looking up at the stars. Lark lay whining at your side until she hears Aemond shuffle forward. Much to Aemond's surprise, the hefty beast that once worshiped him as you did, bared its teeth to him.
"Please.." Aemond wasn't sure if he was pleading to Lark to let him pass or to the gods for your life. Either way, the Hyena was the first to answer him. Lark moved aside slowly so that Aemond may pass, but still kept defense from a ways away.
“I-” Before a word can even escape his lips, you’re lurching forward. Aemond rushes forward and sinks to his knees to hold you. The convulsions of your stomach can be felt as he circles your waist.
“ I’m so sorry, my love, please.” The cold wash of fear grips his spine as blood and flowers paint the floor. He has no idea what to do. You’re not saying anything or doing anything to cease the onslaught of terror, yet you’re not pushing him away either. On the contrary, you’ve tangled your fingers with the hand he has over your stomach.
“ I love you. I’ll always love you.” Aemond croaks helplessly into your hair as you lean back against him. It’s too late, you had once said. It seems that the universe had agreed. Your breathing rattled to a stop and the grip of your hands weakened.  “ I love you. Forever and Always. I promise.” Aemond whispered, pressing a salt-soaked kiss to your temple as he felt your heart slow. The thump that once echoed through your back onto his own heart stuttered to a stop, and with it so did Aemond’s world.

Can I have a interaction separately with Crewel daughter who graduated and accepted to be the bride of the guys ( Maulles, Leona, Vil, Idia, Silver, and Jamil ) saying liked
" Even if the world will or might hate you, I will not as you are my love, so please let me carry your burdens as well as you carry mine we are equal in this marriage "
Giving a soft smile at them and holding their hand softly in her much smaller ones, as here eyes she truly loved them, even more she even carrying their child in her large belly
Tumblr media
Okay one milestone at a time
Crewel’s daughter isn’t doing anything with anyone without preventative measures
“Because dogs who aren’t neutered don’t deserve to play in the pen!”
^^^Crewels words not mine
But let's say after graduation
Everyone’s going their separate ways and for whatever reason you’ve decided you can’t stand to let them leave
And those words kind of sound like the declaration of someone proposing after a heap load of an event
More specifically a reputation shattering one:
Tumblr media
Malleus Draconia
Imagine his overblot just being that bad or just someone outwardly announcing how much of a monster they think he is for simply existing Rollo
He’s feeling disheartened and wondering if he even deserves you since he’s such a monster
And when you finally climb up on his perch on top of the school you keep your balance
“Hey, how are you feeling?”
“...I cannot help but worry I truly am as they say…a monster…perhaps that is all I am.”
You sigh tapping on his shoulder and beckoning him to stand
And like your good dragon he does
“I wanted to do this when we planned to go to the Briar Valley Ball but here goes.”
You try to kneel down but he stops you simply because he’s just worried you’re falling
But you shake him off to continue your kneel
popping the question with a large obsidian and emerald encrusted ring
He’s blushing, his eyes are glowing, his tails out and waving in excitement, and his wings are fluttering about as well
He’s happily accepting you’re official engagement
He might have not really understood why you started kneeling but he knew what rings meant and the words “Marry me” meant
He’s scooping you up and your not going to be able to go home without a claiming mark or two
Your father was probably well-aware this was something you had been preparing for
And really really reluctantly encouraging you as you detailed your custom ring for Malleus
“At least if I’m giving my sweet pup away it’ll be to the most powerful magic caster in Twisted Wonderland.”
Tumblr media
Leona Kingscholar
Either the media has gotten a hold of his overblot situation or a really public squabble with Falena
He’s retreated from the castle or hiding away in a nearby abandoned building
He really just wanted to be alone
He was so angry because it was always like this
And at this rate some other obstacle was going to come in between you and him
How was he supposed to mow that down when everyone’s so busy whispering about every little thing about him
So you’re cautious making plenty of identifying noise that its you coming by so that he isn’t startled
He doesn’t bother holding back his frustration maybe even telling you about his worries that even he is unworthy of you
“Leona.”
“And I bet you just want to leave now, right?”
“Leona.”
“Don’t even try to lie, you might as well think I’m the level of dirt aren’t I!?”
“Leona.”
“And even worse he’s just going to pretend–”
“Leona shut up and let me propose!”
“...What?!”
It takes him a while to register when you shove the box into his toned chest
But he wouldn’t have it any other way
Declaring your love for him he’s so pleased
He might even cry
But he was happy that for certain you’d be his
Now it probably be pretty counter productive if he tried to stage an assassination plot, right?
Crewel’s probably chugging away at some pixie rum as he wonders where he went wrong
“Of all the motley curs it had to be him…maybe its the muscles…what in the Great Seven’s does she see in him of all people?!”
Tumblr media
Vil Schoenheit
Any major smear campaign really that might have turned a good chunk of fans away or really rooted out the people he decided to keep close
Either hits hard and it hurts
In an established relationship he has no doubt you won’t leave him
Right?
You’ll most definitely stay by his side while he gets through this rough patch
Right?
He isn’t too much right?
Too much to deal with right?
Right?!
Right?!
He needs you to tell him how much you love him more than anytime ever
He’ll need you to keep repeating it to him as he falls asleep when he wakes up
Heck, send him a recording not that he doesn’t already have a library full
He’ll smile and confidently defend his name to the end but he needs you more than ever
He’s not above locking you up if your unwilling
Its that bad
“Vil come to the gazebo, I have something to tell you.”
He fears the worst
Are you really trying to leave him now of all times
He has the potion in his pocket as he steels himself not to start begging you right now
But he’s even more caught off guard when your grabbing his hand and holding it to your lips as you look into his eyes
“Marry me Vil Schoenheit.”
He’s going to cry as he says yes and you put that giant diamond and amethyst ring on his finger
“You know we’ll have to wait until this scandal dies down?”
“Why should we? This doesn’t concern them, your married to me aren’t you?”
He’s probably fallen ten times harder now
Crewel is resigned, he kind of thought this would happen
“What can I say? She has her father’s eye for talent and theatrics.”
Tumblr media
Idia Shroud
He’s revealed to have overblotted or outed as the major gamer behind some of the top rankings
He feels betrayed most of all
Gaming was his out and thanks to some vengeful fans of another gamer they almost ruined to for him
Or bringing more shame to the STYX corporation then he meant
First Ortho, then his overblot, now this
Let him be the little spoon
And kiss him all over
And don’t leave the bed without him
This is a hard one, his hair makes it hard for him to go anywhere without someone recognizing him
“I’ll just never go outside again! Yup that's it!”
“Don’t be so dramatic! How am I supposed to marry you if you do that!?”
“Huh!”
You’ll do something officially for him of course but the ‘m’ word in general has him spiraling alone
so maybe prefacing your declaration with this will ease the blow
Go through a life altering crisis just to get the equivalent of a goddess to marry him?!
It was totally worth it
Now Ortho’s happy he just don’t know what you did to give his brother this sudden motivation to clean up his act
Crewel’s also getting the Pixie Rum for this one
“Maybe she’s fond of the lacking breeds of the bunch? I don’t understand it in the slightest.”
Tumblr media
Silver Vanrouge
Fae community looking down on him probably
‘Why is a human even trying to protect our king? That’s quite the insult in and of itself’
He hates this
He hates it most of all
Despite what many might think he knows they think he’s weak
Same goes for other humans except that they know he’s…just out of touch
“Why…is it like this…?”
Lilia is there for him and Malleus comforts him but it doesn’t help
Where can he truly be someone that fits
Someone worthy of you in the first place
He’s not one to bottle his feelings but he doesn’t want everyone to hear
He’s also debating if he should finally take his father up on his advice to lock up who you love dearly
Anyway in blades of grass as your cushion he rests his head in your lap
“Am I truly worthy of you? Can I even prove that I am with all that I’m lacking? I went through Night Raven and have still found I’m so much lesser than you should have…”
He turns lying face flat into your thighs as he bows down to you
“Do you even still want me?!”
You lift his head declaring your love
“I’m going to marry you, Silver. ‘Want’ is an understatement.”
Crewel is holding the bridge of his nose as tightly as possible as he listens to your future father-in-law go on and on
“Ain’t that nice? We’re going to legally be a family!”
