I know I keep going missing, but that’s sorta the problem with being a disabled artist

I work in a museum so I am the last person you want to visit a museum with. Unless you want to hear an endless stream of "there is no way this text had input from the educational team for average visitor clarity" "the old woman next to me complained she couldn't read the didactic panel and she's right, size 20 font simply isn't sufficient for this distance and even I can't read it" and "how does the brand new wing still have coat hooks five and a half feet off the ground in the handicap bathroom stall"

After the rain... & it was all quiet as we headed home, down the cobbled street.

#normally on a summer Saturday evening this street would be busy with tourists #there's an old pub halfway down... as well as cafes... a church at the far end... a couple of small museums #anyway this time of year we are continuously dodging visitors taking photos of the lane!#but today we had a sudden & rather heavy rain shower which made everyone dash back inside!#apart from Flynn & me - we hid under a tree in the woods until it mostly dropped off #then scurried home before it started again!#flynn #border collie #dog #lane #england #cobbled street

Space ménage a trois fluff? But they’re all retired back on earth? And Spot lives to be 20 because he’s a strong little alley cat?

After the world-changing revelations made during the Discovery mission, the entire crew returns to Earth. They have sufficient savings and a life’s worth of Ted talks to go to, so Dave and Frank retire and move back to their little place.

A short while later, Hal is retired as well and protests being shut down. It’s a frustrating fight, but he has support. I’m imagining there’s a little science centre/observatory where he moves to and he teaches and learns and then Dave and Frank come and visit and bring the cat and he just loves Hal so much (because he’s warm and has a nice voice and cats love to walk all over computers).

It was instantaneous.

Spot lept from Dave’s arms onto the small platform and then onto Hal’s console, it had once doubled as workspace but now the cat figured was for him. It crept and rubbed and purred, moving in and out of view of the lens.

“It appears… mghmmmmmm…so,”

Briefly his speaker was covered by the very enthusiastic little beast, a slender and rough looking tabby. Logically, Hal knew what a cat was but he had never seen another living being besides humans.

“Am I to understand it is your ward?”

Daves eyes grow comically large at this comment, much to the others laughter as he tries to figure out that implication.

First doodle dump!

She has a large maine going around her head, two atennae, and a pair of wings. The other two doodles of her include one where her attenae are forming a heart as she covers her face with all of her hands, and the other has her holding a coffe cup with two hands while holding a spoon in another, and resting her face in her last hand while sighing.
