Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

Here’s a build inspired by autumn, a cottage with a modern extension built with no CC!

It’s built in Henford on Bagley on a 20x30 lot, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 🍂🌰

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: Katrindekleine, Cribea9, giuliabuilds, dbraydenmyers, bansheeHVO, holyshmowow.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

Cottage with modern extension 🌱

A traditional cottage, with a modern extension, build in Henford-on-Bagley. This cottage has everything your sim needs, including a lovely swimming pool, cute little greenhouse and a beautiful spiral garden created by @satisims on the gallery.

This cottage sleeps up to 4 sims, with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Build on a 20x30 lot in the town center of Henford-on-Bagley.

Some work done with T.O.O.L mod and includes custom paintings from the gallery created by @fruitloops40.

3 bedrooms, those including the infant and pet playroom/bedroom

Walk in closet in master bedroom is functional

Sooo I made Crowley's and Aziraphale's South Downs cottage in The Sims 4. Also made our two supernatual boys.

Here is Aziraphale Fell: bookworm, foodie and good. He wants to read ALL the books. Also Michael Sheen's face is so fucking hard to replicate

And here is Crowley, with and without glasses. I even found a mod for the tattoo! He is loyal, lazy and hot-headed. His aspiration is "soulmate" because he's a pathetic son of a bitch

And then their cottage! With a Bentley that's not really a Bentley but let's pretend it is.

Inside: ground floor floorplan and the entrance room.

Crowley has a greenhouse, obviously. There's a bench so Aziraphale can read there while Crowely takes care of the plants (*cough* shouts at them *cough*)

Their downstairs bathroom only has a bathtub because they don't use anything else.

And here is the living room! I tried to mix their styles a bit. It's mostly in the old fashioned, cozy vibe Aziraphale likes, but with a sprinkle of modern stuff more aligned with Crowley's taste. Lots of alcohol everywhere ofc

The kitchen has more of a modern vibe because I headcanon that it's Crowley that cooks most of the time. He says that it's because Aziraphale can't cook but it's because he likes to watch him eat the food he makes

Then we go upstairs! The bathroom here is the saddest and blandest bathroom because Crowley miracled it into existence when Maggie and Nina came over and were like "there's no toilet in your bathroom...?"

And the bedroom, more in a modern style because Crowley loves to sleep. There's also a vanity where Aziraphale puts on his creams and his things so he can be soft and pretty

And finally the last floor: Aziraphale's library!

Wild Crest Restaurant ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // NO CC

♥ Hello guys, today I am building a restaurant in Chestnut Ridge that has a modern/rustic exterior and rustic/elevated interior. This build is completely CC free and I only used Base game items, Dine out, Cottage Living, and the new Sims 4 Horse Ranch pack!

*note: it says that I also use ecolifestyle on the Gallery. I probably accidentally used a small decoration item from the pack which is not really a requirement in terms of aesthetic and function.

🟢Windswept ~ A Witch Cottage🟢Simblreen Gift🟢TS4🟢

Windswept is a Simblreen Gift for all of you! I started this build on October 11th & finished it October 20th when I sent it to Bodaccia for testing. I started working on finding all the links (that I was able to find) Saturday, the 21st. Let me tell you that there are over 900 pieces of cc (and several of their swatches!) in this build… I think I’ve been dreaming about missing texture files, links, Google, & Wayback Machine every night when I finally went to bed, LOL. Bodaccia informed me of some things that needed changing, & I worked on those over Wednesday & Thursday & finished them all on Friday when I sent it back to Bodaccia for “emergency” testing. While she was doing that, I was finishing up the links & taking pictures. I think the only time I’ve worked harder & faster was when I was participating in DOTY. It is now about 4 pm on Saturday, October 28th, & I just need the Tumblr to work…

This build came about as a wish from my youngest son, Ben. He wanted a fantastical Witch Cottage to play in, & we both thought that all of you might enjoy it, too. Windswept is based on real-life architectural plans & my imagination. As many of us adults, he has loved The Sims since the beginning. In fact, both my sons (Travis is my oldest) were responsible for getting me into this game. Without my sons’ interest in this game, my love of building, landscaping, & decorating in The Sims would not have happened. Thank you, my Loves, for your push.

Cottage Cheese - 2br, 1ba 🧀

Hello, hello! Here is my newest build!

I literally just built this for a sim I haven't even had the chance to play as since, I've been busy.

This a small cottage for garden loving sims, I love this freaking house I think it's so cute!

It’s mostly base game, just a lot of store content and a few pieces of CC.

This Here Package contains: 1 House for the garden mouse??

It also comes as a package file, just put it in the library folder then you’re good to go!