“Whatever. Don’t talk to me until the day of.”
“Don’t be like that Papa-in-law!”
“AGH Of all the picks of the litter it had to be him!?”
Tumblr media
Jamil Viper
Al Asim family and his family finding out about his overblot and casting him out
He’s prepared for this
Yup
He knew it would happen and it isn’t surprising
Not to mention he’s free now
What was he going to do now
He couldn’t demand to keep you and not know what he was doing with his life
He really dropped the ball on this one
He didn’t expect them to find out so soon
Or for his entire family to cut him off without a second word
He couldn’t believe he was saying it but he was almost happy Kalim was retaliating at them on his behalf
Relying on Kalim in his own debt felt even worse now
This would most certainly dent his plans to use snake charmer to travel with him
You’re going to have to pull him out of his work
Which he most certainly has buried himself into
Cook him some curry and take him on a date on the magic carpet under the moonlight
“I understand you might be trying to send me off with a nice date and my favorite food but—”
He has no intentions of letting you leave him
“You think I’m trying to break this off? And I thought we established that you were smarter than Kalim?”
He’s stunned as you declare your love for him giving him a deep kiss right after for good measure
Crewel is actually pleased with this matchup on the surface but even the most loyal pups have their flaws
“Why must you pick the pups from Night Raven, darling daughter? They aren’t the worst of the litter…but they have their own…kinks.”

After the others all breathed immense sighs of relief, however, Ember continued, and said that they could not delay, and they had to hasten themselves to leave these territories; for although she was able to reason with the Great Elemental Dragon, the mere presence of such a small group was already close to their limit, and they would not allow a longer stay or more beings to pass without issues.
Hearing this, both Nox and Boom turned away to think, albeit for separate reasons, before Nox asked the group for some silence, as she had to let her Mother know that they could not yet allow Shining to join them, lest they risk the wrath of the Great Elemental Dragons that rule these lands; and to her great relief, Luna understood, and from her position in Frost's arms, she gestured to Celestia.
When Celestia noticed the signs that her Sister wished to speak with her, she discreetly moved over to sit next to her and Frost, and while the Dragoness between them was as quiet and sat as still as she possibly could, Luna told Celestia about the complications the group faced; for if they were to translocate Shining now, they would put the group in danger that could not be solved with strength.
Fortunately, since the Lord of the Empire was still energetically dancing around the table with his Daughters, they did not yet have to worry about letting him know about their slight change of plan; but he could not stay forever, either, and both they and the group had to make sure that everything was set, so Luna closed her eyes to reach out to Nox, while Celestia moved over to talk to Shining.
But just as she gently laid her head on Frost's chest again, Luna heard that Shining had started to well up as he quietly whispered to the two Young Princesses that he loved them more than they could imagine; and Luna struggled to calm down her heart as she told Nox and the group to look after each other, as Shining had just uttered what she knew he intended to be his last words to his Daughters.
In response, Nox quickly passed her Mother's message on to the others, and repeated Ember's request to leave these territories as soon as they could, and to find an area of neutrality where they were able to rest and regroup; but when Ember took the lead to guide the group to the East, Boom did not move a muscle, and he pensively looked into the distance towards the Great Elemental Dragon's lair.
Only when Nox placed her paw on his shoulder was Boom finally able to snap out of his focus, but he could not answer her when she asked him if he had heard her, for which he started to apologise; but Nox instead told him to forego his apology, and to make haste, as Ember had already started to lead the group further East in the hopes of reaching unoccupied territory where they could take a break.
Before he could take time to think, Boom was pulled onto his hooves by Nox, who started to push him forwards with her wings, hoping to catch up with the others, while back in the Empire, Lord Shining was putting on his armour and gathering his supplies again; but when he put on his protective gear, Celestia returned all his weapons onto his body without anybody noticing, save for her and Shining.
All that Cadance worriedly asked Shining was why he briefly shuddered a moment ago, the moment that all his weapons were translocated at once, to which he lied that he was just not looking forward to stepping into the snow; and he sweetly promised Cadance, Flurry, and Twila that he would be back in no time, before he jokingly asked the two Princesses if they could look after their Mother for him.
As brave as one of the Royal Guards, the two little Fillies almost started to jump in excitement as they promised their Dad that Momma would be every right before he returned back, before they softly asked him to be safe and stay careful in the very cold; and Shining had to hold back his tears with all his might as he picked up Twila and Flurry, and pulled them and Cadance in for a sweet embrace.
In turn, as everyone in the Hall got up to join the Crystal Royals to the aura, Shining whispered:
"I already miss you…"

HEADCANON; HAVING RHAENYRA'S AND DAEMON'S CHILDREN
Tumblr media
pairings; rhaenyra targaryen x fem!reader x daemon targaryen
warnings; mentions of death in childbirth, pregnancy, labor, nsfw (18+), pregnancy kink, mentions of breeding kink, degradation, praise, power play, tooth rotting fluff
author's note; i know what happens in fire & blood and in house of the dragon and i choose to strongly ignore it! i will make daemon a good father and i will make rhaenyra a happy mother so take that hbo 😒 im accepting requests btw so pls send them to me, wether if its your own ideas or a req for a hc in this series!!
first part | second part | third part | fifth part | masterlist
⊱ ───────── {.⋅ ✯ ⋅.} ───────── ⊰
➼ both yours and rhaenyra's pregnancy was going well and you both felt happy and healthy
➼ you were certainly both glowing and anyone could see how happy you both were
➼ rhaenyra and daemon were incredibly protective of you
➼ like not letting you out of their sight and making sure you weren't doing anything too dangerous
➼ also obviously you got pregnant by daemon's never ending hunger for breeding you
➼ but it's rhaenyra's child just as much as it's daemon's and she certainly shows it
➼ "i will let no man or woman near our children until they turn of age, maybe not even after that... they are just babies!"
➼ she's still convinced that you have twins and won't let anyone say otherwise about it
➼ and it makes your heart clench to hear that she claims your children as her own and you do the same
➼ you lay on your bed with her, your head on her bump, listening for kicks from the little one
➼ "oh, i heard something! i think it's talking to me! i can't wait to hold you in my arms, my little dragon."
➼ rhaenyra and daemon are so endeared by the nickname you have given to her child
➼ overall you take care a lot of her during the pregnancy since she is two months further than you are
➼ make sure she eats and drinks enough, are there for her when she feels sick, read to her when she wants to fall asleep but can't
➼ give her so many kisses on her swollen belly and she swears that it makes her feel better, especially when it's direct skin on skin contact
➼ she gets horny easily during pregnancy so she might just get wet from those kisses
➼ and you're her needy slut at her service so when she demands you to eat your queen out you do it without question
➼ which leads to daemon walking in on both of you and watching you with hunger as you are at your queen's mercy
➼ technically rhaenyra is at her weakest during her pregnancy and can't physically command you to do anything for her
➼ but it just shows how much power she holds over you and she loves it
➼ you are also just very submissive for her and would drop on your knees whenever and wherever she asks for it
➼ but as i said daemon walks in and he can't resist it and toys with you just as he always does
➼ shoves your face closer to rhaenyra's pussy and keeps a hand on the back of your head
➼ "you're a hungry little pup, hm? want to please your queen so badly, you can never resist her... you filthy little bitch."
➼ you moan into your wife's cunt and it doesn't take long for her to release all over your face and you gladly drink it up
➼ and then daemon splits you open on his cock because of course he does
➼ but you don't realize how much it turns him on to fuck you when you're pregnant until he does
➼ he keeps holding a hand to your stomach as he fucks into you and kisses your neck as you whine and whimper at the way he keeps hitting your deepest spots
➼ "so beautiful and round, you see how fast i got you pregnant, my love? everyone who sees you pregnant knows that i breed you like the stupid whore you are, that you are and will forever be mine to fuck and claim. my pretty little toy thing, just for me to use. i will breed you so many times and get you pregnant so much until the entirety of dragonstone is filled with our children, until i decide that i'm satisfied... and i will never, ever be satisfied with you. i will fuck you until my last breath."
