Uno dei musei che più amo di Parigi è proprio il Musée Jacquemart-André, uno scrigno che raccoglie opere d'arte dal Medioevo al Rinaacimento, molte di provenienza italiana (fra cui, ad esempio, dipinti di Botticelli, Mantegna, Canaletto e Bellini). La parte che preferisco però è un'altra: la sontuosa scalinata che conduce ai piani superiori del museo, sulla quale svetta, inaspettatamente, un affresco di Tiepolo. Si rimane incantati di fronte all'opera, proveniente dalla Villa Contarini Pisani, a Venezia.