➼ your eyes roll back into your skull, crying from how good you feel and you're delirious at his words, wishing he could get you pregnant again as soon as possible after you give birth
➼ your head is on rhaenyra's breasts as you get fucked and she smiles at you as if there was a sweet moment between you and daemon happening
➼ she was going through your hair with her hand and kissed you a few times, it was so gentle that it felt like a whiplash with daemon's unrelenting hard thrusts
➼ eventually he came inside you and was very proud of himself for it
➼ "i fucked you so hard, i'm sure you're pregnant again."
➼ "daemon... that is not how it works, you silly dragon!"
➼ when rhaenyra goes into labor you are right beside her, holding her hand and telling her that it will be alright and that she had done this five times before, she could do it again
➼ seeing her in this state terrified you a little because it's what you would go through in just a few weeks but you knew that you would be fine because rhaenyra would be by your side too, holding your hand tightly
➼ rhaenyra tried to send you away because seeing her might upset you in your state but you didn't listen to her, only kept telling her to hold on and to push
➼ eventually she gave birth to a healthy and strong baby, finally a girl
➼ she asked you if you liked the name visenya and you agreed on it although you were confused why she asked you
➼ "it's yours just as much as mine. i already asked daemon and he wanted visenya too but i want you to have a say in these things because they are your children as well, just like yours are already mine."
➼ it touched you to hear this and you give her the most loving kiss ever
➼ rhaenyra holds visenya in her arms and she's such an adorable little thing, looking around so curiously
➼ rhaenyra falls asleep quickly after the birth from exhaustion and in that time, you take little visenya into your arms
➼ "so you're my little dragon, hm, visenya? you look just like your mother, the same eyes and same nose... but i fear you got your rather large forehead from your father."
➼ daemon walks in at that moment, having been out flying with caraxes and immediately made his way back when he was told that rhaenyra was in labor
➼ "i heard that!"
➼ you only giggle at his fake hurt exclamation and his heart blooms when he hears you so happy so he can't say anything about it
➼ you place visenya in his arms and his face lights up the moment she looks at him
➼ "she's a cute little girl. look at her tiny nose! looks just like her mother."
➼ the kids start to come in to see the child and all coo over their baby sister
➼ jace takes her into his arms and keeps telling her how he's going to be the best big brother and teach her how to wield a sword and to take care of her dragon
➼ syrax was constantly churning out dragon eggs so you and jace chose one for little visenya from the many that were available
➼ you went with a white scaled dragon egg and it was placed in her crib with her from her first night, just like with her mother
➼ the following few weeks between visenya's birth and your labor were calm and peaceful and all three of you took a lot of care of visenya
➼ even though rhaenyra kept telling you to rest since you didn't have much left until your little one was coming
➼ but again, visenya was your child too and the urge to see her and take care of her was just as strong as rhaenyra's
➼ but before long, your labor was starting and you were incredibly scared
➼ one of your sister's, the one that reminded you of baela a lot, had died in childbirth which is why it was fearful for you to go through this
➼ and obviously it wasn't just you scared of it
➼ both rhaenyra and daemon's mothers had died in childbirth as well so everytime, it was a challenge and fear to go through this
➼ but they were constantly by your side through the entire labor, holding each of your hands and reassuring you that you would be fine
➼ they were partially saying that to keep themselves calm too because they wouldn't know what to do if they lost you too
➼ rhaenyra was constantly kissing your forehead and telling you that you were doing well for her and that she couldn't wait to see your little dragons
➼ you gave birth to your son and he came out squealing and crying loudly
➼ but the midwife told you to keep pushing because the maestar had been right, you did have twins!
➼ your daughter was born shortly after and your babies were both as healthy and happy as they come and you were okay as well, just tired from labor
➼ after they were cleaned up they were each put in your husband and wife's arms since you were too weak to hold them
➼ they came as close as possible to you with them and you smiled, unbelieving that you had born two living and breathing creatures
➼ daemon had your little girl in his arms and rhaenyra your son, both doting and cooing at them
➼ "i knew i was right. i could feel that there were two of our little dragons inside you."
➼ you roll your eyes at rhaenyra's insistence and watched her give a little kiss to your son's forhead
➼ you chose rhaegar for your son and alysanne for your daughter, two traditional targaryen names and your husband and wife both loved them
➼ they had told you that you didn't need to necessarily give them valyrian names and could choose from your own house as well
➼ "no, my family doesn't mean much to me. my children will be targaryen by name and blood, they will ride dragons and should bear their ancestors names."
➼ rhaenyra and daemon were so happy to hear that and were glad that you knew how important their valyrian ancestry will be
➼ the kids come flooding in and take their time to hold the children as well
➼ you had given baela and rhaena the task of choosing eggs for their siblings and they were happy to show them to you
➼ your son, rhaegar got a light blue scaled egg and your daughter, alysanne received a purple scaled egg, both put in the cribs with the children
➼ rhaenyra, daemon and you were mostly happy that your pregnancies were over since the danger was always big but you were so lucky with the three little new ones
➼ their cribs were in one room together because you all agreed to have them grow up as siblings
➼ rhaenyra however didn't let the wet nurse touch visenya, rhaegar or alysanne just like she didn't let anyone else still her sons before
➼ she stilled not only visenya but rhaegar and alysanne too because they were her little babies too after all
➼ you were familiar with this feeling but rhaenyra was not familiar with having children that were not her blood so breastfeeding them was her way of bonding herself with them
➼ you thought it was so cute that she wanted to do this for you and you of course did the same for visenya and she was just as happy about it
➼ so both of you sat in the nursery taking turns to feed your children and after that made sure to cuddle them closely and give them all the love in the world
➼ daemon came to the nursery a lot with you, sometimes he just took one of the babies and held them close to remind himself that he had helped create these beautiful little humans
➼ he tells the children tales of his adventures and tells them that they will never experience doing such dangerous things because their father was daemon targaryen, an insanely overprotective husband and father
➼ he seems to especially love alysanne a lot who keeps gurgling at him and trying to reach up to his face
➼ the smile he has on his face is so sweet when he holds her, it's visible that he's endlessly proud of her and loves her
➼ the other children come sneaking into the nursery too, thinking that no one would see them but all three of you know about it
➼ jace and luke are very much in love with rhaegar who was a strong and big baby
➼ they always tell him that he will be a great dragon rider one day and that they will be great big brothers
➼ joffrey seems to love alysanne a lot, always wanting to look at her closely since he can't hold her yet
➼ "my little sister, you will be the best swordswoman in the seven kingdoms! i'll teach you everything you need to know!"
➼ plays peek a boo with little alysanne and she absolutely loves it, always giggling when joffrey plays with her
➼ baela and rhaena look after visenya a lot and you know that it means a lot to them to have younger sisters now
➼ you know that baela is especially taken with her since she knows that she'll be a mother soon as well and you know that she will be a good one with the way she treats and holds visenya
➼ overall you love your huge patchwork family and would give anything for them and hope that you will be happy forever with them

Mate (Raihan)
Tumblr media
TAGS: Alpha!Raihan/Omega!F!Reader, smut, a/b/o, breeding, mating press, drabble Ao3 ver.
“You feel that, princess? Can you see how your greedy cunt is practically sucking my dick in? If I didn’t know any better, I’d think you didn’t want me to move at all”
Raihan’s licentious words were as embarrassing as they were arousing, evidenced by the involuntary clenching of your pussy as he stuffed it full with the throbbing and intimidating girth of his cock. You were already quite small for an Omega, but Raihan was just so big even within Alpha standards that you barely even reached his chest!
Though it was a VERY tight fit at first, especially since you’d never mated with anyone before, through sheer willpower and a well-timed heat you managed to do so. The gym leader himself took great pleasure at the visual of your adorable little cunt trying so valiantly to wrap around his dick and prevent him from leaving your warm and slick walls.
“You’ll be the death of me, princess” he growled, a fanged smirk slithering onto his handsome face as he proceeded to maneuver your lower body into another position, practically bending your body in half before he mounted you again.
“Do you like this position? Just imagine how deep my cock is gonna reach this time. How good my knot is gonna feel when I fill you up with so much cum that it’ll be impossible for us not to have at least a litter of pups”
Your pleading whimper and watery eyes were the only answers the Dragon Tamer needed.

his handmaid's tales | main masterlist
Tumblr media
The morning of their planned family picnic dawned bright and sunny, with only a few puffy white clouds scattered across the sky. Such a perfect summer day, and his twin boys were beyond excited, nothing more than a pair of pups bouncing and wagging and yapping at their sire’s feet. Large, twinkling violet eyes and small pouts they gave him, and he could not say no to them.
So Aemond called for a royal cook to pack them a lunch before telling his sweet girl to dress comfortable, in one of the pretty and thin dresses he had tailored for outside events.
At midday, they settle outside King’s Landing, along the Blackwater Rush, tucked within a flowered grove with cool green grass and shade. The currents are wicked and treacherous, they warn their children. Do not venture too close, lest you be drowned in the waters.
But the boys are too taken with Vhagar, who slumbers behind them, to care the slightest about the river.
His handmaid sits beside him, upon the thick fleeced blanket, nursing their new daughter at her breast. Her back is to their sons, but Aemond has a feeling she’s aware of their every move around his dragon. Mother’s instincts. But gods, she’s so pretty in the sunlight, he thinks, with her arms filled with his own, and he’s stricken with lovesickness once again.
“Sweet, isn’t it?” Aemond asks.
She lifts her head to look at him. “Hm?” Her voice is soft, airy and calm. “What is sweet?”
He gestures around them, to their woven picnic basket and the great rushing river, and their children and the beauties of the land. Scattered about the blanket is half a suckling pig and buttered turnips and a piping nutty bread loaf, as well as a pigeon pie, at the request of their twins. “Everything in this very moment.” He lifts his chalice to his lips, taking a quick sip of his mead.
“It is peaceful, quiet, and just our family- the way it should be. We ought to do this more. There is no need to worry about bloodshed and wagging tongues and wandering eyes. It’s just us.”
We’re husband and wife, he wants to add, but instead remains silent.
The elm, the alder, and the black cottonwood see us as nothing more, and nothing less.
She smiles. “Yes, my prince,” she agrees, before glancing back down, to stroke their daughter’s browbone with her thumb, and coo at the little noises. Alysanne, they named her, after her own grandmother and the Good Queen Alysanne. She had been born during the early springtime, while a thunderstorm raged outside, and her father wept tears of joy inside. She has her mother’s features, to his delight.
“Ah, well, it seems you were quite hungry, my little one,” she tells the babe, giggling.
“She’s a dragon, my love. Perhaps she wishes to grow as big and strong as Vhagar.”
“Maybe.”
Aemond snags two pieces of the bread and hands her one, before plopping the other in his mouth. It’s still warm on his tongue, and he can taste the sweet walnuts and hazelnuts, and the pumpkin and oat seeds.
It’s then that one of their boys- the youngest of the two, Aenar, creeps behind his father, before flinging his arms around his neck. “Hello, father,” he whispers, nuzzling his plump face against Aemond’s cheek. Aemion slides next to his mother, kissing her on the cheek. Both boys are red-cheeked and bubbling with breathless laughter, clutching their tiny wooden stick swords in their hands.
Their mother clicks her tongue. “Are you thirsty?” she asks, reaching for the water jug. “And look at you! All sweaty and soiled, what shall we ever do with the both of you?” Aemond takes the little Alysanne from her arms as she tends to the boys, washing the sweat and dirt from them with a cool, damp cloth. But she’s laughing too, and it soon makes him laugh as well.
Aemond leans in, sniffing Aenar. “You smell more dragon than human now. Should your mother and I be worried you’ll sprout wings tonight?”
“Vhagar allowed for us to climb her legs!” Aenar exclaims, wiping his fingers on his tunic, then chewing on a piece of meat he stole from his father’s plate. Aemion nods from where he’s seated in his mother’s lap, nestled against her chest.
“We felt like you, father! Big and strong and ready to claim a dragon of our own!”
Aemond smiles, and his handmaid giggles, and he reaches out to hold her hand in his. As their sons keep recounting their previous enjoyment with Vhagar, their fingers twine together as husband and wife.

Shera’s handwriting, in all accounts, was terrible. It was crude and wispy, all blending together like a child’s scrawl. As she sat at her desk, the ink dripping onto the paper from the length of her pauses, she wondered how to sign it.
Yours,
Shera
No, that was much too personal— she… she wasn’t his.
Best,
Shera Stark
That felt formal and detached. It simply wouldn’t do.
She went through a myriad of different closing statements, wroughting her brain over like wringing out a rag. She even considered not doing it at all.
No, no— she… she wanted to. She needed to try, atleast. Sulking and crying would only do so much for her. She needed to be proactive and offer an olive branch of sorts. She settled on a simple drawing of Moongeist— or mayhaps any wolf, but the point was there. He’d know.
With the note pinned to her cut dress fabric, she snuck from her chambers, flagging down a pageboy.
“Hello,” she murmured to the young lad, who couldn’t be any older than nine or ten. “May I ask a favor of you, ser?”
“Yes ma’am… my lady,” he corrected softly, eyes wondering to Moongeist, who was sitting patiently at Shera’s feet.
“May you take this fabric and note to Prince Aemond’s chambers and leave it upon his desk?”
“The prince doesn’t like people going through his things while he’s not there, miss,” he responded, blue eyes wide. “I do not wish to be flogged.”
Shera blinked slowly. Surely Aemond didn’t have servants flogged for an indiscretion. “Has… Prince Aemond had pageboys flogged before?”
“No, miss— but I delivered him a letter while he was eating his lunch once… he had his eyepatch off on the table and I did not knock,” the young boy looked at his hands. “He said if I didn’t knock next time, he would make me clean up Vhagar’s dung with a wheelbarrow.”
What the fuck, Aemond? Shera stifled a little laugh, trying not to embarrass the boy. “How about this,” she hummed. “Would you like to pet my wolf? He’s a real direwolf, all the way from the North.”
The lad eyed Moongeist with a curious gaze. “My mumma had a shaggy dog with a curly tail when I was young. He licked my face n’ smelled horrible but he was my bestest friend,” he said, bashful. “He died a while ago— no one’s got any more pups for me to pet.”
“He’d love a pet from you, ser,” Shera continued. “Will you deliver this to Prince Aemond’s chambers? If he gets cross with you, tell me and I’ll resolve it and sic my wolf upon him. No harm will befall you.”
Shyly, the boy smiled, offering his hand to the wolf. Moongeist sniffed his hand and licked his palm, causing the boy to giggle.
Shera showed him where Moongeist liked to be scratched the most, and the pageboy was quite pleased with himself when he had the giant wolf thumping his foot on the ground like a puppy at the most perfect of scratches.
He took her note and favor and tottered off.
—
Shera knocked on Helaena’s door. “Hela?” she called softly.
A handmaid opened the door and let her in, wide eyes upon Moongeist.
The solar was lovely, decorated in blue and purple silks upon the ceiling. There were framed pinnings of various bugs upon the walls, some of them being very rare if she remembered correctly.
Upon the floor were strewn children’s toys, like wooden dragons that Helaena had when she was little, along with soldier dolls and princess dolls. Some children’s books were left open, some neatly stacked near the settee.
Shera’s eye landed on Helaena, who was bobbing a toddler on her knee on the couch. A white haired child approached her, his violet eyes wide. He was the spitting image of Aegon as a child.
“Who’s you?” he asked, not afraid to stare— like all children do.
“Shera!” Helaena exclaimed, humming as she hoisted the smaller child onto her hip. “Jaehaerys, this is your auntie Shera.”
“Auntie… Shera…” the little boy echoed. “Is she married to uncle Aemond?”
Helaena’s face blanched slightly. “No, dearest,” she hummed. “She is very close to me, like a sister. Like Jaehaera is your sister.”
“Oh,” he murmured. “She doesn’t have white hair. And she has a dog.”
“He’s a wolf, Jaehaerys,” Shera chimed in. “Has your mumma read to you about direwolves and Winter Kings yet?”
“A woof,” the smallest child chimed in, bouncing happily upon Helaena’s hip. “A woof, a woof!”
“Well, I should introduce the children. You have already met Jaehaerys,” Helaena ruffed up his white curls as he continued to stare at Shera unabashedly. “He has a twin sister, Jaehaera. Who is…” Helaena swirled around. “She is hiding behind the settee,” she whispered, leading Shera to look at the pair of violet eyes peeking over the furniture at her. “And this is my youngest, Maelor. He is two years old. The twins are five.”
“They’re gorgeous Hela,” Shera mused. “Jaehaerys looks just like Aegon, I thought I had stepped into the past when I saw him. Maelor, however,” she added, smiling at the little cherubic face of the youngest prince, who was blushing and giggling, “looks just like his mumma.”
“Come sit, lovey,” Helaena said as she put Maelor down on the floor near the toys. “Lunch should be here soon. You look darling in that shade. You look like a jeweled beetle,” she hummed, offering her hand to Shera, which she took. Hela’s palm was warm, like a toasty fire, but not sweltering. It felt akin to being swaddled with a blanket. “Can I show you some of my bugs?”
“Of course,” Shera agreed, feeling genuinely at ease. The solar was lively and lived in, surely because of the children— it felt… homely and not sterile and lifeless like some others’ chambers.
Off to the far wall, Helaena led her to a bookshelf, carved in draconic designs and various Old Valyrian sigils that she couldn’t quite parse. It was stocked from top to bottom with various books, mostly pertaining to the taxonomy and biology of insects and arachnids— but there were some familiar titles snuck in as well.
‘The Winter Kings of Yore: An Account of the North’.
“Hela— you still have this?” Shera asked, her hand thumbing over the positively ancient book, prising it from the shelf. She remembered this was one of her favorite books as a child and would request Helaena to read it when they bathed.
“Of course! I still have this one, too. ‘Tis Maelor’s favorite.” she pointed to another book, nestled next to the other tome. It was much shorter, but its hard cover was more colorful with streams of blue and purple thread embroidered into a moon and an image of a wolf.
‘Moonpuppy’. It was a children’s book, the only one Shera had brought with her to King’s Landing when she arrived at age five.
“Oh Gods,” Shera breathed, her fingertips skimming over the embroidery. It wasn’t the original binding of the book— the book was well loved into bits, to where the inner pages only remained at one point. Shera and Helaena had worked tirelessly for a whole moon trying to prise it back together. The princess embroidered the cover, trying to make it as close to the original as possible.
Opening the book, she remembered they even made a title page, inked in their silly children’s handwriting.
‘Moonpuppy, edition II. By Helaena Targaryen and Shera Stark.’
Shera wanted to cry. She sniffed, carefully going through the pages. “Helaena, how have you managed to make me cry twice now?”
“Tears of happiness, my little wolf spider,” Hela whispered. “You should read it to Maelor. You were always better at the voices than I.”
“Oh, Hela— I… I don’t know if I can,” she whispered, heat coming to her ears. “It… hurts to speak for long and I cannot project… what if he cannot hear me?”
“Even at two, he is a very good listener. He is nothing like his father in that regard.”
Shera wiped away her tears and went to sit down. “Maelor, is this your favorite book?”
“Mwoonpubby!” the toddler exclaimed, jumping to attention right away.
“Do you know all the words? It’s been quite a while since I’ve read— I may need help remembering.”
“Mumma reads it every night— can I be the pubby and you be the mwoon?”
The strength of Shera’s smile almost hurt her face. “Of course.”
She began her reading, her fingertips buzzing with elation and a strange sense of anxiety.
Once, long ago, there was a puppy.
He lived in the bitter cold and was very small, but that was okay. He had a large family to keep him warm.
His mumma and papa talked to the moon each night, encouraging him to do the same.
‘I don’t know what to say.’ said the little pup.
‘Whatever is in your heart, dearest. The moon will listen. She will always listen.’ His mumma soothed him, fiddling over his fur with her big tongue.
One day, it was very dark. Usually, at night, they had the light of the moon. But it was gone this night, smothered in fog and clouds.
The little pup whined, trudging in the snow. He was lost! He was lost and he couldn’t find his way back to his mumma.
‘Mumma! Mumma!’ he howled to the sky, to the hidden stars, to the darkened moon. ‘Moon? Moon?’
Shera cleared her throat, feeling the pinch of her nerves creeping up on her. She wanted to finish it— she had to.
There was no answer. He was alone.
He cried and cried for hours, so alone and so cold without his family to warm him. He missed his mumma so badly, he missed the moon.
‘I don’t talk to you much,’ the pup said, muzzle to the sky. ‘I don’t have much to say usually. I am sorry.’
He shuffled his paws as he huddled under a low hanging ledge, out of the snow. It was still wet and he was cold, but it was better than nothing.
He felt cold still, cold in his bones—
A light shined down upon him, finally. The moon had broken through the fog.
Her voice was so hoarse now, that nary a sound came out. Moongeist nuzzled his snout under her hand in a gesture to tell her to take it easy.
She opened her mouth to speak, but couldn’t, her voice catching within the brambles of her inflamed vocal cords.
“S’okay, auntie Shewa,” Maelor said, toddling up onto the couch and snuggling up to Shera without any reservation. “I can finish it, I know all the pawrts. Mumma gets tired too sometimes… so I finish the stowy.”
He could see, he could see. ‘Oh, thank you, thank you!’ he howled and barked and yipped.
‘You should talk to me more, little pup,’ the moon cooed, bathing him in her silver light. ‘My sweet little moonpuppy.’
His pack found him quickly, all piling near him to keep him warm. He snuggled into their furs, looking up at the sky.
The moon was full that night, full and bright.
“Auntie Shewa?”
“Hm?”
“Can I pet your woof?”
Shera looked to Helaena and gave a nod.
“You have to be gentle, like with the bugs.” Helaena stepped in, saving Shera from further talking— to which she was grateful for.
“Uh huh…” Maelor mumbled, dragging his chubby little hand over Moongeist’s fur in a gentle manner so unlike a toddler. “Soft.”
Moongeist licked the boy’s head, cowlicking his white curls into one. He giggled with delight.
They all lunched together, Helaena insisting that they sit on the floor and eat with the children. They sat in a circle, the kids having their porridge. They each had different toppings, which felt so much like them.
Jaehaerys had cut up ham atop his, accompanied by a smattering of frizzled onions.
Jaehaera, on the other hand, had pieces of stewed pumpkin atop hers, glazed with cinnamon and maple syrup. It had some roasted pumpkin seeds atop for crunch. She had more of a sweet tooth than her brother, it seemed.
Maelor had a smaller bowl with plain porridge and melted butter– he glanced at Shera’s plate, to which her and Helaena were both eating parboiled quail eggs, dipping their toasted bread in the yolk.
“Mumma– want egg,” Maelor muttered, swirling his spoon in his porridge.
“What kind of egg, darling?” Helaena asked.
“I want what Auntie Shewa has,” he continued. “Dippy egg.”
“Maera,” Helaena called to her handmaiden. “Can you please have the cooks whip up some dippy eggs for Maelor– and mayhaps a bone for Moongeist, too?”
The thumping of a tail was heard as the wolf heard ‘bone’ and ‘Moongeist’ in the same sentence. He stayed near Shera, but also in close proximity to Maelor, who had become quite attached to the wolf very quickly. The toddler offered porridge from his spoon to him, who happily slurped up the food with a wagging tail.
Soon enough, Maelor was devouring his dippy eggs with toast. Helaena leaned forward now, tracing little circles on the plush rug they sat upon. “It was supposed to be different, you know.”
Shera blinked. “What was?”
“I was supposed to be betrothed to Jacaerys– before… Aegon,” she started, eyes glazed over and looking towards somewhere far away, somewhere not completely there. “It might have been nice. I don’t know.”
“... really? You and Jacaerys?” she raised a brow. She couldn’t imagine Alicent ever agreeing to such a thing.
“Mother wasn’t pleased. Father pushed and pushed but mother was stronger and pushed back. It was a flash in the pan, so to speak. I wish I knew where we would be now if she had agreed.”
“You would be upon Dragonstone, Hela– with… Jace’s children, presumably,” Shera cringed inwardly at the thought– that would be her some day.
Helaena wrinkled her nose at the thought, seemingly agreeing with Shera’s sentiment. “For all his faults–” she got up then, tugging Shera to her feet and leading her to the open window. “Aegon is… good with the children. When he is here. I don’t… he isn’t my husband in feeling– but he is my brother. What are we, any of us– but beholden to the mistakes of our families. All of us.”
Shera stayed silent as they sat on the windowsill together, letting Helaena talk. It seemed like something she didn’t talk about much– if ever.
“He got the worst of mother’s rage. It broke something in him. But I think there is something broken in all of us, even mother,” Helaena reached to the trellis, plucking a beetle that was hiding between two folded leaves. “All of her children are cursed in some way,” she lifted her periwinkle gaze to Shera then. “You are one of her children, too.”
“... cursed,” she echoed. Yes, that seems about right.
“Will you survive?” the princess turned the conversation then. “Upon Dragonstone?”
“I don’t know.” she answered truthfully, talking in honesty about the betrothal to someone for the first time. She tried before with Cregan, but he didn’t listen.
“You’ll have to take the reins, you know,” Helaena prattled on, staring at the beetle with her full, rapt attention. It was blue in color, gleaming like a sapphire jewel in the sunlight. “Take them and steer them. You’ll be the only one able to change it– the trees bleed, Shera– cut lip, punctured wood...”
Shera’s brow furrowed further. Helaena was known to descend into her ramblings– but something within her tingled at the words. She didn’t know what they meant, but it made her stomach churn. She felt the whoosh of air from outside the window, a cream colored blur in the edge of her vision. She didn’t hear it, only felt it and saw it, fleeting. It landed upon a spiked point of the keep, across the way from the window– but she couldn’t parse what it was. Shera blinked profusely, bringing her hands to her eyes and rubbing them. When she looked again, it was gone, mayhaps never even there.
“Hold the beetle, Shera,” Hela hummed, offering the jewel colored insect to her. “You remember how to hold them?”
“Gentle,” she responded, voice so quiet that it was hardly even a whisper. The beetle crawled eagerly onto her palm, roving around slowly.
“I need to clean up the children for naptime. Maera,” the princess called, hopping off of the window sill. She walked to the handmaiden, who was a head taller than Helaena. Her dark brown hair was braided in one long wisp, a few errant strands sticking to her forehead. She had tanned skin and dark eyes, with a curved nose. The handmaiden smiled to Helaena and they whispered to one another, clearly very familiar, before they disappeared toward the nursery.
Her surroundings blurred as she kept her attention on the beetle. It seemed so simple, so… calm, despite being in the palm of a would-be predator. The light reflected off of its blue colored carapice, the elytra buzzing ever so slightly. It wanted to stretch, the slight unfold of its wings captivating Shera. She wondered what it was like to fly– she had always refused Jacaerys when he asked her to join him atop Vermax. But if… if she were the one flying, she may not be so scared. Her shoulders rolled in tandem with the beetle, feeling a crack of her bones and the ghostly sensation of her own wings clawing out from them.
The beetle’s antenna wriggled, its little claws digging into her palm, pulling itself along. It wanted to go, it wanted to fly. Leaning towards the window, she saw the great expanse of the sky, littered now with clouds. There was a little breeze now, ruffling the gentle film of the wings as they extended– they looked and felt broken when coming from their sutures, but straightened out quickly. Crawling closer, closer to the breeze, flitting upon it. Hovering now, legs dangling ever expertly. Regarding the indoors one last time– pushing forward into the open air, flight, flight, wisping upon the breeze… was this freedom?
“Shera! Open your eyes!”
The breeze died upon her face as she turned to see Helaena at her side, a few maids behind her looking terrified– Moongeist was whining at her feet.
“Shera?” Helaena whispered now, her periwinkle eyes wide. “Are you alright?”
“... yes– um,” she glanced around nervously at the maids, who were now chittering amongst themselves.
“Thank you, ladies– you may go now. I will call the maester myself if Shera falls ill again.”
Ill? She was awake that entire time, she knew it– she was… focusing on the beetle… the beetle…
“Hela– where is the beetle?”
“The beetle…” she breathed, looking over to the table.
Shera looked to see an open lightbox, the beetle was in it. It was seized up, not moving.
“It fell. Its thorax got torn on the windowsill– I will fix it before I pin it,” the princess sighed. “The breeze was too strong.”
“Is it dead?”
“Yes.”
Shera felt cold, a chill creeping at her back. “I should… I should get some rest, I think. M-much excitement for me today, I think.”
Helaena nodded.
Shera laid in bed, taking her dinner in her chambers. She felt… utterly exhausted. The day had been tumultuous, even without her… disassociating spell in Helaena’s chambers.
Her fingers roved over a book– it was something that was just left in her room for decoration and no real substance. Her eye strained as she tried to focus on the words. It was already hard enough to read with only one working eye, but with the content of this book being so boring, she couldn’t parse any of it at all.
Knock, knock, knock. Three knocks rapt upon her door.
“I don’t need any tea,” she croaked out, unable to project her voice. She slipped out of her bed, adorned in her nightgown– it was fairly see-through, so she grabbed a blanket and slipped it over her head and body, snugging it close. She hated being caught without her veil on. “Please, come back in the morning.” she muttered as she opened the door, peeking her face out slightly.
“I’m afraid I cannot take no for an answer, Lady Stark,” Aemond hummed, standing before her in all his glory. He wasn’t dressed for bed– she wondered if he wore his riding and sparring leathers to bed, too. “I was tasked with delivering some… reading material to you.”
Shera perked a brow inquisitively. “Reading material?” She hadn’t requested anything specific from the library.
“Can I come in?”
Shera bit her lip. “Yes… I suppose…” she opened the door wider for him to come in as she scrambled to find a veil to wear.
“No need for that. I won’t look if it makes you uncomfortable.” he said, his tone a bit softer than usual. He had two books in his hands as he looked around the room.
“I don’t wish to make you uncomfortable,” Shera grunted, a bit indignantly. His words from the dinner still echoed in her head. Mayhaps it's a mangled mess under there. She remembered him laughing at her earlier in the day when her veil had slipped slightly. Her cheeks burned as she pulled the blanket taut around her, facing away from him.
“I’m sure I’ve seen worse,” he said flatly, putting the books down on the side table next to the chaise. “But, out of respect, I won’t look.”
She was sure he meant it as a way to soothe her worry, but she couldn’t help but feel tears start to form. Hastily, she wiped them away. “What was so important that this… delivery couldn’t wait until morn?” she glanced at him, her eyes stinging. “And why you?” she added, her punctuation of you a bit more harsh than she intended.
Aemond’s brow knit as he regarded her. He said he wouldn’t look, the liar.
She whipped in the opposite direction quickly.
“Helaena asked me to deliver you this… and I had one to give you as well. Think of it as a betrothal gift.” he muttered, beginning to walk the room as if he wasn’t an intruder. Well, she had invited him in.
Moongeist was snoozing on the bed, belly up. His legs twitched in the air as he whimpered softly from dreaming. Aemond stared at him. “This is your valiant protector? He is sleeping on the job.”
“He deserves rest— you aren’t a threat to me, Aemond. He senses that,” she replied. Not a threat physically, at least. You’re a predator to my mind.
“Hm,” he hummed, walking to the table where she still had two honey walnut cakes sitting out. “You enjoyed them, I take it?”
“What?”
“The cakes. I had a maid bring them to you this morn.”
“Oh– it was you,” she murmured, the tips of her ears flushing under the implication. “... thank you. It… helped.”
“You were… distressed– these always used to cheer you up.”
Shera let out a tentative breath. He had thought of her– and remembered her favorite sweet? And… cared enough to have them brought to her. Maybe… maybe he didn’t loathe her so. “They were… very good,” she continued, letting a smile come to her face. It felt strange to smile around Aemond after so long.
“Yes, the cook who made them still works in the kitchens,” he picked up one, taking a bite. He had liked them as well, but his favorite had always been blueberry scones. “She surprisingly hasn’t kicked the bucket yet– still working away down there, at seventy-five. Mother offered her retirement and a nice hole in the wall shack near the wharf. She refused, adamant to work until she died.” he made a noise of surprise at the taste. “Still good.”
“I’m surprised you remembered, Aemond,” she walked closer then, making sure to snatch the last one off of the plate before he decided to take it, too. She took a bite, the honey sticking to her fingers.
“I remember a lot, Shera,” he pulled out a chair and took a seat. Why was he staying?
Her heart stopped momentarily as he said her name. She buried herself further into the pastry to hide her red cheeks. “Memories are a plague,” she grumbled, pulling up her legs to her chest after she settled into the chair next to him.
“That they are, most of them are. A festering, decrepit reminder of… things best left forgotten. However,” he leaned forward then, his thumb cleaning off a drip of errant honey from the corner of her mouth. “I do remember, you were always a messy eater. Some things don’t change, do they?”
She shivered as he touched her with such… gentleness he hadn’t displayed at all since she’s been back. It was a glimpse into the boy he used to be– he was still there, deep down. She almost choked on the rest of her cake, putting it down on the plate as she quietly licked her fingers, trying to distract herself. “... no, some things don’t change.”
“The book weren’t the only reason I came– Helaena asked me to ask you if you would like to come on a picnic to the Kingswood tomorrow. With Aegon, the children, Helaena and I. She told me that… Maelor required you bring Moongeist.”
Shera stared at him for a long moment, her eyes wide and owlish. The blanket slipped from her head slightly as she leaned forward, snatching the remainder of Aemond’s honey walnut cake from his fingers. “I suppose– as long as there are more cakes,” she hummed, feeling a slightly giddy sensation tingle down her spine as she devoured the rest. “How on earth did you manage to get Aegon to agree?”
“I promised that there would be wine,” he watched, his violet eye roving her face unabashedly as she finished the pilfered sweet.
“And?”
“And… mayhaps I threatened to pay all the brothels off to not service him any longer if he did not attend.”
Aemond left soon after, bidding her goodnight in a very stiff and still… somewhat cold in manner. But he was trying– she could see that.
Before tucking back into bed, she looked to see the books he had left for her.
One was the copy of ‘Moonpuppy’ that she had read earlier that day.
The other, the supposed ‘gift’ from Aemond, was a well-worn, well-loved copy of the old folk hero ‘Symeon Star-Eyes’. Upon opening the cover and flitting through the pages, she saw many notes and footnotes on each page– it was Aemond’s handwriting. He had left his thoughts on each page– as she descended through the book, his handwriting changed and evolved. It started off very shaky and tenuous, but as she scanned through the end of the tome, it was confident and sophisticated. He had annotated this copy for years, his handwriting and views on the text changing with each year. Flipping back to the front, she looked at the date.
It was dated five moons after the Driftmark incident. Then, opening the back– it was dated a fortnight ago. He had written, noted, and journaled in this book for ten years.
Why did he give this to her?

Tumblr media
Aemond regretted it
As he gazed at you, he regretted telling you he had murdered Cregan, showing you his burnt cloak he find in the remains of the battlefield
You had become catatonic, dead but breathing, you refused to eat, to speak, you were barely breathing, laying on the bed, it got so bad he released your chains, but you didn’t even try to stand, or run away, you just laid there.
The maids revealed to him you did eat at night when he wasn’t there, that you cried when you believed nobody could hear you
You were still there, but when he was near, you wear dead
Since the first time he had you, he spent two whole weeks making you his, then he flew to the battlefield and completely destroyed the Winterwolves, half of the army, but he took out Cregan, making them dissolve in the Riverlands.
He returned, you knew something was… different, he didn’t see you in days, hoping to erase all trace of battle from himself, and when he was “clean”, he had returned to you, he spend a month with you. But no matter how many times he had you, and how excited he was that your blood moon haden’t come yet, you wouldn’t let yourself go, you wouldn’t surrender fully to him, and he grew exasperated
So as the received word that the old cunt had taken King’s Landing and he was here, with a reluctant woman - since now you were unknowingly a widow he believed he could marry you once you were with child-.
He lost it
He threw it in your face that as soon as he recuperated King’s Landing, you were going to marry. “That mutt” was well dead and burnt, turned to dust under Vhagar’s flames and he had his cape to prove it.
That is when he lost you even though you were right there
Another month has gone by, his army went to surround King’s Landing, his younger brother Daeron was winning on every town that was unlucky enough to swear to the blacks
Aemond sighed when he planned on what to do with you, when he felt arms around his shoulders
“My love”, Alys whispered in his ears, “I’m here, please”, he released himself from her grasp, and she whine, tired of this, tired of your looming presence in the castle, in her home, “she doesn't want you”, he bit out
“She will”, he said softly, you knew you were a mother, and once he got you pregnant, he believed you were going to react again, become alive, with some meaning, you still had Rickon, Winterfell was still intact, once you had another pup in your belly you were going to recuperate, he was sure of it
“You still have one eye and yet you are so blind”, she said meanly, “I will have your children”, she said, convinced
“Its her”, he said bitterly, and Alys only whined, her dark heart only growing darker, her jealousy burning her like dragon fire
Maybe rejecting Alys like that was a mistake, but in Aemond’s mind, she was loyal to him, no matter what, he had promised her a life in King’s landing as her mistress, and she had gladly accepted, he was not going to push her away, that was the price, and yet… he somewhat feared her
But his mind was occupied and concerned with you at the moment, no one else
He had time with you, he held you sometimes at night, and you did curled your arms around him, but he believe it was only because he was the only one there and you were only a human, going through a crippling grief and he was the only source of human warmth and interaction
Things changed one day when he realized something… he placed his hand on your belly, and there it was… A small bump
He almost cried
“It’s not yours”, you whined, “It’s Cregan’s”, you spitted out, that is the first time you spoke in a month and your voice sounded like a broken bagpipe. Aemond removed his hand like it burned him, he had a troubled face, but he quickly changed it with a wicked grin
“Are you sure about that?”, he asked wickedly, so proud of himself, “you have been here almost three months”
You whined burying your face on the pillow, not even you were convinced, but you had to be, you placed your hand on your belly, it was too soon to be Aemond’s, but also, you haven't been eating much either… it was possible
Aemond left you room smiling so widely, he was so, so happy, it had happened so quickly he couldn’t believe, he was certain it was his, of course, he was of the blood of the dragon just like you, so it was obvious to him it was a strong little dragon growing in your belly.
And his happiness was not missed by Alys, as she watched from the shadows Aemond leaving your room.
She had to get you out of the way, but if she did, Aemond was never going to forgive her, no, it was not his fault, it was yours, you needed to suffer.
And she could already tell, that the best way to get to you, was trough your loved ones
But she wasn’t strong enough to go after Rickon, not without help…
. . .
Cregan woke up hours later, because he couldn’t longer breathe, he had to push his way out of a pile of what it used to be humans, now heavy piles of ashes
He was being pulled by someone, and when he could open his eyes he saw Lord Roderik, he could see he tears in his eyes, he had lost his son, Jon used his own body to cover Cregan’s from the flames, dying instantly
“Roderik”, he whined, as surviving soldiers help him, “Dragonstone”, he managed to say, “Daemon”, before he was lost again to unconsciousness
Daemon and his dragon was the only one who could go head to toe with Vhagar
Luckily for Cregan, he had loyal men with him, who in his state, an arm burned and barely conscious, they took him east, towards the sea, recuperating on the road
Which was long, and hard, the men were broken, half his numbers had been slain and burned, but that didn’t deter them from attacking all small forces of the greens they encountered as they made their way to the crownlands
They didn’t know the Blacks had taken King’s Landing, but they released the northeast part of the crownlands, as they were making their way to a safe port that could take them to Dragonstone, or Driftmark
And they spread the rumors, that Lord Cregan Stark was dead, they couldn't have the greens realizing they had failed, they thought, for it was a dead sentence on all of them
So the word spread like wildfire, that Cregan Stark was dead and his broken army was set for vengeance , letting themselves loose in the Crownlands
Tumblr media
It was in the middle of the night in which she decided to put her plan in motion, he sneaked into your chambers, when she knew Aemond wasn't there
A sharp knife in her hand, you awakened only when your fac started to burn, you didn’t know what happened, you only woke up with a burn on your cheek and a wet face, whining. You swear you could see two green eyes looking down at you, like those of a cat, as just as quickly as they came, they vanished, and soon you were alone again
You managed to sit on the bed and took your hand to your cheek, the fire lit in the room let you know it was blood, you ran out of your room to the hallway, which was lit up by torches, and some guards were there, shocked to see your face all bloodied
It was only a small cut in your right cheek, but it was bleeding profusely
Of course one of them went to fetch Aemond and the maester, in that order, and the other help you clean the wound, to see the extent of the damage
You were calm, Aemond wasn’t as much as he paced furiously over the room as the old maester with shaky hands cleaned your wound and gave it a couple of stitches to help it close
You didn’t even felt the needle coming in and out of your skin, you swear you couldn’t feel anything, you only breathed evenly as you placed your hand on your belly, soothing yourself, Aemond stopped his pacing to look at you, worried, but smiling softly when he saw your hand.
You were a good mother, even if you despised him, you were going to be so good with all the children he was going to give to you
But Alys had everything she needed
It was true, babies were very difficult to bewitch, especially yours, having both Valyrian and the first men’s blood pumping through his veins, protected by an ancient energy.
But with the help of your blood, the blood of the own mother of the child, she could become stronger, enough to finish the job she wanted to do.
she was careful with not dropping the precious liquid until she reached her own chambers, in there, everything was ready, the herbs, a small sacrifice, and the fire always lit up, ready for anything she might want or need to see
She started whispered as soon as she was in front of the fire, the flames immediately dancing at her command, she top a small vial of wild fire and threw it inside the fireplace, the flames immediately acquiring a neon green color, and a roaring sound could be heard in the room, but only for her ears
She repeated what Aemond had seen, throwing herbs in the fire and chanting in a language that maester believed to be dead. And soon… in her eyes, it could be seen the far North, the already green grass surrounding the castle of Winterfell, but still the valleys filled with snow, still not melting away despite already being in spring
With further concentration, she came in closer, she could feel the cold air, the crisp wind of the North. Soon, she went through the huge gates of the first wall, then through the drawbridge and then by the next one.
She was not impressed by the castle that had been standing for 8.000 years, instead, she went straight for the huge wooden doors leading to the main castle, across the courtyard, she could see everything, hear everything, and yet, she was on a mission.
The Winterfell corridors and rooms could be a bit like a maze to the unknown person walking through them, but she had done this before, at Aemond’s bidding, she had already done the work of walking all through this walls and passages
She had already seen where the Lord of Winterfell’s rooms where
And that is where she went
The shadow walked slowly through the stone corridors, by each step she gained strength, she gained material to be able to influence her surroundings, but at this time of night, the castle was almost empty, the sleepy soldiers unaware of the danger.
The monstrous shadow climbed the last set of stairs towards the main corridor where your rooms were, where Sara’s and baby Rickon’s rooms were.
She went first to yours, but it was empty and cold, the baby was not there, so she turned around and back at the hallway, and then walked slowly towards the second bedroom, a smaller room.
The corridor of the main chambers were mostly empty, the main branch of the Stark family consisted in only Cregan, Sara, you and baby Rickon, Alys had to hold in her bitter laugh, for as you naively believed you were going to fill those rooms with children of your own
You will never be able to do that…
her shadowy hand, deformed with big claws, opened the wooden door slowly, she could almost taste the infant’s blood.
There he was, sleeping peacefully on his wooden cradle, covered in furs, the fire lit up, but barely, she had to be quick or she could be interrupted by some made or guard ready to set the fire up again.
BUt back in Harrenhal, Alys threw more herbs, and then, with her finger, gathered your blood from the blade and let its drops fall into the flames.
They changed from a green color, to a deep red, and then black flames, this was it, the darkest level of magic she was ever going to be able to produce, or manifest
The shadow now became flesh, dust became blood, and to the eyes of the skeptical, Alys Rivers materialized in the room of the heir of winterfell, of Rickon Stark
The same knife that had your blood, appeared in her hand, and she smiled viciously when the baby cooed in his sleep
His dark hair disgusted her, she was disgusted by you, not being able to have a child with silvery locks like your own, she smiled bitterly…
She was not cruel, one stab to the heart will be enough, quick and easy, he was not going to suffer… much…
But as she raised the knife above the crib… a growl interrupted her, she turned quickly to the side, scared out of her mind, but she sighed, relieved, when the only things she saw was a little pup
“SHUT UP!”, she commanded in a whisper, but the pup kept growling at her, he even barked, and when he did, she kicked the poor pup, who flied a couple of feet into the ground, in whimpers
It was a miracle that Rickon didn’t wake
“I hate animals”, she said viciously, turning back to the crib.
But as she raised the knife, she was interrupted again, by a deep, more vicious growl, she turned towards the door and the only thing she could she was two huge golden eyes staring at her, taller than her, almost the size of the door
By the side of the beat, appeared Sara
“Autumn…”, she called, “attack”
The huge wolf wasted no time in jumping the witch, it happened so fast she couldn't react as Autumn’s jaws closed around her whole head, she didn’t even draw a sound as her paws closed around her shoulders and arms and the wolf’s head moved abruptly from one side to the other, snapping her neck and crushing her skull between her teeth that were as sharp as Valyrian steel
“Greenseer beats blood witch”, whispered Sara as Autumn licked her teeth and her paws. Sara grabbed a sleeping Rickon and cuddled him against her chest, and left the room to cuddle her nephew to her own room, who in turn was protected with another type of ancient magic. Rickon nameless pup soon followed her, moving his short tail
Aemond, al the way back in Harrenhal went to confront Alys the next morning, he knew she had something to do with the attack on you, and if we are being honest, he was scared for you, he had seen what Alys could do, but only after spending the night with you, he went to her rooms and what he found there made him ran down back on his own steps and throw up in the nearest pot he could find
Her head was on one side of the room, and her body on the other.
Blood everywhere, in the ceiling and in the walls, and the fire extinguished.
Aemond had no choice but to burn it all with Alys in it, people will never believe what he saw, no one ever could.
What happened in that room, it could not be explained.

It took two months for Cregan to reach Dragonstone, only to realize it was empty, the royal family was not there, they had taken King’s Landing, but from there, they could be easily reached, a raven arrived in King’s landing with the news that Cregan Stark was in Dragonstone, desperately wanting to talk to Daemon Targaryen.
Jacaerys was still in Dragonstone, as prince of the seat of the Targaryens., and in the middle of the war, he was commanded to protect it until the threat of the Greens could be defeated permanently, with him was Rhaena and Baela
The Rogue was securing the rest of the crown lands, and he couldn’t attend the call of the young wolf, but to one month later, as soon as he could
“What happened?”, he asked, as soon as he had the wolf of Winterfell in front of him, he took of the helmet of his armor and stare at the man
“We were marching South, we were surprised by the Baratheons and the royal army”, he whined, “we fought, good, we were winning, but there was nothing we could do against Vhagar”
“But why would you march on Harrenhal?”, he asked, annoyed, “we explicitly said that…”
“He has her”, he cut his words, and Daemon looked at him wide eyed
“How?”, he asked
“He threatened her when I had already left, she went to him willingly, to avoid bloodshed, to safe our son and Winterfell”, Daemon cursed in High Valyrian, as he paced around the war room
“When?”
“Five moons ago”, Daemon grabbed a wooden chair and threw it against the nearest wall, breaking it in a thousand pieces
“And just now…?”, he faced Cregan
“I didn't know you were not here!”, he fought back, and Daemon refrained from fighting him. But as he thought more about, on a plan to recuperate you… he realized that one-eye bastard had not been in the battlefield, because he was distracted, by you
“With this… she had given us a priceless gift”, he said. Cregan frowned, looking at him
“What gift?”
“Time”
“What do you mean?”, asked then Jacaerys, who was as surprised as terrified
“He is distracted by her, we lost Harrenhal but recuperated the rest of the Riverlands, the knights of the Vale are crossing the Valley, we are going to storm Harrenhal and he won’t see us coming!”, he said hastily, he then looked at Cregan
“Can you raise another army?”, he asked him
“Already send the ravens”, he said, decisively
“I will take care of the Dragon, you will take care of the Baratheons and the Greens”, and just like that, they were ready to retaliate.
The blacks were planning the counterattack
